用于圆筒锁的多件芯栓组件
技术领域
本发明涉及锁组件,更具体地涉及可廉价制造的多件芯栓组件。
背景技术
多种类型的传统锁组件用在许多应用场合。一些门锁组件包括通常配置在门操作器中例如把手中或单闩锁的防护环中的圆筒锁。这样的圆筒锁包括圆筒本体,其形成有圆筒形开口以接纳在其中可转动的圆筒形芯栓。该圆筒本体和芯栓的每个形成有多个对齐的销腔,其接纳并支承多套由弹簧-偏压的转筒销组。通常,各种销交错在圆筒本体和芯栓的邻近面对表面之间的接合线,以防止芯栓相对圆筒本体转动。该接合线称为“剪切线”。芯栓形成有钥匙隙缝,其与销腔连通,因此转筒销的一部分延伸到钥匙隙缝中。当将适当的钥匙插入到隙缝中时,钥匙上的牙齿调整转筒销的位置,因此在每个销组的上面的驱动器销和下面销移动,以使下面销和驱动器销之间的界面定位在剪切线上。于是剪切线是无干扰的而且芯栓可以在圆筒本体的开口中转动,以允许驱动件转动和随后开动该锁。
不利的是,由于多个销腔和形成在其中的钥匙槽的精确的容差,芯栓的制造会是相当困难的。典型地,芯栓铸造为其中形成有钥匙槽的圆筒。然后,作为二次操作在芯栓中机加工多个销腔。这个制造工艺虽然是有效的,但由于有二次机加工操作所以加工工艺相当昂贵。
因此,希望提供一种圆筒锁芯栓,其可以经济方式制造,而且还保持有效操作所要求的精确容差。
发明内容
按照本发明的圆筒锁(cylinder lock)组件包括圆筒本体和以多构件方式制造的芯栓(plug)组件。该芯栓组件包括芯栓本体和可安装到芯栓本体上的芯栓插入件。芯栓本体和芯栓插入件被制造为金属铸造部件。
芯栓本体限定芯栓插入件开口,以从一般横向于纵轴线的方向接纳芯栓插入件。芯栓插入件开口呈一般L-形状横截面,以接纳对应形状的芯栓插入件。
芯栓插入件包括外芯栓部分,其限定弧形外表面,当芯栓插入件安装在其中时该弧形外表面与芯栓本体的外周面相符合。芯栓销腔部分一般横向于外芯栓部分延伸,以它们的整体方式限定多个转筒(tumber)销腔。该多个转筒销腔和沿纵轴线铸造在芯栓销腔部分中的芯栓钥匙槽部分相交。芯栓插入件被成形为便于铸造为单一部件。本申请人已经铸造了不需二次机加工操作的芯栓插入件,还提供了其容差比此前机加工的那些部件更严密的转筒销腔。这种二次操作的消除明显地方便于低廉的制造,这是由于芯栓本体和芯栓插入件的每个只需要在单一操作中铸造而成。另外,铸造工艺还使得用于机加工配件的正确分度的需求最小化,这样通过生产的损耗下降又进一步减小了制造费用。
因此本发明提供了一种圆筒锁芯栓,其可以经济的方式制造,而且还保持了为有效操作所需要的精确的容差。

具体实施方式
图1A表明圆筒锁10的总体分解透视图。圆筒锁10总体上包括圆筒本体12和芯栓组件14。芯栓组件14优选是制造成两个构件,其包括芯栓本体16A和可安装在芯栓本体16A中的芯栓插入件16B。本体12和芯栓组件14优选地被制造成金属铸造部件。应当理解,虽然在描述的具体实施例中揭示了一个具体的部件配置方案,但从本发明中也可立即获得其他的配置方案。
一旦组装,将芯栓组件14插入到圆筒本体12的圆筒开口17中,因此在芯栓组件14中多个芯栓转筒销腔的每个与各个圆筒本体12中的多个筒体转筒销腔20对齐(图1B)。包括底销22,顶销24和弹簧26的销组21定位在每个对齐的腔18,20中。盖件28定位在腔20上方以将销组21保持在其中。夹子30与芯栓组件14的向内段32相接合,以将芯栓组件14可转动地保持在圆筒本体12中(图1B)。
致动件34安置在芯栓的向内段32附近或其中,以接合锁闩致动组件(未示出),并且随后以传统方式使插销或锁闩缩回或伸展,从而开动该锁,这些在此不需要详细描述了。
参见图1B,芯栓组件14限定沿着该芯栓组件14纵轴线的钥匙槽36,以允许插入使销组21相对剪切线对齐的钥匙,这样芯栓组件14可相对圆筒本体12转动以便开动该锁。钥匙对销配置结构的操作可以采取各种传统的形式,在此无需详细地描述了。
参见图2A和2B,芯栓本体16A包括芯栓插入件开口38,以便从一般横向于纵轴线A的方向接纳芯栓插入件16B。芯栓插入件开口38形成在芯栓本体向外段40和向内段32之间。芯栓本体向外段40限定钥匙槽开口42(图3),以导引钥匙进入芯栓本体钥匙槽部分36A中。芯栓本体钥匙槽部分36A使芯栓本体向外段40中的钥匙槽开口42与芯栓插入件开口38连接。优选的是,芯栓插入件开口38呈一般L-形状横截面(图2B),以接纳对应形状的芯栓插入件16B。应注意,芯栓本体16A不包括分离的芯栓腔并且是相对不复杂的管状形状,其使得在单一操作中容易便于模制。
芯栓插入件16B包括限定弧形外表面45的芯栓外部分44,当芯栓插入件16B安装入其中时该弧形外表面45与芯栓本体16A的外周面46符合(图4)。这就是说,芯栓插入件16B的外表面45使芯栓本体16A的外圆筒面完成闭合。弧形外表面45包括转筒销腔18的最外开口18a,以与销组21对接并且从芯栓组件14中的转筒销腔20中接纳销组(图1A)。
弧形外表面45可包括邻近最外开口18a的模型键式“PK”球的接纳凹槽47,以如一般理解的那样接纳PK球。PK凹槽47优选是配置在芯栓外部分44的部分中,该部分从芯栓销腔部分48以悬臂方式延伸。这就是说,多个转筒销腔18延伸通过芯栓外面部分44的弧形外表面45并且通过芯栓销腔部分48,此时PK凹槽47则是芯栓外部分44中的凹槽但并非延伸通过芯栓外部分44或者并非延伸进入芯栓销腔部分48中。
一般横向于外芯栓部分44的是芯栓销腔部分48,因此芯栓插入件16B具有一般“L”形状,其对应于芯栓插入件开口38(图2B)。换句话说,芯栓销腔部分48是“L”形状的长腿,而芯栓外部分44包括弧形外表面45并形成“L”形状的短腿。
芯栓销腔部分48以它们整体形式限定多个转筒销腔18。这就是说,每个转筒销腔部分48的整个孔安置在芯栓插入件16B中。芯栓销腔部分48沿纵轴线A延伸。多个转筒销腔1 8的每个包括一个转筒销腔轴线T,该轴线横向并相交于纵轴线A(在图1B中也有描述)。多个转筒销腔18与沿纵轴线A形成在芯栓销腔部分48中的芯栓钥匙槽部分36B相交。芯栓钥匙槽部分36B优选是沿芯栓销腔部分48的纵向长度并在其底侧面50上开口,以形成一般U-形的隙缝,同时嵌入销腔18以间隔形式形成在那里(图2C)。当芯栓插入件16B配置在其(16A)中时芯栓销腔48的开口底侧面50与形成在芯栓本体16A中的隙缝36s对齐。隙缝36s优选地形成钥匙槽的其他部分。
芯栓插入件16B优选是将多个转筒销腔18和芯栓钥匙槽部分36B限定在配置方案中,其使得作为单一部件的铸造更加容易。事实上,申请人已经铸造了不需要二次机械操作的芯栓插入件16B,还提供了其尺寸容差比至今机加工腔的容差更严密的转筒销腔18。这种二次操作的取消明显地便于廉价制造,因为芯栓本体16A和芯栓插入件16B的每个只需要在单一操作中铸造构成。另外,铸造还使得用于机加工配件的正确分度的需求最小化,通过生产的损耗下降这又进一步减小了制造费用。
应当理解,相对的定位术语如“前面”“后面”“上面”“下面”“在...之上”“在...之下”等等都是参考车辆的正常操作状态并且不应当被认为有其他限制。
虽然已展示、描述并要求保护了具体的步骤顺序,但应当理解,除非指出另外的方式,这些步骤可以任何次序、单独的或组合的实现,并且仍然将从本发明中获得利益。
前面的说明是示例性的而不是限定在这些说明中。本发明的许多修改和变型在上面教导的启迪下都是可能的。本发明已披露优选实施例,但是本领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,一定的改型都将落入本发明的保护范围内。因此,应当理解,在所附权利要求的保护范围内,本发明可以与具体描述不同的其他方式实现。由于这个原因,应当研读下面的权利要求以确定本发明的准确保护范围和内函。

Claims (20)

1.一种圆筒锁芯栓组件,包括:
芯栓本体,其限定沿纵轴线的芯栓本体钥匙槽部分和芯栓插入件开口;以及
安装在所述开口中的芯栓插入件,所述芯栓插入件限定多个转筒销腔。
2.按照权利要求1所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述多个转筒销腔与形成在所述芯栓插入件中的芯栓插入件钥匙槽部分相交。
3.按照权利要求2所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述多个转筒销腔和所述芯栓插入件钥匙槽部分包括其底面中的邻接的开口。
4.按照权利要求3所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述底面邻近所述芯栓插入件开口的底部被接纳在所述芯栓本体中。
5.按照权利要求1所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述多个转筒销腔的每个限定相交所述纵轴线的转筒轴线。
6.按照权利要求5所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述芯栓插入件钥匙槽部分和所述芯栓本体钥匙槽部分沿所述纵轴线被限定。
7.按照权利要求1所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述芯栓插入件包括横向于外芯栓部分的芯栓销腔部分。
8.按照权利要求7所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述外芯栓部分包括和所述芯栓本体的外周面对应的弧形外面。
9.按照权利要求7所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述芯栓销腔部分和所述外芯栓部分至少部分地配合在所述芯栓插入件开口中。
10.按照权利要求7所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述芯栓销腔部分包含在所述芯栓插入件开口中。
11.按照权利要求7所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述芯栓销腔部分和所述外芯栓部分在横向于所述纵轴线的横截面中形成一般的“L”形状,其配合在所述芯栓插入件开口中,因此所述外芯栓部分的弧形外面与所述芯栓本体的外周面符合,从而所述芯栓本体和所述芯栓插入件形成实质上连续的圆筒外表面。
12.按照权利要求1所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述芯栓本体和所述芯栓插入件是金属铸造部件。
13.按照权利要求1所述的圆筒锁芯栓组件,其中,所述多个转筒销腔的每个是所述芯栓插入件中带有邻接内孔周边的铸件。
14.一种圆筒锁组件,包括:
限定圆筒开口的圆筒本体,所述圆筒本体限定多个本体转筒销腔;
芯栓本体,其限定沿纵轴线的芯栓本体钥匙槽部分和芯栓插入件开口;以及
安装在所述芯栓插入件开口中的芯栓插入件,以形成一般的圆筒形芯栓组件,用于可转动地安装在所述圆筒形开口中,所述芯栓插入件限定与所述芯栓本体钥匙槽部分连通的芯栓插入件钥匙槽部分。
15.按照权利要求14所述的圆筒锁组件,其中,所述芯栓插入件和所述芯栓插入件开口在横向于所述纵轴线的横截面中形成一般的“L”形状。
16.按照权利要求14所述的圆筒锁组件,其中,所述芯栓插入件限定横向于芯栓销腔部分的带有弧形外面的外芯栓部分,所述外芯栓部分和所述芯栓销腔部分限定多个转筒销腔,其和形成在所述芯栓销腔部分中的所述芯栓插入件钥匙槽部分相交。
17.一种制造用于圆筒锁的芯栓组件的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)铸造芯栓本体,以沿纵轴线形成芯栓钥匙槽部分和芯栓插入件开口;
(2)铸造具有在其中铸造多个转筒销腔的芯栓插入件;以及
(3)将芯栓插入件组装到芯栓插入件开口中,以形成芯栓组件。
18.按照权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(1)包括:
(a)铸造芯栓本体作为一般的圆筒形件,其具有带芯栓本体钥匙槽开口的芯栓本体向外段,通过芯栓钥匙槽部分与芯栓插入件开口连通。
19.按照权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(2)包括:
(a)在芯栓插入件中铸造芯栓插入件钥匙槽部分,芯栓插入件钥匙槽部分相交多个转筒销腔。
20.按照权利要求17所述的方法,进一步包括步骤:
(4)将芯栓组件沿所述纵轴线滑入圆筒本体的圆筒形开口中。
