Abstract
一种铝镁铁系多元合金炼钢脱氧剂,其特点是还包括有稀土元素铈,其化学成分(重量%)为:铝30~35%,镁10~15%,硅1~5%,钙5~10%,锶5~10%,铈0.1~2%,余量为Fe。本发明利用碱土金属元素的活性进行深度脱氧,不仅具有较强的脱氧能力,而且由于熔点低、比重大、对钢液有较强的穿透能力,有效地去除气体和改变非金属夹杂物,对钢液有脱硫夹杂物球化和细化晶粒的作用,有助于钢质量的进一步提高。同时,由于添加了稀土元素,促进钢的结晶组织变性,提高了钢的塑性和韧性。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种合金产品,特别涉及一种铝镁铁系多元合金炼钢脱氧剂,属于炼钢技术领域。
背景技术
目前使用的炼钢脱氧剂,基本是铝及铝合金,铝对氧具有很大的亲和力,并能细化晶粒调整奥氏体晶体生长,从而提高钢的塑性和韧性。但由于铝的比重轻、熔点低、易烧损,用铝脱氧收得率低,有效利用率也低,在空气中和钢渣中的氧的作用下,70~90%的铝被氧化,因而钢中残余的铝既低也不稳定。镁也是一种脱氧剂,特别是钢液脱硫的最佳原料。但由于镁有很高的蒸汽压,极易汽化而燃烧,所以直接用于炼钢的脱氧和脱硫都很困难。铝与镁是炼钢最为理想的脱氧和脱硫剂,特别是将铝和镁共同使用时,它们有明显的协同效应,从而有良好的脱氧、脱硫效果。用铝镁铁合金进行钢液终脱氧,虽然可获得较完全的脱氧度,但也存在缺点:钢中的脱氧产物AL2O3夹杂呈条形,因其不可塑性,导致对钢的机械性能有较大影响;脱氧产物AL2O3熔点高,在钢水浇注时易凝结堵塞水口等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,对现有炼钢脱氧剂的组成做了改进,给出了一种铝镁铁系多元合金炼钢脱氧剂,该铁合金利用碱土金属元素的活性进行深度脱氧,不仅具有较强的脱氧能力,而且由于熔点低、比重大、对钢液有较强的穿透能力,有效地去除气体和改变非金属夹杂物,对钢液有精炼作用及脱硫夹杂物球化和细化晶粒的作用,有助于钢质量的进一步提高。
本发明给出的技术解决方案是:这种铝镁铁系多元合金炼钢脱氧剂,其特点是还包括有稀土元素铈,其化学成分(重量%)为:
铝30~35%,镁10~15%,硅1~5%,
钙5~10%,锶5~10%,铈0.1~2%,
余量为Fe。
本发明给出的这种铝镁铁系多元合金炼钢脱氧剂的制备方法,可由含上述组分的中间合金熔炼制成,对所采用的生产方法无特别限制。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:利用碱土金属元素的活性进行深度脱氧,不仅具有较强的脱氧能力,而且由于熔点低、比重大、对钢液有较强的穿透能力,有效地去除气体和改变非金属夹杂物,对钢液有精炼作用及脱硫夹杂物球化和细化晶粒的作用,有助于钢质量的进一步提高。同时,由于添加了稀土元素,促进钢的结晶组织变性,提高了钢的塑性和韧性。

采用感应炉法冶炼产出的铝镁铁系多元合金的化学成分(重量%)为:
铝33%,镁10%,硅2%,钙6%,锶6%,铈1%,
余量为Fe。

1.一种铝镁铁系多元合金炼钢脱氧剂,其特征在于还包括有稀土元素铈,其化学成分(重量%)为:
铝30~35%,镁10~15%,硅1~5%,
钙5~10%,锶5~10%,铈0.1~2%,
余量为Fe。
