Abstract
本发明涉及一种通过将含尿素、硫酸铵和水的混合物造粒而制备含尿素和醇酸铵肥料颗粒的方法,其特征在于使硫酸铵完全溶解于尿素浓度70-85%(重量)的含水尿素溶液,再将所得溶液浓缩至干燥含量为92-97%(重量),可在上述处理的任一阶段,添加一种尿素结晶阻滞剂,随后,将浓缩的溶液在含有晶核的尿素和硫酸铵的流化床里成粒。本发明还涉及含有硫酸铵、尿素和结晶阻滞剂的颗粒。
Description
生产和发展含有适当的氮和硫的肥料在当今是很重要的。近几年来,硫酸铵(21%N,24%S)是含氮肥料中最重要的一种,而一般常用的磷肥是过磷酸钙(20%P2O5,12%S)。含有这些物质的肥料供给土壤的硫要大于农作物的需要。于是,多年后,硫酸铵就被尿素(46%N,0%S)所代替;过磷酸钙则被磷酸一铵(12%N,61%P2O5,0%S),磷酸二铵(21%N,53%P2O5,0%S)和三元过磷酸钙(46%P2O5,0%S)所代替。由于这些无硫肥料的应用,如不另外施加含硫的肥料,土壤的含硫量便会降低,因为随着农作物收割硫从田地上移出,由其更甚,硫另外由于沥滤作用而从土壤里流失。其结果是现在在世界上的许多地区土壤出现严重缺硫,这对许多农作物是极其有害的。
因此,就很需要这类肥料,它含有足量的硫并且是以能很快被植物所吸收的形式存在。
人人皆知尿素颗粒会生成一种元素硫的盖层。在这种形式下,于是,硫并不被农作物所吸收。元素硫必须先在土壤里转化成硫酸盐,而这种转化过程是极其缓慢的,尤其是在寒冷和乾燥、贫乏的地区。
硫酸铵是一种较好的供硫物,它能使硫成为一种植物能直接吸收的形式。就其本身而言,硫酸铵并不适于用作肥料,因为从施肥的角度讲,硫酸铵的含氮量(21%)过低而含硫量过高,但把硫酸铵跟尿素按不同的比例相结合,就能生成特别适合于农作物所需的氮和硫浓度的肥料。例
如,把二种组分,即尿素和硫酸铵按4比1的重量比相组合,就能生成一种含40%N和约5%S的肥料,这种肥料是很适用于各种施肥用途。
化学工程,工艺开发索引,14(1975)269-276叙述了,在一个中等工厂规模上,含尿素和硫酸铵的肥料颗粒的产品,该种颗粒是由扁平式成粒和是一种高浓度的尿素溶液(约99%)和硫酸铵的造粒混合物。硫酸胺是以固态形式加入到基本上是无水的尿素熔化物,但在里面,仅是部分溶解,为此含熔化物的尿素和硫酸铵在高温下(135-150℃)变成颗粒状或制造成粒状,这样尽可能地在熔化物里来限制不溶解的硫酸铵的比例。在较低的温度,熔化物含有许多不溶解的物质,它无法加工制成粒状。由于尿素的分解作用,不能采用较高的温度。由于在尿素熔化物里,硫酸盐的有限溶解,因此所述的方法在工业规模上实施是不适宜的。
在一种含水的尿素溶液里,硫酸铵要比在一种基本上是无水的尿素熔化物中比较易于溶解。含水的尿素溶液能被加工成美国专利文献4,219,589中所述的颗粒状,其中,一种含水的尿素溶液(这种尿素中已加上了一种结晶阻滞剂)则被喷成一种极微的小滴状,平均直径小于120μm,该小滴进入尿素颗粒的流化床,所采用的温度以水能从被喷至晶核的溶液里蒸发,和尿素能在晶核上结晶成所需规格的颗粒为度。
按美国专利4,219,589所述方法制备颗粒所用的含水尿素溶液,最好是具有92-97(重量)%尿素浓度,特别是94-96%(重量),并在110-125℃的温度下,被喷入流化床。确实,硫酸铵被认为在这些溶液里要比在一种基本上是无水的尿素熔化物中易于溶解,但它并不是按施肥用途的某一比例来溶解。硫酸铵的一部分仍以固态状悬浮在溶液里。
当这种悬浮体按照美国专利4,219,589所述的方法在流化床中制成颗粒时,悬浮体中的硫酸铵粒子应是越细越好,这不仅能防止喷雾器的堵塞,也更便于成粒过程的施行。为了取得这一成效,在尿素溶液里的硫酸铵可用一种胶体磨来进行研磨。然而,被研磨的悬浮体的粒子并不
能达到所需的效果。床内所积累的颗粒是不能令人满意的,而且不合规格的产物跟规格产物的重量比也是不相宜的。制粒器里粉剂散失量(即从制粒器出口处由流化气体带走的固体微粒,其中一部分经分尘器回收。)过高,而且其中所含硫酸铵的百分比比最终产物高得多。
通过对这些不利结果的调查揭示了尽管经过胶体磨,在悬浮物里固态硫酸铵并没有成为预期的细度。在悬浮物里的固体缺乏均匀性和足够的细度,造成了造粒的效果不能令人满意。
本发明的目的是使得尿素硫酸铵颗粒中能包含更多的硫酸铵,同时改进产品的性能,提高合格粒度的颗粒对不合格粒度的颗粒的比例,以及减少粒化过程中粉剂散失。
现已发现按照本发明能获得颇佳的成粒效果,具体做法是把硫酸铵完全溶解于一种含水尿素溶液中,该溶液中尿素的浓度为70-85%(重量),更佳地是78-82%(重量),将所得到的溶液浓缩至92-97%(重量)的干含量,更佳地是94-96%(重量),并在任何处理阶段,在尿素中加入结晶阻滞剂,随后,将浓缩的溶液在含晶核的硫酸铵和尿素的流化床中制成颗粒状。
已知硫酸铵能完全溶解于一种含有15-30%(重量)水的尿素溶液里,人们也可能会预计在溶液的浓缩期间,当尿素浓度超过90%(重量)时,硫酸铵将再次结晶,于是,在成粒期间就会引起与胶体研磨硫酸盐相同的一些问题。然而,人们惊奇地发现,情况并非如此,上述浓缩的溶液能够在毫无其它特殊问题的情况下,按照美国专利文献4,219,589的方法制成颗粒。
在浓缩过程的最后几个阶段里,要测定热的,高浓缩溶液会产生什么影响是不可能的。硫酸铵留在溶液里(过饱和溶液)是可能的,但硫酸盐也可以形成一种极细微的结晶,这种结晶不干扰成粒作用。事实上,在达到所需最终浓度之后,该溶液极其适合按美国专利文献4,219,589
方法制成颗粒。
为了实施本发明的方法,可把硫酸铵溶解于尿素溶液中。该尿素是尿素溶液的一种合成产品,尿素浓度为75-85%(重量),更佳地是78-82%(重量),例如,约为80%(重量),最好将硫酸铵按这样的比例溶于尿素溶液中使得在最终溶液里,尿素和硫酸铵的重量比在2.4/1和7/1之间,特别在3/1和5/1之间。此后,可把溶液按照常规蒸发至92-97%(重量)的干含量,更佳地是94-96%(重量),例如95%(重量)。随后,浓缩溶液就被输送至一流化床制粒机,在那里把它制成颗粒。
在成为粒状前,可在任何一个预处理阶段,也就是说可以在把硫酸胺加入之前,加入期间或加入之后,或在所需最终浓度的浓缩前、浓缩期间或浓缩后,把用于尿素的一种结晶阻滞剂加入到溶液中去。适用于尿素的结晶阻滞剂包括尿素和甲醛的水溶性加成物和缩合物(美国专利4,219,589),氧化镁,部分或全部煅烧的白云石形式的氧化镁(加拿大专利1,157,288),氢氧化镁和水溶性无机镁盐(美国专利4,478,632),和水溶性无机铝盐(美国专利4,500,336)。结晶阻滞剂的比例按最终产品重量计最好是在0.1至2.0%(重量)之间。
更佳地是应用一种铝化合物,诸如:硫酸铝,按重量计,比例为0.1至1.0%。
含有尿素结晶阻滞剂的浓缩溶液的成粒可按美国专利4,219,589公开的条件来实行,在本处可一并用作参考。成粒的进行是毫无问题的,而且形成的颗粒是很佳的。同其中的硫酸铵已经过研磨的尿素溶液的成粒作用相比较,本发明方法中不合规格的产物与合格产物的重量比是很佳的,制粒机中粉剂的散失量是很低的,且散失物中硫酸盐含量也很少。其结果,几乎无需从制粒机排出气中来洗脱粉剂,且相应地,几乎没有洗脱液须要进行浓缩,以便再次用作为原料。

酸铵的均匀分散体。它们具有极佳的机械特性,具有一个光滑的、圆形的表面,不易呈现块状,且在储存和运输中不会发生任何问题。
本发明也涉及相应的含尿素和硫酸铵的颗粒,其特征在于硫酸铵按重量计含量为15至30%,结晶阻滞剂按重量计含量为0.1至2.0%,其余基本上是尿素以及可能存在的重量含量不超过0.5%的水。这些颗粒含有硫酸铵,它们以极细、均匀分散的形式存在着。
实例
尿素和硫酸铵的含水混合物按连续方法在两个试验中制成颗粒。
试验1(比较)
向一种含水的尿素溶液(按重量计尿素的浓度为95%,温度约为140℃)添加作为尿素结晶阻滞剂的硫酸铝和一定量的硫酸铵。硫酸铵部分溶解,在溶液里不溶解部分用一种胶体磨研磨。处理过的悬浮物被输入一个制粒机,该机带有供含有晶核的尿素和硫酸铵成粒用的一个流化床,将悬浮液以平均直径小于120μm的小液滴形式喷入其中。流化床的条件是受到控制的,以便流化床的温度维持在约112-114℃。颗粒不断地从制粒机中排出并在一个流化床冷却器处冷却。随后,颗粒被筛子筛分成符合粒度规格(2-5mm直径)的级分(作为最终的产物),粒度过大的级分和粒度过小的级分。研磨粒度过大的级分并和小粒度级分一起再循环至流化床作为里面含核物质。
试验2(按照本发明)
向一种尿素浓度为80%(重量)的含水尿素溶液,于约120℃添加作为尿素结晶阻滞剂加的硫酸铝和一定量的硫酸铵。硫酸铵完全溶解。其最终溶液被浓缩成干含量为95%(重量),被输送并喷到一个流化床制粒机中。成粒过程和对颗粒的处理如同试验1所述的方法一样。

Claims (5)
1、一种通过将含尿素、硫酸铵和水的混合物粒化而制备含尿素和硫酸胺肥料颗粒的方法,其特征在于先将硫酸铵完全溶解于一种尿素浓度为70-85%(重量)的含水尿素溶液,再将所得的溶液浓缩成至干燥含量为92-97%(重量),可在处理的任一阶段,添加尿素结晶阻滞剂,随后,将浓缩的溶液在含有晶核的尿素和硫酸铵的流化床里成粒。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于硫酸铵被溶解于一种含水的尿素溶液,该溶液中尿素的浓度为78-82%(重量),所得溶液被浓缩至干燥含量为94-96%(重量)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于以最终产品的重量计结晶阻滞剂含量为0.1至2.0%(重量)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于用铝化合物作为结晶阻滞剂。
