本发明涉及一种容器,该容器与微波可加热元件和这类元件提供热交换接触。
背景技术
微波炉被用来对放置在微波炉中容器内的食物进行加热。
为此,可加热的食物放在适合微波加热的容器内。假如食物不放在微波容器中,而是在原来的容器里在微波炉中加热,这种加热效果是不理想的。因为,在将容器上的盖子取走后,微波基本通过容器本体内的开口进行充分地加热。而微波通过本体的加热非常少。因此,在取走盖子之后对容器中的流体内容物进行加热是不理想的,原因在于容器中的内容物不能进行均匀加热。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提高微波对容器内容物的加热效果。为此,本发明提供了由一个本体和盖在本体开口上的盖子组成的容器,本体包含有可加热内容物,并且可与微波可加热元件进行热交换接触。因为附加的热量间接作用在可加热的内容物上,从而提高了容器内可加热内容物的加热效果。因为微波可加热元件与容器本体进行热交换,微波可加热元件被加热并且将热量传递给容器的内容物。
在优选的实施例中,可加热元件包括容纳在封套内的微波可加热材料。相应地,可以使用多种微波可加热材料,例如吸水材料,例如尿布的吸收剂,以及含有一定量水分、类似樱桃核的平衡湿度的材料。
在一个实施例中,含水元件的封套是不透水元件,例如是塑料,比如是聚乙烯。含水材料被封装在不透水的封套里,该封套包含了充足量的水分,因此在微波加热的过程中有充分的热量产生并通过热交换接触传到容器内的物质。
按照另一个优选实施例,含水物组分的封套是可渗水的,比如被用作尿布内衬的微孔塑料。因此,在微波炉里加热之前,水分通过可渗水的封套进入到吸水的微波加热材料,将含水物组分润湿。然后将带有微波可加热元件的容器放进微波炉里加热。在微波加热过程中产生的水蒸气允许从可加热元件中释放进入微波炉内部。
根据另一个优选实施例,封套是半渗水的,例如是一个层状的封套。在开始微波加热以前,可加热元件被微波可加热材料吸收的水润湿。由于封套是由半渗水的物质制成,因而在微波炉加热过程中可以产生水蒸气,但这些水蒸气不能从封套中被释放出来。
根据本发明容器的另一个实施例,供应商将封套和本体粘接在一起。因此,假如微波可加热材料能直接被微波加热,或者将封套内包含的可加热材料润湿以后,用户可直接将这样的容器放入微波炉内。在加热和被加热的内容物使用之后,带有粘接封套的容器被处理掉。
另外一个优选实施例中封套可分离地连接到本体上。在这种情况下,容器只有在放入微波炉进行加热之前才和微波可加热元件以热交换接触连接。当封套可拆卸地连接到本体并且具有与容器的外形的至少一部分互补的垫的形式时,用户的可操作性得到提高。因此,用户只要将容器放置在垫上并且将容器和微波可加热元件垫的组合放入微波炉中即可。
依据另一个优选实施例,可加热元件在本体的部分高度上延伸。在这种情况下,只有本体的部分高度能在微波炉中加热。加热之后,本体的暴露的部分高度没有被加热成使得可以使用厨房手套或手指处理。
本发明的另一方面涉及微波可加热元件。根据本发明,可加热元件可以与容器结合使用,可微波加热元件与容器热交换接触,从而使容器内容物能够在微波炉内加热。

具体实施方式
图1示出了容器1,该容器由本体2和用于本体开口4的盖子3组成,容器1还包含可加热内容物5。本体2在本体2的部分高度上和底部10上设有微波可加热元件6。该可加热元件6包括封套7,封套7包含带有水的吸收剂形式的可加热微波材料8。封套7由防水的塑料,例如聚乙烯制成。
本体2的区域9没有被微波可加热元件6覆盖。
当用户要在微波炉内加热容器1内的内容物5时,他移除盖子3并且将本体2和粘附的微波可加热元件6的组合放到微波炉中。通过开口4进行加热并且在加热可加热元件6的材料8之后,由于微波可加热元件6和本体2之间的热交换接触将热量传递到内容物5内。因此,内容物5基本经由开口4通过微波直接加热并且经由底部10通过部分高度的微波含水元件6间接加热。
图2是本发明的另一个容器11,由本体12和盖子13组成,本体12在其部分高度上带有可微波加热元件14,可微波加热元件14包括可渗水的封套15(透水性通过开口16被放大)。微波可加热元件14包括水吸收剂17。在用户加热之前,可微波加热元件14经由开口16由水润湿,接着将与本体12结合的盖子13移走并且把可微波加热元件14放在微波炉中。该操作同图1的容器1的描述相似。
图3示出了本发明中带有可加热内容物19的容器18,容器18的本体20由薄片21覆盖。
微波可加热元件22具有衬垫的形式,这表明元件22包含吸收剂23但是封套24是柔性的,并且有不规则的衬垫25的形状,在加热容器18中的内容物19之前,用户将容器18放入衬垫25内,该衬垫使容器侧壁和底部进行充分的热交换。由于封套24的柔性以及它的吸收剂23,封套24能够防水或渗水。在渗水情况下,水通过箭头26进入,容器18和衬垫25结合并在微波炉中加热。根据薄片21的材料不同,薄片可以在微波加热前或者加热后移走。
图4表明了本发明的另一个容器27,和图3中的容器18相似。图4的实施例中,微波可加热元件28的形状为环形套筒并且嵌在容器27的侧壁29的圆周上,在微波炉中的加热过程同图3描述的容器18相似。

Claims (10)

1、含有一本体和本体一开口上的盖子的容器,该本体包含有可加热内容物,以及设有热交换接触方式的微波可加热元件。
2、如权利要求1所述的容器,其中可加热元件由包裹于封套内的微波可加热材料组成。
3、如权利要求2所述的容器,其中该封套是防水的。
4、如权利要求2所述的容器,其中该封套是可渗水的。
5、如权利要求2所述的容器,其中该封套是半渗水的。
6、如权利要求1-5所述的容器,其中该封套附着于本体。
7、如权利要求1-5所述的容器,其中该封套和本体是可拆卸的。
8、如权利要求7所述的容器,其中该封套可以是衬垫形式。
9、如权利要求1-8所述的容器,其中该可加热元件可以延伸到本体的部分高度。
10、如权利要求1-9所述的微波可加热元件。
