Abstract
从燃气轮机接受大量热气的气流换向器具有一叶片可以封闭通向热回收蒸汽发生器的出气口或通向一个排气管的出气口。两出气口包有敞开通道,通道两侧壁设有两个密封。叶片表面是不锈钢衬板,通过绝热体连到加固框架上使衬板既可膨胀又受约束。框架每边间隔设置第一和第二槽板,封闭出气口时各接合上述两密封之一,使包围被封闭出气口的通道封闭,向其中送入密封空气以防泄漏。驱动装置使叶片在两工作位置间摆动,它包括由支架固定在叶片加固框架上的肘节,支架可响应肘节胀缩力而移动。
Description
气流换向器用于把涡轮机的废气送向热回收蒸汽发生器,或者送向排气管。关于涡轮机排出的大量废气处于高温高压状态,而且要求铰接的气流换向叶片摆向和摆离其相对于排气管和蒸汽发生器的工作位置时不能对系统产生振动和引起热冲击,所以在气流换向器的使用中存在许多问题。这种换向器的大小应与其通向蒸汽发生器或者通向排气管的管道相适应,而且由于维修人员必须能安全地进入通向蒸汽发生器的管道,所以当气流送向排气管时必须防止热气漏入通向蒸汽发生器的管道中从而避免使涡轮机停止工作。
美国第4351361号专利中公开了一种气流换向器,它包括一个气室,在该气室内装有可以在两个工作位置间摆动的一个叶片,使来自气室进气口的热气换向,从而流向气室的第一或第二出气口,在任一工作位置时,一个出气口被叶片闭合,而另一个出气口打开。这种气流换向器的换向叶片对气体密封的性能尚未尽如人意,存在气体泄漏的现象。
本发明的目的在于提供一种改善叶片对气体密封的性能,减少或防止气体泄漏的气流换向器。
本发明的一个方面是保证气流换向器在把燃气轮机的大量高压热气体从涡轮机排气送向热回收蒸汽发生器或送向排气管时,杜绝被封闭的出气口产生任何泄漏。
为此目的,每一出气口由一通道环绕,通道的每一部分都通向通道的其它部分,通道的一侧壁高于另一侧壁,较低侧壁在较高侧壁之内隔开一段距离。较高和较低的侧壁分别载有第一和第二密封。叶片
装在换向器内,在封闭出气口的两工作位置之间摆动,叶片两面有绝热体,绝热体外是不锈钢衬层。叶片具有一个边框,其形状和尺寸在边框每侧的提供了边缘部分,这些边缘部具有第一和第二槽板,分别与出气口边缘的第一和第二密封接合。
本发明的另一个方面是提供一种叶片,这种叶片可以适应其不锈钢表面承受的高温所带来的热膨胀效应。为实现这个目的,在衬层所覆盖的绝热体之间,叶片设有加固体,每个这种叶片两面都有衬层,衬层通过绝热体连接在加固体上。这种连接是焊接在加固体上,穿过绝热体和衬层上的孔的柱销,柱销上设有挡板。
这种叶片的一个重要方面是,穿过衬层的孔可以是槽或者是孔径加大的孔,由挡板封闭但是允许衬层的膨胀运动。由于孔包括第一条槽和第二条槽,这两条槽相互垂直于衬板的中心,并且由于许多排等距的,孔径加大的孔沿着相对于衬层中心的径向排布,衬层可以膨胀但是又受到可靠的约束。
叶片在其两个工作位置之间摆动的推荐方式是通过肘节实现,肘节具有连接于一个双向驱动装置的驱动轴上的连杆。由于驱动轴的位置使得肘节的力作用在,或者作用在接近于叶片横向中心线上,所以减小了使叶片震动和弯曲的力矩,而且也提供了有限调制的能力。
为了实现叶片从一个工作位置向另一个工作位置的摆动而使用肘节,就要求肘节暴露在一个出气口中,尤其是通向排气管的出气口中,因而在另一个出气口被封闭时肘节暴露在高温下。为了最大限度减小肘节的这种暴露的后果,每个肘节都连接于一个支架,该支架具有一块固定在叶片加固体上的底板,底板上枢轴式地连接两对螺栓。这两对螺栓相互间隔并穿过第二块板,第二块板用支承螺栓从中穿过
的弹簧,螺母旋在螺栓上压紧弹簧。一根肘节连杆枢轴式地连接于第二块板,第二块板上具有与底板进行枢轴式连接的装置,因此这种支架能自由地把肘节枢轴式地连接于底板以适应胀缩力而移动。
本发明的一个基本目的是,使换向器能够防止通过被封闭出气口的任何泄漏。由于包围出气口设有通道,并设有第一和第二密封,所以叶片的槽板接合出气口的密封时形成一条环绕的通路。从吹风机向这条通路输入密封空气从而保证了通过这些接合后的密封的泄漏为零。实际上,在叶片摆动的过程中,不仅吹风机中止工作,而且从吹风机向这样建立起来的密封空气的通路输送密封空气的导管也被堵住。
本发明的其它目的和优点将从下面对推荐实施例的说明中和权利要求书中清楚地看出。

如图1所示,按照本发明的气流换向器10与燃气轮机11的排气相连,能够把大量废气送向热回收蒸汽发生器12或者送向排气管13。
图中所示气流换向器的气室基本呈立方形,可视具体安装情况而定在其外部加固以便承受排气管13的重量。
换向器的内表面及其出气口衬有可耐1200°F以上高温的绝热贴合板14。如图7-9所示,贴合板由焊接到换向器内表面的柱销16固定到换向器壁15上。每块贴合板14覆盖着不锈钢衬板18,这些衬板之间留有膨胀间隙。柱销16穿过覆盖衬板之间间隙的不锈钢板条19,板条19由挡板20保持在位,从而固定贴合板14。在衬板相邻边缘之间(见图10),柱销16穿过板条19上的槽19A,柱销16上有压在衬板边上的翼16A。在贴合板的角上,柱销16穿过板条19上的直径加大的孔,并具有十字形的翼压住所有的四个衬板。如果贴合板尺寸保证了中央固定装置的使用,那么可采用柱销16实现这一目的,柱销16穿过这样的贴合板及其衬板18,并设有叠置的挡板20。
与热回收蒸汽发生器相通的换向器出气口10A和与排气管13相通的换向器出气口10B各自包有方形框架21,方形框架21的横截面为U形,其四侧具有在同一平面内相通的通道。每个框架的通道的一侧壁高于通道的另一侧壁,高侧壁抵住包围该出气口的绝热体。每个框架21由夹子22固定在位,夹子22绕框架21所包围的出气口间隔设置,位于绝热体的凹口内,并焊接在换向器壁15上。如图6所示,实际上,有头的连接柱23穿过夹子上的直径加大的孔并
固定在框架21上,因此使框架可以膨胀。连接柱的头部总是盖住夹子上的孔。框架壁抵住绝热体并且框架通道的高、低侧壁的外端都固定有不锈钢密封24。如图6所示,每个密封24都由第一和第二弹性条24A和24B组成,由隔条25把两弹性条隔开,通过隔条25用螺栓把弹性条24A和24B固定在框架21上。第一弹性条24A是平的,第二弹性条24B纵向弯曲以便与第一弹性条24A的外端接触并使其受压后弹回。
换向器的叶片26与一横向枢轴27相连接,横向枢轴27在换向器中介于出气口10A和10B的位置上,因而当叶片向两个方向摆动时可以分别封闭这两个出气口。枢轴27的两端穿过换向器的侧壁,并安装在侧壁上的轴承28中。
叶片26具有一组间隔设置的平行管件29,管件29横截面为矩形,管件29的数目取决于叶片的尺寸。在这里公开的实施例中只有两个管件29,这适于大约10平方英尺的叶片。每个管件29的一端焊接到枢轴27上,并且临近于上述端部焊有一端壁30A,以便形成方形加固框架的一侧面,方形加固框架的其它侧面30B为U形,其槽开口向外。管件29的另一端固定在该框架与端壁30A相对的一侧面。
叶片26具有一对隔开的边框32(见图4和5),边框32的形状和尺寸形成了相互间隔的第一和第二槽板32A和32B(见图6),并且当叶片26封闭该框架所包围的出气口时,使这两个槽板32A和32B分别抵住框架21的一个密封24。一个边框32上设有与包围出气口10A的两个密封24接合的密封槽板,另一个边框32设有与包围出气口10B的两个密封接合的密封槽板。
如图所示,边框32是借助焊接在内框架上的托架33连接到内框架的三个侧面的。一个边框32的托架33连接在加固框架的U形的一侧壁上,而另一个边框32的托架33连接到加固框架U形的另一侧壁上。这样与方形加固框架的侧面30B相连接的这两个边框之间的空间由板34封闭。沿着与枢轴27相临的内框架的侧面,边框32由管件29的对边支承并被焊接到侧壁30A的对边上。框架对边具有固定座35,可调的止动件36旋入固定座35的两端以便与边框26之一接合。
现参照图4,管件29沿每侧具有位于中间的,纵向凸缘37,加固框架U形侧面的内表面具有共面凸缘38。凸缘37和38具有与其连接的系板39,图示中间的系板39所贴靠的凸缘侧面与其它两系板39所贴靠的凸缘侧面相反。
叶片26两面包有适当厚度的不锈钢衬层40,每个衬层40都覆盖一绝热板41,绝热板41由板网41A支承。
系板39上的壁39A上焊有柱销42,柱销42穿过绝热板41,每个补层40靠这些柱销42与壁39A相连接。柱销42穿过衬层40上的孔,并设有盖住孔的挡板43。孔的布置见图3和4,有两条相互垂直的对准槽44,每条槽都在衬层40对边之间延伸并穿过衬层40的中心。另外,有若干排孔径加大的孔45,这些孔相对于中心径向排列,并且相互之间以及相对于两条槽44按选定的角度排布。由于这种孔的布置,衬层40可以膨胀又受两条槽44的限制。虽然衬层可以是整张的,但是由于其尺寸的关系,衬层通常是拼成的,其间隙的覆盖方式与图9和10所示衬板18之间的间隙的覆盖方式相同。
叶片26由一电动转动驱动器46驱动,可以在其两个工作位置之间作90°的摆动,驱动器46安装在换向 0之外,沿出气口10B一侧,其轴47穿过该侧面的中心,与枢轴27平行,由装在出气口10B的壁上的轴承48支承。操纵驱动器46可以使叶片从一工作位置摆向另一工作位置。以控制气体的流动,实现叶片位置变化需时约1分钟。
肘节(公开的实施例中,叶片加固框架的每一管件29有一个肘节)49的连杆49A与轴47相连接。每个肘节的连杆49A与肘节连杆49B枢轴式连接,连杆49B又枢轴式地连接在固定于一个管件29的一支架50上。
每一支架50(见图11)有一块固定在管件29上的底板51,两对螺栓52枢轴式地连接在底板上,每对螺栓相互隔开,自由地穿过一块板53以及由板53支承并由螺栓52上的螺母55压紧的盘簧54。板53具有向上的一对耳状物56处于两对螺栓52之间,其上枢轴式地安装一个肘节连杆49B。板53也有向下的一对耳状物57枢轴式地与底板51上的一个耳状物58相连接。每个支架的作用是适应热膨胀力,使肘节连杆49B和耳状物56之间的枢轴能在热膨胀力的作用下使盘簧54变形。当使气流换向通过排气管13时,由于肘节和支架50直接暴露在热气中,枢轴是陶瓷类型的,可以耐受所暴露的高温而不会变形。
由于换向器接受的热气体体积很大而且具有相当大的压力(一般约为25磅/英寸2),所以必须采用足够压力的空气以保证密封无泄漏。
如图5所示,框架21上的密封的封合端的拐角与枢轴27纵向
接触。一个电动吹风机59安装在座架60上,座架60在出气口10A和10B之间固定在换向器10上,启动吹风机59可以通过导管61向由枢轴27和上述框架21的封闭端所封闭的空间中输送大量必须的密封空气。靠着枢轴27的框架封闭端具有一系列接收这种密封空气的孔21A。在每个框架21的开孔封闭端和导管61之间,有一穿过换向器10的座架62。枢轴27具有为一个密封64而设置的纵向夹子63,当叶片26封闭一出气口时,夹子63的位置使得密封64与一个座架62接合从而堵住进入包围另一出气口的框架21的气流,使空气在包围被封闭的出气口的框架21中流通以便防止通过该气口密封的泄漏。
由于在叶片26在其工作位置之间摆动时,一般需要停止向换向器10中输送密封空气,所以导管61设有一个能够从敞开位置变为闭合位置的风档或阀门,以便能够堵住导管61。
图12所示为换向器10的控制电路,当继电器66的常开触点66A闭合时,线L1,LN和L2按顺序与叶片驱动器的可以反转的电动机46A相连接,电动机46A以一个方向转动。当继电器66的常开触点67A闭合时,L1和L2与电路机46A反接,电动机46A以相反的方向转动。
线L1、LN和L2也可单独地连接到可以反转的电动机65A上,电动机65A带动风挡或阀门65,使其处于开或闭合的位置上。当闭合继电器68的常开触点68A使这三条线与电动机65按顺序连接时,电动机65A使阀门65转变到其闭合位置以便隔断吹风机59,否则的话,继电器68的常闭触点68B使线L1和L2反接电动机59A。
当继电器69的常开触点69A闭合时,线L1,LN和L2也与风扇电机59A相连接。控制电路70通过变压器71与线L1、LN和L2相连接。控制电路有一条引线72,引线72上设置一停机开关且与并联导线73和74相连接。另外,控制电路设有并联的极限开关75和76,这两个极限开关都控制并联继电器68和69。
线73具有一个启动开关78和一条保持线,保持线上设有继电器67的常开触点67B,极限开关75和79,与极限开关79并联的保险开关80,继电器66的常闭触点66B以及继电器67。线74与线73的组成相似,具有一启动开关78和一条保持线,保持线上设有继电器66的常开触点66A,极限开关76和79A,与极限开关79A并联的保险开关80A,继电器67的常闭触点67B以及继电器66。
应该注意,图中未画出极限开关的位置,这些极限开关是由枢轴25转过90°而操纵的,还应该注意,保险开关80和80A是扭矩响应式的。当线73或线74上的极限开关闭合时,另一线路的极限开关就断开。
假定叶片26处于封闭出气口10A的位置上,并且被转向封闭出气口10B的位置,线73的启动开关77闭合,继电器67的保持触点67B闭合,极限开关75和79闭合。由于继电器67接通,线74上的继电器触点67B断开。
根据前述的对于本发明的气流换向器的结构和操作的说明,显然这种换向器满足各种工作要求。
Claims (7)
1、一种气流换向器,用来通过装在一个气室内,可在两个工作位置间摆动的一个叶片,使来自气室进气口的热气换向,从而流向气室的第一或第二出气口,在任一工作位置时,一个出气口被叶片闭合,而另一个出气口打开,所述叶片连接于一根枢轴,该枢轴可转动地安装且由一个或多个肘节连接到与所述枢轴间隔开的一根驱动轴上,每个肘节具有许多连杆,所述驱动轴由一驱动机构驱动,所述叶片通过密封弹性条密封住所述出气口,其特征在于:
所述肘节当叶片处于一个工作位置时暴露于热气,而当叶片处于另一个工作位置时则不暴露于热气,因而当叶片从一个位置移向另一个位置时使肘节的连杆经过一个大的温度变化;
将所述肘节连接于所述叶片的连杆通过一块中间板连接于所述叶片,所述中间板枢轴式地连接于所述连杆和所述叶片;
所述中间板也弹性地连接于所述叶片,因此,中间板相对于叶片的转动受到其间弹性连接的反抗,从而使中间板能够响应于与其连接的连杆作用在其上的热膨胀力而相对于底板移动。
2、按照权利要求1所述的气流换向器,其特征在于:
叶片的周围设置四条密封槽板,当叶片密封住一个出气口时,一对上述密封槽板面向上述出气口,而当叶片密封住另一个出气口时,另一对上述密封槽板则面对上述另一个出气口;
每一个出气口包围着一个密封框架,每一个密封框架支承着一对密封弹性条;
每个密封框架和每对密封弹性条的设置,使得每个密封弹性条封住密封槽板之一以形成一个基本闭合的空间,该空间围绕着叶片的四周,处于在密封弹性条和槽板间形成的密封之间。
3、按照权利要求2所述的气流换向器,其特征在于:还具有将密封气体输送入上述闭合空间的装置。
4、按照权利要求3所述的气流换向器,其特征在于:所述气流换向器的形状和尺寸,使其可以用做一种连接装置,连接于燃气轮机的排气,一个排气管和热回收蒸汽发生器的一进口之间。
5、按照权利要求4所述的气流换向器,其特征在于:沿所述气室的内表面设置绝热层。
6、按照权利要求2所述的气流换向器,其特征在于:所述槽板错开设置,一个槽板比另一个槽板从所述叶片上更向外突出,而且所述密封框架的形状使得所述密封弹性条互补地错开设置以便与所述槽板配合。
7、按照权利要求1所述的气流换向器,其特征在于:在气室的表面设有绝热层。
