本发明单缸柴油机电起动自动减压装置涉及内燃机起动技术领域,本装置将具有电起动性能的单缸柴油机的减压手柄与电磁开关的铁芯连接,电磁开关与起动机的电源由一个开关控制,接通电磁开关、起动机电源,电磁开关的铁芯使减压手柄运动,单缸柴油机的气门被打开,起动机在减压状况下起动机器,所需阻力小,可以大为减少起动故障,同时降低起动系统的成本。

本发明单缸柴油机电起动自动减压装置涉及内燃机起动技术领域。
背景技术
目前,公知的内燃机在采用电起动时,内燃机是在正常运转的状况下起动,也就是说是在气门关闭的情况下起动,起动阻力大,所需起动机及电瓶的功率大,起动故障多,有的单缸柴油机采用电起动时,在已有的减压装置上安装手动减压杆,在起动过程中需人操作气门开闭与电源开关,二者不易配合,造成起动故障多。
发明内容
为解决现单缸柴油机电起动时起动故障多的技术问题,本发明提供一种单缸柴油机电起动自动减压装置,主要由减压轴、减压扭簧、减压手柄、电源、电源开关、电磁开关、起动机组成,其特征是:减压手柄与电磁开关的铁芯连接,电磁开关与起动机由一个开关控制,电源开关使起动机电源、电磁开关电源同时接通或断开。当接通电磁开关、起动机电源时,电磁开关的铁芯使减压手柄运动,打开气门,起动机在减压的状况下起动单缸柴油机,当单缸柴油机的曲轴达到起动转速时,断开电磁开关,起动机电源,铁芯复位,减压手柄回位关闭气门,起动机与单缸柴油机飞轮分离,单缸柴油机得到起动。
由于采取了以上技术措施,使单缸柴油机的减压机构与起动机联动,单缸柴油机是在减压的状态下得到起动,所需起动电机,电瓶功率小的多,故可大为降低起动故障,且可降低电起动系统的成木。

图1中1减压轴、2减压轴扭簧、3减压手柄是单缸柴油机原有部件,3减压手柄与5电磁开关的4铁芯连接。5电磁开关、6起动机电源由8电源开关控制、8电源开关连接9电源。
当需要起动单缸柴油机时,由8电源开关接通5电磁开关、6起动机电源,5电磁开关的4铁芯带动3减压手柄打开气门,单缸柴油机处于减压状态下6起动机运转,当单缸柴油机曲轴达到起动转速时,断开5电磁开关、6起动机电源,4铁芯复位,在2减压扭簧的作用下,3减压手柄回位,单缸柴油机气门关闭,单缸柴油机得到起动,6起动机齿轮与单缸柴油机飞轮齿分离。
附图2是本发明实施例2中8电源开关的另一种形式。8电源开关与9电源接通,8电源开关上的A、B分别为5电磁开关电源触点、6起动机电源触点,5电磁开关先于6起动机接通和断开,这更利于提高起动性。
图3中3减压手柄与6起动机上的7起动机电磁开关中的4铁芯连接,8电源开关接通7起动机电磁开关电源,7起动机电磁开关上的4铁芯使3减压手柄和起动机上的单向器同时动作,6起动机实现减压状态下起动,单缸缸柴油机的曲轴达到起动转速,8电源开关断开7起动机电磁开关电源,4铁芯使3减压手柄回位关闭气门,单向器回位,单缸柴油机得到起动。

Claims (3)

1.一种单缸柴油机电起动自动减压装置,主要由减压轴、减压扭簧、减压手柄、电源、电源开关、电磁开关、起动机组成。其特征是:减压手柄与电磁开关的铁芯连接,电磁开关与起动机由一个开关控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单缸柴油机电起动自动减压装置,其特征是:电源开关上的A、B分别为电磁开关电源触点、起动机电源触点。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单缸柴油机电起动自动减压装置,其特征是:减压手柄与起动机电磁开关中的铁芯连接,电源开关接通起动机电磁开关电源,起动机电磁开关上的铁芯使减压手柄和起动器上的单向器同时动作。
