Abstract

本发明涉及建筑材料,特别是粒状形式的建筑材料,例如:颗粒的形式,尤其是用于生产轻型建筑模块的骨料。
本发明提供了一种粒状形式或颗粒建筑材料(以下称为颗粒)。这种材料是由天然或人工火山灰和重量不多于5%的石灰(以氧化钙计算)制成的。粒料通过火山灰胶结形式达到内部胶结。包括由晶体和非晶体形硅酸钙,铝酸钙或硅酸钙,或任何两种甚至更多种钙盐的混合物形成的力学胶结。
尽管我们可以使用其它天然或人工火山灰,但本发明建筑材料中的火山灰最好选用粉煤灰。
本发明的材料可由火山灰同不多于5%重量的石灰(以氧化钙计算)混合而成,以用氢氧化钙为好;将混合物成型为粒状并于35℃~80℃,最好于50℃~80℃在控制空气湿度的环境下使颗粒固化。
使用粉煤灰和3%氢氧化钙(以氧化钙计算,2.25%)的混合物,在50℃、两小时的短时间内即可达到胶结,所得颗粒的抗碎强度可高达10牛顿/厘米2。颗粒的抗碎强度在六个月之内还可继续提高。曾有记录,在六个月之后,颗粒的抗碎强度可高达500牛顿/厘米2。
在50℃,经过六~十小时的固化,可制成抗碎强度约为50牛顿/厘米2的颗粒。
在这样短的时间内能获得这样大的强度是令人惊异的,特别是在石灰混入量极低的情况下。通常认为,粉煤灰和石灰的混合物要达到火山灰胶结,石灰的用量需超过5%而且也需要较长的固化时间。一般说来,在形成强胶结之前,至少需要几天的时间。
用任一指定的造粒方法,都可制得尺寸范围通常为5~15mm的颗粒。比如,用造粒机例如转鼓或非球形造粒机进行生产,或者通过使固体变颗粒的过程,或者挤压,或者用开槽的辊筒压实混合物料并把形成的条带切割成要求的长度。
附图表示了由97%的粉煤灰和3%石灰的混合物经50℃固化并经9厘米转鼓选粒后所得颗粒的抗碎强度与固化时间的关系。
颗粒内胶结性质通过X线衍射和我的荧光化学分析法测定。
Claims (10)
1、粒状建筑材料,由粉煤灰和不多于5%(重量)的石灰(以CaO计)制成,该粒料通过火山灰胶结形式达到内部胶结,所说的包括由钙矾石晶体和非晶体形硅酸钙,铝酸钙或硅铝酸钙或其混合物形成的力学胶结。

4、权利要求3的建筑材料,其中氢氧化钙量为3%(重量)。
