Abstract
人造木货运托盘。它的技术领域属于木类,竹类的科学运用及深加工。传统的货运木制托盘要耗费大量的国家森林资源,而且木材的利用率低,损耗大,成品加工效率低;铸塑或铁制的托盘原材料成本高,而且铸塑托盘不能自然回收或再利用,不利于环保。因此急需一种新型材料和新的制造方法,来解决如上所面临的技术问题。因此我发明了一种以新型材料为原料的货运托盘,即利用废旧木料或竹料或木竹混合料为主料,经过破碎,搅拌,成型再烘干等一系列深加工技术手段制成托盘,大大解决了如上所述的不利问题,产品主要用于货物的包装及运输。

背景技术:
传统的货运托盘是由杨木或松木,按照客户的尺寸要求,加工成若干长条木板和木方后钉成方型托盘,主要用于运输货物包装的底托,如果货物需要出口到美国等发达国家,托盘还需经过熏蒸处理方可允许使用。具有类似用途的托盘还有铸塑或铁制的。但问题是在目前木材极其匮乏的情况下,木制托盘要耗费大量的国家森林资源,而且木材的利用率低,损耗大,成品加工效率低;铸塑或铁制的托盘原材料成本高,而且塑料托盘不能回收再利用,不利于环保。在此种情况下,我发明了一种新型材料的货运托盘。
发明内容:
以废旧木料或竹料或木竹混合料为主料,经加工形成(5-50)mm×(0.5-5.0)mm的条状料,加入结合剂搅拌后,经过模具一次性压合成型再烘干,形成制成品;具有比传统木制托盘生产成本更低,加工效率更高,抗拉力更强,承重及防水性能更好,更节约资源,便于自然回收的特点。

具体实施方式:
1.按客户要求的规格制成与之相应的金属模具,将模具安装到压力机上;
2.以废旧木料或竹料或木竹混合料为主料,加工形成(5-50)mm×(0.5-5.0)mm的条状料;
3.将加工好的条状料加入结合剂后经过搅拌机充分搅拌;
4.将搅拌好的原料填入模具槽内按照一定的体密经压力机压合形成人造木托盘;
5.将压合好的人造木托盘放入烘干窑内进行充分的烘干处理后形成制成品。

1.人造木货运托盘技术特征:
以废旧木料或竹料或木竹混合料为主料,加入结合剂后经过模具一次性压合成型再烘干,形成制成品。具有比传统木制托盘生产成本更低,加工效率更高,抗拉力更强,承重及防水性能更好,更节约资源,便于自然回收的特点。
