Description
技术领域
本发明所涉及的是一种用来加工回转对称工件的机床,其具有垂直的工件主轴及至少两个刀夹。
背景技术
由EP 1574 273 B1已知一种这样的机床,在这种机床上,工件主轴可沿两个轴向方向X、Z移动地设置在床身上。它根据拾取工艺(Pick-up Verfahren)运行,即它抓取传送装置的工件,并将其输送给加工装置,接着再将其放下。两个旋转刀夹分别沿X轴或Z轴方向移动。工件从机床一侧放入,而从相对置的一侧取出。
发明内容
本发明的目的是创造一种节省空间的紧凑型的机床。本发明的目的还在于,构造一种机床,它可以最优地且成本低廉地实施工件的输送。
上述目的可以通过具有权利要求1所述以下特征的机床来达到,即:用于加工回转对称工件的机床包括:一个具有垂直的前壁面的床身;至少一个设置在前壁面上的可旋转驱动的垂直的工件主轴;至少两个刀夹,所述刀夹设计为旋转刀夹并且经由十字滑板可水平和垂直移动地设置在前壁面上;用于工件的传送装置以及装卸装置;以及一个工件送入点;其中,工件能够由传送装置沿与前壁面平行的方向输送,旋转刀夹分别具有一个抓取装置,用于操作工件,旋转刀夹不仅能够在工件送入点而且能够在工件主轴的作用范围内都可移动,转盘可分别绕水平的平行于所述壁面的转动轴线转动地支承,借助于抓取装置通过十字滑板的移动和转盘绕水平转动轴线的转动能够将工件从工件送入点输送至工件主轴。
本发明的一个有利之处在于,在具有垂直的工作主轴的机床上,可以从操作面放入工件。由于取消了侧面的传输带,实现节省空间的机床结构,同时也可将机床非常紧凑地安装。该解决方案的另一个优点就是在装卸时可以近距离地观察,这样,明显地缩短不进行工件加工的辅助时间。

具体实施方式
图1示出一台用于加工回转对称工件10的机床1,其中为了更清楚地显示,省略了本发明不重要的部分,尤其是传动装置、控制装置和机床外罩的细节。机床1具有一个固定地设置在床身4上的垂直的工件主轴2和两个刀夹3、3a。两个刀夹3、3a设计为旋转刀夹并且可在十字滑板5,5a上沿水平方向X和垂直方向Z在床身4上移动。带有刀具7、7a的转盘6、6a可分别绕水平的转动轴线8,8a转动地支承。传送装置9把未加工工件10输入到工件送入点14,然后再将已加工的工件输出。在有利的实施方式中,传送装置9设计为连续运行的循环传送带,它将工件10持续向位于工件接纳位置14中的挡块15推进。借助于图2a、2b的详图可以很清楚地看出装夹过程。图2a介绍了装夹过程的开始。在那里,刀夹3的抓取装置12抓取在工件主轴2上的已加工好的工件10。通过十字滑板5的垂直移动以及转盘6绕转动轴线8的同步转动,将工件10放置到传送装置9上。十字滑板5此外还沿水平方向运动,由此可以在相同的时间段内同时对工件主轴2进行装夹。为了进行装夹,抓取装置12a接纳在工件送入站14中的未加工的工件10a。,十字滑板5的移动和转盘6的转动类似于在卸载时的运动但沿相反的方向进行。图2b显示了结束的装夹过程。已加工的工件10a被放置在传送装置9上,并且未加工工件10被装到工件主轴2上。当工件10a从工件送入点14移开后,传送装置9将工件10b向挡块15输送。
在图3中示出机床1的侧视图。床身4具有一个宽的下床身17、一个从该下床身突起的窄的上床身18,上床身18具有垂直的前壁面11。工件主轴2固定地安装在垂直的壁面11上,而刀夹3、3a可经由十字滑板5,5a沿水平和垂直方向移动。在有利的实施例中,将装卸装置13集成到刀夹3,3a中。刀夹3、3a上设有抓取装置12、12a,用于操作工件10。传送装置9与前壁面11平行地设置。与现有技术相比,因为工件送入点14可以设置得离工件主轴2很近,在装卸时的距离特别短。由此明显地缩短不进行工件加工的辅助时间。在图4a、4b的侧视图中可以清楚地看出在装卸时短的运输路径。抓取装置12抓住工件10,通过十字滑板5的垂直运动以及转盘6绕转动轴线8同步转动90°的α转角,将工件10放在传送装置9上。为了使抓取装置12插入到在传送装置9上的工件10中和从中脱开,二者可以沿一个与垂直的壁面垂直的方向相互相对运动。为此按图5设置了一个可伸缩的抓取装置12,其可根据需要沿双箭头19的方向做相应的运动。可选择地在如图5b的实施例中设置了一个推杆20,它可将工件10推到抓取装置12上。
在图6的实施例中,可以取消了在工件10和抓取装置12之间的水平的往复运动,因为传送装置9设置在刀夹3的下方。其中在转盘6绕转动轴线8转动180°的β转角之后,工件10被竖直地放在传送装置9上。十字滑板5沿垂直方向运动,以便插入和脱开工件10。
在按图7的另一个有利的实施例中,传送装置9能移动到工件主轴2和刀夹3之间的一个位置中。传送装置9在下侧有开口,通过开口21工件10可由推杆20嵌入到工件主轴2中。该实施例的优点在于,可运动的传送装置9只需要小的空间。

Claims (6)
1.用于加工回转对称工件(10)的机床(1),包括:
一个具有垂直的前壁面(11)的床身(4);
至少一个设置在前壁面(11)上的可旋转驱动的垂直的工件主轴(2);
至少两个刀夹(3,3a),所述刀夹设计为旋转刀夹并且经由十字滑板(5,5a)可水平和垂直移动地设置在前壁面(11)上;
用于工件(10)的传送装置(9)以及装卸装置(13);以及
一个工件送入点(14),
其特征在于:工件(10)能够由传送装置(9)沿与前壁面(11)平行的方向输送,
旋转刀夹(3、3a)分别具有一个抓取装置,用于操作工件(10),
旋转刀夹(3、3a)不仅能够在工件送入点(14)而且能够在工件主轴(2)的作用范围内都可移动,
转盘(6、6a)可分别绕水平的平行于所述壁面(11)的转动轴线(8,8a)转动地支承,
借助于抓取装置(12,12a)通过十字滑板(5,5a)的移动和转盘(6,6a)绕水平转动轴线(8,8a)的转动能够将工件(10)从工件送入点(14)输送至工件主轴(2)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的机床(1),其特征在于:工件主轴(2)固定地设置在床身(4)上,并且传送装置(9)和装卸装置(13)设置在工件主轴(2)的下方。
3.按照权利要求2所述的机床(1),其特征在于:从操作侧看,传送装置(9)和装卸装置(13)设置在垂直的壁面(11)之前。
4.按照权利要求1到3其中一项所述的机床(1),其特征在于:包括一个连续输送的传送装置(9),设置一个挡块(15),用于工件(10)定位在工件送入点(14)上。
5.按照权利要求4所述的机床(1),其特征在于:工件(10)放置在传送装置(9)上输送,并且在通过抓取装置(12,12a)接纳之后,通过转盘(6,6a)旋转90°使工件到达垂直的位置,或者相反从水平位置到达垂直位置。
6.按照权利要求1到3其中一项所述的机床(1),其特征在于:其中传送装置(9)将工件(10)输送到紧接在工件主轴(2)下方的位置,为了将工件(10)装入到工件主轴(2)中,设计一升降装置(16)。
