Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于在艰难环境中定位潜入人员的安全装置,以及尤其涉及发光装置,其适合结合至至少一个将由潜入人员例如带有水中呼吸器的潜入人员或烟雾潜入人员携带的气缸。
背景技术
烟雾潜入人员经常在环境极端艰难的条件下工作,其中温度由于火的原因为非常高的,以及由于来自于火的烟雾的原因能见度为非常差,此外,由于火的扑灭操作原因,噪音水平非常高。带有水中呼吸器的潜入人员同样有时工作在可见性差的艰难条件下。烟雾潜入人员以及工作在艰难条件下的带水中呼吸器的潜入人员通常成对地工作,并且当然对于在每对中的两个个体在执行工作时彼此有联系是必要的。这由于安全原因为特别重要的。如果一个潜入人员受伤了或者以某些其他的方式陷入了危险,另一个潜入人员的注意力迅速地被吸引到此方面来为必要的,从而他能够拯救他的同事。
烟雾潜入人员经常提供有能够彼此联系的通信无线电系统。然而如果他们中的一个变成无意识的或者由于某些其他原因不能够使用其无线电设备,则该系统将不能起到作用。一现有技术的警报装置由烟雾潜入人员在其腹部携带的盒子组成,并且当烟雾潜入人员躺下或由于某些其他原因在大约20秒的时间段内未进行活动时,其发出声响信号。然而该发出的声响信号并不总是足以帮助迅速地定位处于危险的潜入人员。另一个用于定位处于危险的烟雾潜入人员的现有技术的装置为一单元,其具有闪光发射二极管,并且烟雾潜入人员同样将其携带在其腹部上。这种发光二极管在充满来自于火的烟雾的空间内具有短的范围,并且此外,如果烟雾潜入人员的背部朝着正在寻找他的人指向时,或者如果他为面朝下躺着的,则发光二极管被完全地挡住。
因此,目前存在对下述装置的极大需求,这种装置在上面描述的艰难环境中很好地起作用,并特别适合定位烟雾潜入人员和带有水中呼吸器的潜入人员。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的为提供一种装置,其适合定位潜入人员,例如一烟雾潜入人员或者一带有水中呼吸器的潜入人员,并且其抵抗高温,以及在充满来自于火的烟雾的空间内起作用,并且其此外容易应用和使用。
根据本发明,该目的通过如下发光装置达到,一种发光装置,其适于结合至将由潜入人员例如带有水中呼吸器的潜入人员或烟雾潜入人员携带的一组气缸,所述一组气缸由两个平行的气缸组成,其中:该发光装置包含电致发光的灯丝和封装该灯丝并由透明的耐热硅材料制成的保护罩,该发光装置还包含弹性紧固装置,该弹性紧固装置被设置成通过由该紧固装置的弹性性质决定的作用力固定该发光装置于所述气缸上,该发光装置具有U形形状,所述U形形状的一个支腿适合于通过包含在所述紧固装置中的至少一个第一弹性紧固件可释放地固定于一个气缸,以及所述U形形状的另一个支腿适合通过包含在所述紧固装置中的至少一个第二弹性紧固件可释放地固定于另一个气缸。
在一优选的实施方式中,具有保护罩的灯丝位于沿着该保护罩延伸的不锈钢支撑轨道的凹槽中。
该灯丝可连接于以直流电/交流电转换器形式的电池操作的动力源,其同样由该保护罩封装。

具体实施方式
示意性地在附图中显示的根据本发明的发光装置1在附图2中显示为应用于由两个平行的、大体为圆柱形气缸2和3组成的一组气缸,它们被烟雾潜入人员或带有水中呼吸器的潜入人员携带在他的背部。这两个气缸2和3以未详细显示的方式彼此连接。显然,发光装置1显示在附图2中处于从后面的携带位置以及为附图1中的相应位置。
发光装置1为大体为U形的,其支腿1a和1b稍微短于气缸2和3,且所述U形上的连接板1c比两个气缸2和3之间的中心距离稍长。
发光装置1的支腿1a和1b中的每一个支撑两个不锈钢的弹性紧固件4a和4b。每个紧固件4a和4b大体为圆弧形的并具有在圆周方向的大于180°的延伸。紧固件4a和4b的内部直径实质上等于气缸2和3的外部直径。紧固件4a和4b被卡合在两个气缸上并一起形成弹性的紧固装置,其通过由紧固件4a和4b的弹性性质所决定的作用力将发光装置1以一种可释放的方式紧固于气缸2和3。
如果发光装置1应钩持于一固定的物体上,携带有具有发光装置1的该组气缸2和3的潜入人员可从而用简单的拉动作而将自己从钩持于该物体的发光装置1释放出来,因为由于该拉动作,该发光装置1就从该组气缸2,3释放出来。
发光装置1的主要组成为本身已知的电致发光的灯丝5,其在这里为由以色列ELAM EL工业股份有限公司以商标销售的类型的。这种灯丝在两个导电电极之间具有发光的磷层。对于在充满来自于火的烟雾的空间中的使用,已经发现使用发射出蓝绿色光的灯丝5为特别便利的,然而在泥泞的水中使用黄色或红色的光可能为最适合的。以直流电/交流电变换器形式的电池操作的动力源6和灯丝5相关联,灯丝被连接于动力源。
该发光装置1还包括透明的、由耐热的硅材料制作的大体U形的柱(string)7。柱7具有沿着该柱从其一端(支腿1a的自由端)到其另一端(支腿1b的自由端)延伸的内部通道8,然而在所述另一端处通道8为封闭的。灯丝5位于柱7的通道8中,并从所述柱的封闭端至其“打开”端延伸,在所述“打开”端,灯丝5的端部部分5′伸出,该端部部分连接于动力源6。灯丝5的伸出的端部部分5′以及动力源6被封装在柱7的延伸部分7′内,该延伸部分由和所述柱相同的材料制成。由透明的、耐热的硅材料的保护层组成的柱7和其延伸部分7′可通过注射成型和硫化过程制造,所述硅材料在这里为德国Wacker-Chemie AG以名称R 402销售的硅材料,并且其可承受高达大约300℃的温度大约1小时以及可承受800-900℃的温度8-10秒。
具有由所述柱封装的灯丝5的大体U形的柱7被插入至不锈钢的稳定支撑轨道10中的凹槽9内,所述稳定支撑轨道10具有和柱7相同的U形。该支撑轨道10点焊于紧固件4a和4b。
Claims (3)
1.一种发光装置,其适于结合至将由潜入人员携带的一组气缸(2,3),所述一组气缸由两个平行的气缸(2,3)组成,其特征在于:该发光装置包含电致发光的灯丝(5)和封装该灯丝并由透明的耐热硅材料制成的保护罩(7),该发光装置还包含弹性紧固装置,该弹性紧固装置被设置成通过由该紧固装置的弹性性质决定的作用力固定该发光装置于所述气缸(2,3)上,该发光装置具有U形形状,所述U形形状的一个支腿(1a)适合于通过包含在所述紧固装置中的至少一个第一弹性紧固件(4a)可释放地固定于一个气缸(2),以及所述U形形状的另一个支腿(1b)适合通过包含在所述紧固装置中的至少一个第二弹性紧固件(4b)可释放地固定于另一个气缸(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中,具有该保护罩(7)的灯丝(5)布置于沿着该保护罩延伸的不锈钢支撑轨道(10)中的凹槽内。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的发光装置,其中,该灯丝(5)连接于直流电/交流电转换器形式的电池操作的动力源(6),该动力源(6)同样由保护罩(7′)封装。
