技术领域

背景技术
从天然纤维如作为原材料的棉、毛和亚麻生产的纱线具有良好的手感,但是其可能具有如耐久性、较低的强度、洗后收缩大及由此引起的大的形变等缺点。为了克服该缺点,已经使用通过将天然纤维和合成短纤维混纺制得的纱线。该纤维混纺提高强度和形状稳定性。数十年来,随着合成纤维和材料的发展,含有合成纤维、尤其是聚酯纤维的纱线已经被制成机织或针织纺织品。一直在关注使得织物和服装制品中的纤维具有更好的手感和舒适性。因此,已经投入大量努力来开发使用合成纤维的可机织或针织成服装制品如袜和衫的改进的纱线。

发明内容

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种用于机织或针织织物或服装制品如袜和衫的纱线。根据本发明的纱线含有硅化细旦聚酯纤维和粗旦纤维。纱线中硅化细旦聚酯纤维和粗旦纤维的混纺比在约10到约90和约90到约10、优选约30到约70和约70到约30重量百分数之间并可以是50∶50重量百分数。硅化细旦聚酯纤维和粗旦纤维的量可根据织物所期望的感觉和触感变化。

细旦聚酯纤维和合成粗旦纤维的纤维长度可为约1.5到约4英寸。优选地,这两种类型纤维的长度为约2到约3英寸。如普通技术人员所知,例如毛或棉的天然纤维的长度自然不同。合成纤维的旦尼尔和纤维长度可根据织物和服装制品的商业需要而变化。
硅化细旦聚酯纤维可由本领域已知用于制备纺织纤维的任何聚酯制成。纺织品中所用的示例性聚酯为对苯二甲酸的聚酯如聚(对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚(对苯二甲酸六氢化对苯二甲酯)、聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)、聚对苯二甲酸1,4-环己二甲酯(PCDT),和对苯二酸酯的共聚酯,其中至少85摩尔百分数的酯单元为对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或对苯二酸六氢化对苯二甲酯单元。优选地,细旦聚酯纤维是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
纱线的粗旦纤维没有特别限制,可以根据如纺织品领域已知的具体织物或服装制品所期望的性质进行选择。粗旦纤维可以是合成纤维、天然纤维或者天然纤维、合成纤维或天然和合成纤维的组合。天然粗旦纤维可以是天然纤维如毛、棉、亚麻、丝和纤维素纤维中的任一种。合成的粗旦纤维包括例如上述讨论的聚酯纤维、丙烯腈系纤维、诸如尼龙的聚酰胺纤维、聚烯烃纤维、醋酯纤维等。优选的天然粗旦纤维是毛纤维。优选的合成粗旦纤维是聚酯纤维。
如上所述,纱线的细旦聚酯纤维是硅化细旦聚酯纤维。术语“硅化”意思是细旦聚酯纤维的表面涂有硅氧烷聚合物。硅氧烷也称做有机硅氧烷或聚硅氧烷,与细旦聚酯纤维结合良好,并减少摩擦以提高纱线和织物的手感。硅氧烷涂层粘到纤维上,在反复洗涤后不会脱落。在与微细纤维混合之前,可利用本领域已知的用于施加硅氧烷涂料的方法如喷雾、混合、浸渍或浸轧将硅氧烷涂层施加到细旦聚酯纤维上。硅氧烷涂料优选聚硅氧烷如甲基氢基聚硅烷、改性的甲基氢基聚硅烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷或氨基改性的二甲基聚硅氧烷。硅化细旦聚酯纤维,例如硅化细旦PET纤维可从Wellman,Inc.,Fort Mill,SC购买。在本发明纱线的一个实施方案中,当使用合成的粗旦纤维时,也可如刚才关于细旦聚酯纤维所述一样硅化粗旦纤维。
如本领域已知的,聚硅氧烷可直接应用或用溶剂稀释成溶液或乳状液,例如聚硅氧烷的水性乳状液。然后涂层可以干燥和/或固化。如本领域所知的,可使用催化剂来促进含有Si-H键的聚硅氧烷的固化,为方便起见可将催化剂加入到聚硅氧烷的乳状液中,然后使用该组合来处理纤维。合适的催化剂为铁、钴、锰、铅、锌和锡的羧酸盐如醋酸盐、辛酸盐、环烷酸盐和油酸盐。纤维可以被干燥以除去残余的溶剂,然后加热到65℃和200℃之间固化。
本发明的纱线可用于织物和服装制品中。将硅化细旦聚酯纤维加入到根据本发明的纱线中降低纱线的摩擦系数,使纱线或含有该纱线的织物或服装制品产生更柔软的感觉。织物是由通过本领域已知的各种方法组合的纤维和/或纱线制成的平面结构,这些方法包括但不限于机织、针织、簇绒或编织,以给该结构提供足够的强度和其预期用途所需的其它性质。由这些纱线和织物形成的服装制品包括但不限于衬衫、裤子、工作服、工装裤、短上衣、毛衫、衬里、外套、皮制大衣、头饰和鞋袜如短袜。织物和服装制品优选机织或针织。机织织物包括平纹组织、斜纹组织和缎纹组织。针织织物包括经编针织物和纬编针织物。
因此,本发明提供一种含有本发明纱线的织物或服装制品。该织物或服装制品可只由本发明的纱线生产,但是优选为本发明的纱线和其它纱线的组合。优选的实施方案是含有混纺纱线的机织或针织织物或机织或针织服装制品,所述混纺纱线中的一种为本发明的纱线。织纹可以是平衡机织组织或针织组织或者不平衡机织组织或针织组织。平衡机织组织或针织组织意思是织物的两面含有数量基本相等的本发明纱线。不平衡机织组织或针织组织意思是通过设计和期望的结果,织物的一面比另一面具有更多的本发明纱线。织物或服装制品可在全部区域或只在期望的区域含有本发明的纱线以改善感觉或减少摩擦。例如,可将本发明的纱线包括在袜的后跟部分以改善舒适性和耐磨性。
由本发明纱线制备的织物和服装制品可以具有更好的绝缘性、拒水性、柔软性和抗风性。当然,这些性质是与不含该纱线的类似织物相对而言的。

下文列出本发明纱线的纤维混合物实施例。百分数以重量计。

Claims (17)
1.一种含有硅化细旦聚酯纤维和粗旦纤维的纱线,其中所述纱线中的所述硅化细旦聚酯纤维和粗旦纤维的混纺比在约10到约90和约90到约10重量百分数之间。
2.权利要求1的纱线,其中所述硅化细旦聚酯纤维是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维。
3.权利要求1的纱线,其中所述粗旦纤维选自合成纤维、天然纤维以及合成纤维和天然纤维的组合。
4.权利要求3的纱线,其中所述合成纤维选自聚酰胺、聚酯、丙烯酸类、醋酸酯、尼龙、聚烯烃和其组合。
5.权利要求3的纱线,其中所述天然纤维选自毛、棉、丝和亚麻。
6.权利要求1的纱线,其中所述细旦聚酯纤维为约0.5到1.0旦并具有约1.5到约4英寸的长度,所述粗旦纤维为约1.2到约6旦,并且所述纱线中所述硅化细旦聚酯纤维和粗旦纤维的混纺比在约30到约70和约70到约30重量百分数之间。
7.权利要求1的纱线,其中所述细旦聚酯纤维为约0.7到约0.9旦并具有约2到约3英寸的长度,所述粗旦纤维为约1.2到约4.5旦,并且所述纱线中所述硅化细旦聚酯纤维和粗旦纤维的混纺比在约40到约60和约60到约40重量百分数之间。
8.一种机织或针织织物,其包含权利要求1、3、6或7中的纱线。
9.权利要求8的织物,其还包含至少一种其它纱线。
10.权利要求9的织物,其具有平衡机织组织或针织组织。
11.权利要求9的织物,其具有不平衡机织组织或针织组织。
12.一种机织或针织服装制品,其包含权利要求1、3、6或7中的纱线。
13.权利要求12的服装制品,其还包含至少一种其它纱线。
14.权利要求13的服装制品,其具有平衡机织组织或针织组织。
15.权利要求13的服装制品,其具有不平衡机织组织或针织组织。
16.权利要求12的服装制品,其中所述服装制品是袜或衫。
17.一种纱线,其包含与另一种纱线捻合或合股的权利要求1、3、6或7中的纱线。
