Abstract

一种光驱挡板组合,包括一设有一光驱入口的面板、一用于遮挡该光驱入口的挡板、一枢转杆及一用以使该挡板回复的弹性件,该枢转杆通过一第一枢转机构可枢转地连接于该面板,该枢转杆通过一第二枢转机构可枢转地连接于该挡板,该弹性件的两端分别固定于该挡板与该枢转杆。该光驱挡板组合中该挡板枢转地装设于该枢转杆,该枢转杆与该挡板一并可转动地装设于该面板上,从而实现该挡板的枢转安装,该光驱挡板组合结构稳定,并且该挡板可以沿着两条轴线相对该面板灵活转动,避免了挡板尺寸对其转动的干扰。

光驱挡板组合
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光驱挡板组合。
背景技术
一般的电子装置如电脑的机箱中都装配有光驱等数据存储器,机箱的面板上相应设有若干光驱入口。为了防尘和美观,该光驱入口通常会安装一挡板。现有技术中,通常是通过在挡板两侧设置转轴而将该挡板枢转安装于该机箱的面板。该挡板与该面板之间设置有弹簧,以实现该挡板的开启与关闭。然而,上述挡板组合结构过于简单,挡板不能稳固地固定于面板上。另外,当该挡板尺寸大于该光驱入口尺寸时,该面板需开设避让空间才能实现该挡板的安装与转动,且该挡板转动不灵活。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种挡板安装稳固,且转动灵活的光驱挡板组合。
一种光驱挡板组合,包括一设有一光驱入口的面板、一用于遮挡该光驱入口的挡板、一枢转杆及一用以使该挡板回复的弹性件,该枢转杆通过一第一枢转机构可枢转地连接于该面板,该枢转杆通过一第二枢转机构可枢转地连接于该挡板,该弹性件的两端分别固定于该挡板与该枢转杆。
相较现有技术,上述光驱挡板组合中该挡板枢转地装设于该枢转杆,该枢转杆与该挡板一并通过第一枢转机构装设于该面板上,从而实现该挡板的枢转安装,该光驱挡板组合结构稳定,并且该挡板可以沿着两条轴线相对该面板灵活转动,避免了挡板尺寸对其转动的干扰。

具体实施方式
请参照图1与图2,为本发明光驱挡板组合的较佳实施方式,用于遮挡一电子装置的光驱入口,该光驱挡板组合包括一面板10、一枢转杆20、一弹性件30及一挡板40。在本实施方式中,弹性件30为一扭簧。
该面板10组装于该电子装置(图未示)的前部,该面板10上设有一供一光驱托盘进出该电子装置的光驱入口11。该面板10于该光驱入口11的两侧设有两内侧壁13,每一内侧壁13的中部设有一枢转孔132,该面板10前侧邻近每一内侧壁13的枢转孔132的入口分别形成一斜面133。该面板10于该光驱入口11的上方形成两间隔的设有凹槽153的卡固部15。
该枢转杆20包括一长形主体部21,该主体部21的两端的上部分别沿径向向外并向上延伸一“L”形的固定臂22,每一固定臂22的末端向外伸出一第一转轴223。该枢转杆20的主体部21的两端的下部分别沿径向向外伸出一第二转轴24。该主体部21的底部向上设有一收容槽26,该主体部20由该收容槽26的一端朝向该收容槽26伸出一固定杆27。
请参照图3,该挡板40大致呈“L”形,用于遮挡该面板10正面的光驱入口11及一侧面。该挡板40的背面间隔设有两弧形凸出的推抵部41。该挡板40的底部朝向背面弯折形成一弯折部43,两第一定位板44紧贴该挡板40的背面间隔设于该弯折部43上,每一第一定位板44中部设有一穿孔445。该挡板40的背面于这两第一定位板44之间设有一第二定位板45,该第二定位板45形成一大致呈“C”字形的定位孔453,该定位孔453的开口方向背离该挡板40的背面。一凸出的钩扣件42设于该挡板40的背面,且位于该第二定位板45的上方。该挡板40的背面邻近顶部对应该面板10的卡固部15设有两个凸块47。
请继续参照图4,组装时,首先将该弹性件30套设于该枢转杆20下部的固定杆27上,再将该枢转杆20一端的第二转轴24插入该挡板40的对应第一定位板44的穿孔445内。转动该枢转杆20,使该枢转杆20下部的固定杆27对准该挡板40的第二定位板45的定位孔453的开口。按压该固定杆27,使该固定杆27由该第二定位板45的定位孔453的开口卡入该第二定位板45的定位孔453内。该弹性件30一第一端抵顶并卡固于该枢转杆20,一第二端抵顶于该第二定位板45,且该第二端伸出一钩扣部32钩扣于该挡板40的钩扣件42。之后,向外扳动该挡板40的另一第一定位板44,使该枢转杆20的另一端的第二转轴24插入该另一第一定位板44的穿孔445。释放该另一第一定位板44,该枢转杆20可转动地固定于该挡板40的背面。然后,相向按压该枢转杆20的两固定臂22,使这两固定臂22上的第一转轴223分别越过该面板10的光驱入口11两侧的对应斜面133而卡入对应的枢转孔132内。释放这两固定臂22,该枢转杆20与该挡板40一并可转动地装设于该面板10上。受该弹性件30的作用,该挡板40于一般状态下是闭合于该面板10的,该挡板40上的凸块47分别卡入该面板10上的对应卡固部15的凹槽153内,如图5所示。
当装设于该电子装置内的光驱托盘要弹出时,该光驱托盘向外推动该挡板40的推抵部41,使该挡板40绕着该枢转杆20的第二转轴24朝向远离该面板10的方向转动,该弹性件30弹性变形,同时该枢转杆20的第一转轴223分别在该面板10的对应枢转孔132内朝向远离该面板10的方向转动,直至该光驱托盘完全弹出。
当该光驱托盘退回该电子装置内时,该弹性件30弹性恢复拉动该挡板40绕着该枢转杆20的第二转轴24朝向该面板10方向转动,同时该枢转杆20的第一转轴223分别在该面板10的枢转孔132内朝向该面板10的方向转动,直至该挡板40上的凸块47分别卡入该面板10上的对应卡固部15的凹槽153内,从而该挡板40盖合于该面板10。
在上述实施方式中,该枢转杆20的两第一转轴223与该面板10上的两枢转孔132组成一第一枢转机构,使该枢转杆20可转动地装设于该面板10上;该枢转杆20的两第二转轴24与该挡板40上的两穿孔445组成一第二枢转机构,使该挡板40可转动地装设于该枢转杆20上。
作为本发明的其他实施方式,在该第一枢转机构中,该枢转杆20上的第一转轴223可以替换为枢转孔,而该面板10上的对应枢转孔132可以替换为由该面板10上伸出的枢转轴;在该第二枢转机构中,该枢转杆20上的第二转轴24可以替换为枢转孔,而该挡板40的对应穿孔445也可以替换为由该挡板40上伸出的枢转轴。

Claims (7)

1.一种光驱挡板组合,包括一设有一光驱入口的面板、一用于遮挡所述光驱入口的挡板及一用以使所述挡板回复的弹性件,其特征在于:所述光驱挡板组合还包括一枢转杆,所述枢转杆通过一第一枢转机构可枢转地连接于所述面板,所述枢转杆通过一第二枢转机构可枢转地连接于所述挡板,所述枢转杆的底部伸出一固定杆,所述挡板背面设有一钩扣件,所述弹性件为一扭簧,所述扭簧套设于所述枢转杆的固定杆上,所述扭簧的一第一端抵顶并卡固于所述枢转杆,一第二端伸出一钩扣部,所述钩扣部钩扣于所述挡板的钩扣件。
2.如权利要求1所述的光驱挡板组合,其特征在于:所述面板于所述光驱入口的两侧设有两内侧壁,所述枢转杆两端的上部分别向外并向上延伸一“L”形的固定臂,所述第一枢转机构包括两分别设于所述面板两内侧壁的枢转孔,及两分别设于所述枢转杆的两固定臂末端的用以对应卡入所述两枢转孔的第一转轴。
3.如权利要求2所述的光驱挡板组合,其特征在于:所述面板的前侧邻近所述两内侧壁的枢转孔分别形成一用以使对应第一转轴越过的斜面。
4.如权利要求2所述的光驱挡板组合,其特征在于:所述挡板的背面间隔设有两第一定位板,所述第二枢转机构包括两分别设于所述两第一定位板的穿孔,及两分别设于所述枢转杆两端的下部的用以对应卡入所述两穿孔的第二转轴。
5.如权利要求4所述的光驱挡板组合,其特征在于:所述挡板的底部朝向其背面弯折形成一弯折部,所述两第一定位板紧贴所述挡板的背面设于所述弯折部上。
6.如权利要求1所述的光驱挡板组合,其特征在于:所述挡板的背面邻近所述钩扣件设有一第二定位板,所述第二定位板设有一具一开口且大致呈“C”字形的定位孔,所述枢转杆的底部设有一收容槽,所述固定杆由所述枢转杆的收容槽的一端朝向所述收容槽伸出,所述固定杆可通过所述第二定位板的开口而卡入所述定位孔内。
7.如权利要求1所述的光驱挡板组合,其特征在于:所述面板于所述光驱入口的上方形成两间隔的且分别设有一凹槽的卡固部,所述挡板的背面设有两可分别对应卡入所述两卡固部的凹槽的卡块。
