Abstract

本发明涉及钟表学领域。本发明更具体地涉及一种包括中间部件的手表,在所述中间部件上安装有软性或脆性材料的多边形表圈。
背景技术
“软性材料”是指具有小于30HV的维氏硬度的材料,例如木材、某些塑料或甚至皮革。“脆性材料”是指不具有塑性变形区域的材料,如陶瓷、石头或珍珠母。更概括地说,软性或脆性材料的组群基本由非金属材料组成。
包括由软性材料如木材制成的外部的手表由于特殊的装饰性外观而为本领域技术人员所知。在现有的实施例中,表壳或者完全由木材形成,或者由覆盖木制盖的金属体形成。关于这些实施例的更多信息可参考专利申请No.DE 233 309和No.CH 667 177。
由软性材料制成的外部的一个缺陷在于缺乏耐磨性。由于角状部分例如拐角特别容易被磨损,因此现有的实施例不包含任何(角状部分),而是具有圆化的形状。因此,这些手表局限于圆形和椭圆形几何形状。
还已知外部由脆性材料形成的手表。与软性材料不同,脆性材料通常相当耐磨损,但在角状部分易于断裂。为此,对于包括由脆性材料制成的外部的手表,圆形和椭圆形几何形状也是优选的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过提出一种手表来克服这些限制,该手表装有由软性或脆性材料制成的多边形表圈,该表圈的拐角耐磨和耐冲击。
更具体地,本发明涉及一种包括中间部件的手表,所述中间部件包括设置成用于接纳由第一材料制成的多边形表圈的顶面,其特征在于,该表圈的拐角被截平;并且该中间部件装有由第二材料制成的固定到该中间部件的顶面的角状元件,所述角状元件设置成在表圈被安装在该中间部件上时替代该表圈的截平的拐角。
在一个特别有利的实施例中,所述第二材料比第一材料更耐冲击或耐磨。
由于角状元件由耐冲击或耐磨的材料制成,并设置成替代多边形表圈的拐角,因此大大减少了作为这种表圈的主要缺陷的拐角的任何磨损或断裂。

具体实施方式
图1、2和3所示的手表以常规方式包括由中间部件12、后盖14和表圈16形成的表壳10。中间部件12与后盖14一起限定容纳机芯20的壳体18。机芯20可以是机械类型,或者由未示出的电池供电的电动机械类型。所述手表还包括安装在中间部件12上的表面玻璃22、插置在机芯20和表面玻璃22之间的表盘24、以及与机芯20运动地连接的时间示值显示装置,例如指针26和28。固定在位于中间部件12的侧面的上条柄轴上的表冠30用于上条和校准时间示值。
中间部件12、后盖14和表圈16具有大致方形的几何形状。在一个变型中,中间部件12、后盖14和表圈16可具有任何多边形形状,例如矩形、六边形、三角形等。中间部件12和后盖14由非常耐磨和耐冲击的材料,特别是金属例如钢形成。表圈由软性或脆性材料例如木材、陶瓷、珍珠母或能够实现装饰效果的任何其它非金属材料形成。
中间部件12包括由基本平坦的表面34形成的顶面32,该表面34由形成肩部38的内部边缘36限定,表面玻璃22安装在该肩部38上。本领域技术人员可选择通过在表面玻璃22和中间部件12之间插入密封垫而以防水方式安装表面玻璃22。顶面32还包括四个相对于表面34突出并设置在四个拐角处的角状元件40a、b、c和d。该四个元件40a、b、c和d与中间部件12形成整体组件。通过对顶面32机加工、或通过冲压中间部件12得到这些元件。在一个变型中,元件40a、b、c和d可通过(硬)钎焊、焊接、粘接或通过螺钉附加在中间部件12上。
表圈16经由边缘36定位在顶面32上,并使用四个螺钉旋接在中间部件12上,以便压靠表面34。在一个变型中,表圈16可粘结到表面34。表圈16的四个拐角被截平,从而当表圈被定位在中间部件12的顶面32上时,角状元件40a、b、c和d占据四个拐角的位置。这种设置可防止表圈16的拐角由于磨损或由于冲击而被损坏。
因此,描述了一种包括多边形表圈的手表,该表圈的拐角非常耐磨和耐冲击。不言而喻,本发明并不局限于刚才所述的实施例,本领域技术人员可以设想各种简单的改变和变型,而不会脱离由所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种包含中间部件(12)的手表,该中间部件(12)包括设置成用于接纳由第一材料制成的多边形表圈(16)的顶面(32),其特征在于,所述表圈(16)的拐角被截平;所述中间部件(12)装有由第二材料制成的固定到所述顶面(32)的角状元件(40a、b、c、d),所述角状元件设置成在所述表圈被安装在该中间部件(12)上时替代所述表圈(16)的被截平的拐角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手表,其特征在于,所述第二材料比所述第一材料更耐冲击或更耐磨。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的手表,其特征在于,所述第一材料是非金属材料,并且所述第二材料是金属材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手表,其特征在于,所述角状元件(40a、b、c、d)与所述中间部件(12)形成整体件。
5.根据权利要求2所述的手表,其特征在于,所述角状元件(40a、b、c、d)通过对所述中间部件(12)的顶面机加工而得到。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手表,其特征在于,所述角状元件(40a、b、c、d)被附加在所述中间部件(12)上。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的手表,其特征在于,所述顶面(32)包括基本平坦的表面(34),所述表圈(16)安装在该表面(34)上;并且所述角状元件(40a、b、c、d)相对于所述平坦表面(34)突出。
