Abstract
本发明是一种自行车花毂的驱动座结构,设在一轮毂的一侧,其包含有:一驱动座,是呈阶梯状环体,其具有较小外径的一传动部,其外径缘环设有若干传动条及至少一断续凸条,分别以所述的驱动座轴向延伸一预设长度,其中所述的断续凸条是呈具有至少一沟槽的间断凸缘状;一插件,嵌设并贴合在所述的断续凸条上,且共同形成一预定宽度的一强化肋;凭借上述构件,利用较硬材质的所述的插件的设置所形成所述的强化肋,以分散来自所述的轮毂嵌设旋转时的大面积接触,所产生高负载扭矩力,可有效降低构件间的损坏,同时可增加使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及自行车变速齿轮驱动系统,特别是使用在传动车轮的栓槽轴驱动座及扣链齿相接的部位的结构。
背景技术
自行车的变速系统主要包含有飞轮、大齿盘、变速器、链条、变速拨杆、钢索等组件;利用各所述的大齿盘及飞轮前后不同齿数的组合变化,以变速器导引并调整链调位置在不同的齿片上,而切换至适当的速比及效率,配合路况进而达到舒适骑乘的目的。
使用链轮传动装置的变速自行车具有多重扣链齿接设在后轮的结构已行的多年,目前则趋向在使用一栓槽轴驱动座在后轮花毂部位以承受多个驱动扣链齿轮;近年来,扣链齿轮的数量在接设数量越来越多且其厚度尺寸越来越小以迎合有限的栓槽轴驱动座空间,因此除了变速比方面的加强外,业界同时朝向轻量化及重量的减轻以迎合高性能自行车的必要趋势。
常见具有齿条的驱动座是嵌设在扣链齿轮上的凹槽,其材质的应用上又可分为钢制及铝合金。现有驱动座60结构,请参照图5及图7,(中国台湾第94140104号发明专利所揭示的“用于脚踏车传动的后链轮”),所述的结构包含有:一管状部分70,其具有一外侧表面72,所述的外侧表面72具有复数个延伸在一轴向方向上的链轮啮合齿条74,以在所述的齿条74之间界定复数个链轮啮合凹沟76;及一靠接表面80,其被设置在所述的齿条76的至少一齿条的一端且面向一第一方向,以限制一链轮的轴向运动,所述的凹沟76具有底部表面82,所述的底部表面82沿着一相对于所述的第一方向的相反的轴向方向延伸超过所述的靠接表面80。
上述结构中,其主要在现有有限的空间以及不影响强度的条件下,可增加链轮数量以达到最佳化变速性能。但是,较新式且薄的驱动座其齿条凸肋则容易使材质较软的轻量化的高性能铝制链轮受到割伤或损坏;此外,如使用钢材质的传动座虽无损伤的疑虑,但其重量相较于铝制者较重且不符合轻量化的高性能需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于:提供一种自行车花毂的驱动座结构,可保护铝制驱动座的齿条部位,并使其可承受扣链齿轮的高接触负载,利用较硬材质的所述的插件的设置所形成所述的强化肋,以分散来自所述的轮毂嵌设旋转时的大面积接触,所产生高负载扭矩力,可有效降低构件间的损坏,同时可增加使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种自行车花毂的驱动座结构,是设在一轮毂的一侧,其特征在于,其包含有:
一驱动座,是呈阶梯状环体,其具有一外径较小的传动部,传动部的外径缘环设有若干传动条及至少一个断续凸条,所述的传动条与断续凸条分别沿所述的驱动座轴向延伸一预设长度,其中所述的断续凸条是具有至少一沟槽的间断凸缘状;
一插件,嵌设并贴合在所述的断续凸条上,且共同形成一预定宽度的一强化肋。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有的有益效果是:
1.本发明是利用具有较硬材质的插件设置所形成强化肋,可降低构件间因旋转传动所造成磨耗的情形,进而可增加使用寿命。
2.本发明具有较佳可承受来自轮毂因旋转作动所产生的高负载扭力,以增进传动效益。
3.本发明中,所述的插件是以嵌设方式设在驱动座的凸条上,且具有零件可替换性,同时也可降低零件维修成本。

具体实施方式
首先请参照图1至图5,本发明所提供的一种自行车花毂的驱动座结构,主要是设在一轮毂40的一侧,其包含有:一驱动座10,以及设在所述的驱动座10上的一插件20。
所述的驱动座10,是呈阶梯状环体的铝制合金,其具有一外径较小的传动部11,传动部11外径缘环设有六个传动条12及三个断续凸条13,分别以所述的驱动座10轴向延伸一预设长度,其中各所述的断续凸条13是呈具有两个沟槽131的间断凸缘状;所述的断续凸条13所形成的沟槽131两侧缘是呈鸠尾状凹部。
所述的插件20,是嵌设并贴合在各所述的断续凸条13上的钢材,且所述的断续凸条13与所述的插件20共同形成一预定宽度的一强化肋30;所述的插件20是与各所述的断续凸条13等高的薄板,其一侧缘朝外凸设有与各所述的沟槽131相对应的二舌部21,各所述的舌部21则是可与各所述的沟槽131相互稳固卡榫的凸部,并可有效紧配嵌设在所述的沟槽131内;所述的插件20还设有一接合部22,是沿所述的驱动座10轴向延伸,其延伸长度是与所述的断续凸条13等长,所述的接合部21其侧缘面是可有效与所述的断续凸条13的一侧缘相互稳固贴合;所述的插件20还设有一贴合面23,为所述的插件20的底缘的预设曲面,以有效贴合在所述的传动部11的外径缘上;所述的插件20还设有一外缘面24,是具有预设曲面,且与所述的断续凸条13的表面部位共同形成具预设曲率的一冲击面31。
凭借上述构件,利用较硬材质的所述的插件20的设置所形成所述的强化肋30,以分散来自所述的轮毂40嵌设旋转时的大面积接触,所产生高负载扭矩力,可有效降低构件间的损坏,同时可增加使用寿命。
为供进一步了解本发明构造特征、运用技术手段及所预期达成的功效,兹将本发明使用方式加以叙述如下:
本发明是将所述的插件20以其二舌部21分别嵌设在相对应的各所述的沟槽131内,并使所述的接合部22贴近在所述的断续凸条13的侧缘,以及所述的贴合面23贴合在所述的传动部11的外径缘面上,使各所述的插件20及断续凸条13共同形成所述的强化肋30,即组设完毕。
将具有所述的强化肋30的本发明以所述的传动部11是设在一链轮组50内,所述的链轮组50其内缘径设有与各所述的传动条12及强化肋30相对应的若干嵌设槽(图中未示),使各所述的传动条12及强化肋30可分别稳固地嵌设其内。
所述的插件20其嵌设在所述的断续凸条13后,所述的接合部22其舌部21延伸的侧缘则抵接在所述的断续凸条13的一侧,同时所述的贴合面23则抵贴在所述的传动部11的外径缘,故嵌设后是在所述的强化肋30表面形成与传动条12表面完全相同的所述的冲击面31,且所述的冲击面31与传动条12的表面曲率相同,以利于与所述的链轮组50的嵌设槽相组配;所述的强化肋30是呈与现有齿条相同的宽度及高度尺寸,是可通用在规格化的链轮组50相组设,且各所述的舌部21及沟槽131是分别以鸠尾状的凹凸紧配设计,可达到快速组设且稳固性高的效果。
本发明利用具有较硬材质的插件20设置所形成强化肋30,可降低构件间因旋转传动所造成磨耗的情形,进而可增加使用寿命;此外,本发明相较于现有结构可承受较大的高负载扭力,故具有较佳的传动效益;再者,所述的插件20是以嵌设方式设在驱动座10的所述的断续凸条13上,且具有零件可替换性,同时也可降低零件维修成本。
综合上述,本发明所揭示的“自行车花毂的驱动座结构”,是提供一种可承受较高负载扭力的驱动座,其利用钢材的所述的插件分别嵌设在各所述的断续凸条上以共同形成的强化肋,以所述的强化肋与链轮组相互嵌设,可降低构件间因旋转传动所造成磨耗的情形,进而可增加使用寿命,同时具有零件可替换性,同时也可降低零件维修成本,而获致一实用性高的花毂驱动座结构。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的权利要求可限定的范围之内。
Claims (7)
1、一种自行车花毂的驱动座结构,是设在一轮毂的一侧,其特征在于,其包含有:
一驱动座,是呈阶梯状环体,其具有一外径较小的传动部,传动部的外径缘环设有若干传动条及至少一个断续凸条,所述的传动条与断续凸条分别沿所述的驱动座轴向延伸一预设长度,其中所述的断续凸条是具有至少一沟槽的间断凸缘状;
一插件,嵌设并贴合在所述的断续凸条上,且共同形成一预定宽度的一强化肋。
2、根据权利要求1所述自行车花毂的驱动座结构,其特征在于:所述的插件呈薄板状,且与所述的断续凸条等高,插件一侧缘朝外凸设有至少一舌部,所述的舌部紧配嵌设在所述的沟槽内。
3、根据权利要求2所述自行车花毂的驱动座结构,其特征在于:所述的断续凸条所形成的沟槽两侧缘是呈鸠尾状凹部;所述的舌部则呈可与所述的舌部相互稳固卡榫的凸部。
4、根据权利要求1所述自行车花毂的驱动座结构,其特征在于:所述的插件是具有与所述的驱动座轴向延伸的一接合部,其延伸长度是与所述的断续凸条等长,所述的接合部其侧缘面是与所述的断续凸条的一侧缘相互稳固贴合。
5、根据权利要求1所述自行车花毂的驱动座结构,其特征在于:所述的插件其底缘是具有预设曲面的一贴合面,以有效贴合在所述的传动部的外径缘上。
6、根据权利要求1所述自行车花毂的驱动座结构,其特征在于:所述的插件材质是钢材;所述的驱动座是铝制合金材质。
7、根据权利要求1所述自行车花毂的驱动座结构,其特征在于:所述的传动部是设在一链轮组内,所述的链轮组的内缘径向设有可分别与各所述的传动条及强化肋相互稳固嵌设的若干嵌设槽。
