Abstract

本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的保险装置。
由DE102005009235.7已知一种保险装置,其中每个保险丝安置在柱形容器内部,其中为了密封柱形体设置了密封体,密封体由一个密封头在盘簧的中间连接下被压入绝缘体的内部。
如从该德国专利申请中可以看到的那样,每个保险丝具有一个释放杆,其在保险丝动作时向外移动并且由此操纵一个释放机构。
本发明的任务是提供一种结构非常简单的释放机构。
按照本发明,该任务通过权利要求1的特征解决。
因此,按照本发明在密封头上支承一个双臂杆,它的一个臂覆盖住保险丝的释放杆而它的另一个臂使释放机构脱扣,用该释放机构可以控制一个断路器。
如从上述专利申请中可以看到的,两个保险丝相互上下设置,从而它们的中轴线相互伸展成一个垂直平面。
平行于该垂直平面的一个传动杆围绕它的垂直轴线可转动地支承,传动杆上布置有与其垂直地突出的销子,这些销子与双臂杆的第二杆臂共同作用,从而当释放杆移动出来时使传动杆转动。

惟一的附图示出了用于具有一个释放机构的电气开关设备的保险装置的透视图。
在上面已经提及的DE102005009235.7的图5中,为每个保险丝设置了用于支承密封头43的保持板100,由该密封头将目前惟一的附图中没有示出的(按照上述DE102005009235.7的密封头41)压入每个保险丝容器30的内部。这方面参见DE102005009235.7。
在按照本发明的实施例中,对应于相位的数目设置了三个保险丝30,231和232,其中轴线水平地延伸并且布置在一个三角形的角上。此时保险丝30,232在一个垂直平面中上下设置,而第三个保险丝231位于三角形的顶尖上,两个保险丝30,232的平面形成其底边。
密封头43,233和234是罐形地构成的,其中每个密封头的底部指向保险丝容器30,231,232的方向。
在相互上下设置的密封头43,233的壁247,248中支承双臂杆249和250,它们通过一个没有详细表示出的开口伸入到壁43,233中。内臂251和252覆盖住保险丝的各个在此处没有示出的释放杆而位于壁43,233外部的臂253和254被弯曲成大约L形状并且与销子255和256共同作用,其径向突出地固定在第一传动杆257上。

双臂杆249,250和258水平地延伸并且在密封头的壁中能够分别围绕一个垂直延伸的轴线转动。传动杆257位于该三角形的一侧上,在三角形的外部,平行于三角形的底边,而另一个传动杆262布置在相对的一侧上,即三角形的顶尖侧上。两个传动杆257和262垂直地和在一个平面中延伸,该平面平行于板100的平面延伸。
在传动杆257和262的上端部上固定有杆臂263和264,它们的自由端部用连接杆265连接,连接杆265与传动杆257和262位于的平面成一个角度地延伸。此时杆臂263的自由端部指向背离板100的方向;杆臂264的自由端部指向朝着板100的方向,从而连接杆的与臂264连接的端部具有比连接杆265的与臂263连接的另一个端部较小的间距。

如果保险丝231现在要动作,那么双臂杆258通过销子261在顺时针方向操纵传动杆262,由此杆臂264被转动并且向连接杆265施加一个力,该力使得连接杆移动,其中连接杆265由于长形孔266而可以自由活动。反过来,当通过保险丝30的动作使得位于附图左边的传动杆逆时针方向转动时,则杆臂263移动连接杆265并且该连接杆由于长形孔267而能够自由地,亦即与传动杆262的位置无关地运动。
连接杆265上连接有一个Bowden拉线268,通过它使得连接杆的运动作用到位于开关机构的啮合部上的释放元件269上。
在连接杆265上固定有一个指示杆270,在它的自由端部上固定指示片271,其指示开关位置或者保险丝的释放位置,亦即指示保险丝是否已经动作。
作为说明的是,上述德国专利申请在一定程度上是本专利申请的基础,因此选择了相同的标号43,30,100。
此外还要提及的是,传动杆257和262沿着轴向是不能够移动的,但是围绕它们垂直延伸的中轴线是可转动地支承。
Claims (4)
1.用于开关设备,尤其是用于中压开关设备的保险装置,包括对应于相位的数目的数个保险丝,其中每个保险丝具有一个释放杆,其在保险丝动作时在一个弹簧的力的作用下从保险丝的前端移动出来,还包括密封头,通过它在一个弹簧装置的中间连接下将一个密封体压入到容纳保险丝的容器中,其特征在于,在密封头上支承一个双臂杆,它的一个臂覆盖住保险丝的释放杆并且它的另一个臂使释放机构脱开,通过该释放机构可以控制一个断路器。
2.按照权利要求1所述的保险装置,其中至少两个保险丝相互上下地布置在一个垂直平面中,其特征在于,平行于该垂直平面地,一个传动杆被围绕其垂直轴线可转动地支承,在该传动杆上布置有与其垂直地突出的销子,该销子与双臂杆的第二杆臂共同作用,使得传动杆在释放杆移动出来时被转动。
3.按照权利要求2所述的保险装置,其中保险丝布置在一个三角形的角上,其特征在于,在位于一个垂直平面中的两个保险丝之间的相对的一侧上设置有另一个传动杆,其通过销子与双臂杆连接,使得在释放杆移动出来时使该另一个传动杆转动。
4.按照前述权利要求中之一所述的保险装置,其特征在于,在传动杆上各有一个臂径向地突出,其中该臂与一个连接杆相互连接,该连接杆在释放过程中能够被该臂移动,并且释放机构的啮合部通过中间件与连接杆连接。
