Abstract

生产金属隔热防护部件S型翻边的方法,包括:将顶层金属基板及底层金属基板与其中间层的绝热材料按产品的要求放料,并通过工装固定在一起;通过冲压形成J型基板边缘,该边缘垂直于金属基板的水平部分;该边缘具有向外弯曲的顶端圆弧及圆弧末端;通过一种由内弧面和平面组合构成的上模具M1和一个平面下模具M2的冲压工序,该模具M1的内弧面向该圆弧末端施加侧向压力,使J型基板边缘向金属基板的内侧弯曲;随后,在模具M1继续下行的过程中,其压边部位的水平部分向该顶端圆弧施加垂直向下的压力,使J型基板边缘压制成S型翻边结构。本发明的S型翻边只需用两个冲压工序,减少了人工、模具设备的投入,降低了成本,提高了生产效率。

Description

一种生产金属隔热防护部件S型翻边的方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种生产金属隔热防护部件S型翻边的方法,特别是适用于密封的防护部件,属于在金属隔热防护部件周边上制作翻边的加工工艺。
技术背景:
金属隔热防护部件在现代工业中已有广泛的应用,由于金属本身的内在特性,使得金属隔热防护部件的结构具有高强度、良好的耐冲击性和可实现全天候应用,安装更换方便以及使用时间持久等特点,然而,发展有效的连接方法是金属隔热防护部件结构制造的关键;此类产品质量及成本优势常常因连接工艺不当而大打折扣,如使用专业机器设备制造此类产品会存在投入大以及产品开发周期长等限制,如采用胶接、焊接、铆接等方式进行固定,又受温度环境、以及材料本身限制而具有局限性。
目前,多采用工模翻边工艺来生产此类隔热防护部件,然而,无论U型工模翻边还是Z型工模翻边都存在工序多,以及工模资金投入高等缺点,比如,U型翻边目前一般需要三道工序才能完成产品翻边的制作,此类U型翻边标准工序为:先翻出垂直于基部的直角边,然后将垂直于基部的直角边弯曲至45度左右,第三步将45度弯曲边压平到基部完成翻边;而Z型翻边目前需要四步甚至更多工序步骤来完成,因此把这些连接方法设计成高效率,减少加工工序是提高生产效率及降低生产成本的关键。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是,提供一种生产金属隔热防护部件S型翻边的方法,可以节省工序及设备,只需两个步骤即可完成S型翻边工艺,且能适应不同厚度,不同层数的金属板以及带夹芯隔热层。
本发明的技术方案是,金属隔热防护部件S型翻边的方法包括:
将顶层金属基板及底层金属基板与各中间层的绝热材料按产品的外形尺寸及各层次的要求放料;将金属基板和绝热材料通过工装固定在一起;通过常规的冲压工艺形成J型基板边缘,该J型基板边缘垂直于金属基板的水平部分;J型基板边缘具有向外弯曲的顶端圆弧及圆弧末端;通过一种由内弧面和平面组合构成的上模具M1和一个平面下模具M2的冲压工序,该模具M1的内弧面向圆弧末端施加侧向力,使J型基板边缘向金属基板的内侧弯曲;随后,在模具M1继续向下运行的过程中,其压边部位的水平部分向顶端圆弧施加垂直向下的力,使J型基板边缘压制成S型翻边结构。所述的中间层可以由绝热材料,如陶瓷纤维、玻璃纤维、或石墨纤维组成;也可以采用空气层。
本发明的优点在于:S型翻边只需用两个冲压工序,减少了人工、模具设备的资金投入,降低了成本,提高了生产效率;同时,此方法实现的S型翻边减少了翻边褶皱和产品分层,保证了产品的质量。

其中:1、2—金属基板;3—绝热材料;4—基板边缘;5—顶端圆弧;6—圆弧末端;M1—上模具;M2—下模具。
具体实施方案:
如图1所示,是在本发明的产品制作前固定好的三层材料展开的叠放状态;其中金属基板1和2是按照部件尺寸要求剪切成相同尺寸;中间层是用热传递率低的绝热材料3(可以是空气、陶瓷纤维、玻璃纤维、或石墨纤维)剪切而成;将金属基板1、2和裁剪好的绝热材料3通过工装固定在一起,为保证固定的稳固性,可适当采用无机胶辅助固定。
如图2所示,是通过常规的冲压设备将固定好的三层材料板冲压成带倒J型边缘的部件,J型边缘垂直于金属基板1、2的水平底面;即其形状由金属基板1、2的底平面、垂直的基板边缘4、顶端圆弧5以及圆弧末端6组成。
如图3所示,模具M1是由内弧面和平面联合整体结构组成,通过模具M1垂直向下运动过程中,模具M1的内弧面向圆弧末端6施加侧向力,使基板边缘4向金属基板(1、2)的底平面内侧弯曲。
如图4所示,随后在模具M1继续向下运行的过程中,其压边部位的水平部分向顶端圆弧5施加垂直向下的力,并使J型边缘一次压制到平行于基部的S型翻边结构。

Claims (2)

1.一种生产金属隔热防护部件S型翻边的方法,包括:
——将顶层金属基板(1)及底层金属基板(2)与各中间层的绝热材料(3)按产品的外形尺寸及各层次的要求放料;将金属基板(1、2)和绝热材料(3)通过工装固定在一起;
——通过常规的冲压工艺形成J型基板边缘(4),该J型基板边缘(4)垂直于金属基板(1、2)的水平部分;J型基板边缘(4)具有向外弯曲的顶端圆弧(5)及圆弧末端(6);
——通过一个由内侧弧面与顶部平面组合构成的上模具M1和一个水平设置的平板下模具M2的冲压工序,即该模具M1的内弧面向圆弧末端(6)施加侧向压力,使J型基板边缘(4)向金属基板(1、2)的内侧弯曲;随后,在模具M1继续朝向模具M2下运行的过程中,M1的顶部平面向顶端圆弧(5)施加垂直向下的压力,使J型基板边缘(4)压制成S型翻边结构。
2.按照权利要求1所述的生产金属隔热防护部件S型翻边的方法,其中:所述的中间层由绝热材料(3)组成,所述的绝热材料(3)为陶瓷纤维、玻璃纤维、或石墨纤维。
