Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于对横过套筒轴线的电缆线进行电连接的切/夹套筒连接件。该套筒连接件呈现有在该套筒(1)周边上的至少一个夹槽(5)以及一个在套筒(1)内部的切夹触片(4),为了提供一块适于同具有不同直径和被绞合的导线的电缆线接触的套筒触片,壁块(2、3)都是在由金属材料制的套筒壁(33)上冲切出来、并都弯向套筒(1)的里面成为触腿(6、7)以便形成切/夹触片(4)。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于对横过套筒轴线的电缆线(特别是电信用电缆线)进行连接的切/夹套筒连接件,它包括有至少一个在所述套筒周边上的夹槽,并包括有一个在该套筒内的切/夹触片。
从第3236867号西德公开说明书已知属于上述一类中的一种切/夹套筒连接件。这种切/夹套筒连接件包括有一塑料制的套筒,在其周边上设置两个带有一个锁定位置的夹槽,以及包括一个带有一个触槽的金属切/夹触片。因此,它是一种两个另件的装置。当将某一绝缘导线压入该触槽时,该触槽的两个相对的锐利刃口首先切过该导线的绝缘层,然后透入该导线的导电心线,因此,在不用螺丝、焊接和剥线情况下利用切/夹套筒连接件时,该切/夹套筒连接件可独立地装在某一表面上或座子中。由于所要连接的电缆直径取决于触槽和夹槽的槽宽,所以只能将具有一定直径的电缆心线接到该套筒连接件。
因此,本发明是基于提供一种属于上述类型的切/夹套筒连接件为目的,利用这种连接件可连接具有不同直径的电缆心线和绞合线,并且它是一种单体装置。
为达到此目的的解决方案导致本发明的一项主要特征,即,各壁块是从一种金属材料制的套筒的壁切出并向该套筒内弯入而成为用于形成该切/夹触片的触腿。
这样,就可连接具有不同直径的电缆心线。对于较粗的电缆心线要随着夹槽被撑宽而相应地使触槽也撑宽。为此,为使接触良好必需形成更强的接合力。这种切/夹套筒连接件具有一个与不同电缆心线直径相
适配的同时具有适当接合力的触槽。此外,该夹槽又使作用在该切/夹套筒连接件上的机械应力远离其触槽。因此,就不需在该套筒连接件外面加装肋条了。
该套筒的横断面可具有任何形状。例如可以是圆形、椭圆或多边形。如果是正方形断面的话,则该轴套就可装成使其不致在塑料座子中转动。
如果将所述触腿置于与电缆心线的轴线成近于45°的角度,那么,由所述触腿形成的触槽的所述刃口就可在两个互相沿对角线相对的位置上伸入其导电芯线,从而获得一种高度可靠的连接件。
在另一实施例中,所述触腿被做成若干有角的壁块,以形成一种表面触片。
这种表面触片就为使各种绞合导线,在不须破坏或割破该导线本身的情况下,连接到该切/夹套筒连接件而提供了可能性。
根据本发明还可构成若干有利的实施例。
下面,根据若干用于连接电缆心线的切/夹套筒连接件的实施例而对本发明进行更详细的描述,所述实施例以各附图示出。这些附图是:

图1至6示出了切/夹套筒连接件的第一实施例。该切/夹套筒连接件的套筒1具有一个圆形横断面;在其壁33中,沿套筒1的整个壁长伸展着一条轴向夹槽5,并在夹槽5的对面设有一短的分割槽12,所述分割槽12有一刀形槽底13。在夹槽5和分割槽12的上端各自备有斜插段16或17。
由金属材料制成的切/夹套筒连接件的壁33是由一种板材冲压成的,然后再被弯成所需形状。如图6所示,矩形壁块2、3是冲压期间在套筒中心部分中切成的。壁块2、3是以在两个窄端29和一个纵向侧30构成U形切口35而冲切出的。壁2、3的另一纵向侧形成弯边31,环绕该弯边31,壁块2、3被弯成在套筒1内部作为触腿的6、7以便形成切/夹触片4。具体如图4中所示,触腿6、7在相反的位置上被弯,以使在两个各与触腿6、7互相对准的侧壁14、15之间形成一个触槽8。在这里,触腿6、7与夹槽5的中心轴平面34构成一个接近45°的角β。
按照图5,将一电缆线18插入斜插段16、17之间的夹槽5和分割槽12内,通过该斜插段而将电缆线18居中地引入槽5、12。于是,电缆线18的中心线就准确地位于夹槽5的中心轴平面34上。这时借助某一未被示出的工具下压电缆线18,而夹槽5有弹性以便夹住相当于电缆线18直径的电缆绝缘层。随之使两个触腿6,7也有弹性从而使触槽8的槽宽按所要连接的电缆直径而撑大。当将该电缆线18进一步下压时,由于各斜插段27而使电缆线居中地引入夹槽5,同时,触槽8的侧壁14、15的锋利刃口20、21先切穿电缆线18的绝缘层22;然后,如图5所示那样,在两个
对角地相对位置上移动之后,透入电缆线18的导电心线19,于是,就在切/夹套筒连接件的套筒1和电缆18之间建立起电气连接。因此,夹槽5和触槽8都是以有利的方式适宜于所要连接的电缆线的。同时,就在分割槽12的刀形槽底13处切断该电缆线的端部。
两个触腿6、7也可与夹槽5的中心轴平面34构成另外各种角度。图7至9示出了这种类型的若干实施例。图7示出一种为使触腿6、7与夹槽5的中心轴平面34构成大约90°角的套筒1。由此,构成叉形触片36。在图8中,触腿6、7分别与夹槽5的中心轴平面34构成一个45°的角β,而在图9中也分别构成一个45°的角,于是,这样形成了三角形触片37,而触槽8的宽口是背离或朝向夹槽5的。按照图8的三角形触片具有较小的回弹行程(spring travel)因而,触腿6、7比图9中的三角形触片有较大的弹力。这意味着:如果用图9中所示的三角形触片37来连接电缆线18,则夹槽5可比图8中的三角形触片撑得更宽而不影响触槽8。
在按照图10至14的第五实施例中,示出一种专用于连接绞合导线23(图13)、带有一面触片9的切/夹套筒连接件。图14,示出这种连接件的展开图。在这里,被排成互相平行而相隔一定距离的两块上条板24和两块下条板25是从金属板材上冲切而成的,在各上条板24中设有中心切尖26。上、下条板24、25之间所形成的壁块2,3,在该种切/夹套筒连接件的弯边38处,向内弯成有角壁块10、11,以致构成两个V形触腿6a、7a,其切尖准确地彼此相对而形成触槽8的槽宽。这个切/夹套筒连接件象上述诸实施例一样也有一个轴向通过的夹槽5和一分割的短槽12。当将绞合导线23压入这种套筒连接件时,切尖26先切穿绞合导线23的绝缘层直到槽壁27在压力作用下接触到该绞合导线的各导电股线32、并在该切/夹套筒连接件和绞合导线23之间实现电气连接为此。因此,绞合导线23是在不受损伤即不被割切其各自股线32的情况下被连接的。
在这里,触槽8也按簧片方式而张开,以便可连接不同电缆线径的绞合导线23。
在某一未经示出的实施例中,将所述切尖设置成可移动而互相对立,以使V形触腿6、7呈现不同的腿长。
在所有的切/夹套筒连接件的实施例中壁33的底部都带有伸出部分28,通过所述伸出部分28就可对另一个切/夹套筒连接件进行连接。
Claims (14)
1、为对横过套筒轴线的电缆线(特别是电信电缆线)进行连接的切/夹套筒连接件,它包括有至少一个在套筒周边上的夹槽,并包括有该套筒里面的切/夹触片;该连接件特征在于:壁块(2、3)都是由一种金属材料制的套筒(1)的壁(33)上冲切出来,并都向该套筒里面弯入而成为用于形成所述切/夹触片的触腿(6、7)。
2、按照权利要求1的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:该套筒(1)有一个圆的、椭圆的或多边形的横断面。
3、按照权利要求1或2的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:该套筒的两个触腿(6、7)之间的夹角(α)可在0°和180°之间选定,套筒(1)的周边上的夹槽(5)和在所述触腿(6、7)间形成的触槽(8)是设置于所述夹槽的中心轴平面(34)上的。
4、按照权利要求1或2的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:触腿(6、7)彼此成180°角度(α)排列,并与套筒(1)的夹槽(5)的中心轴平面(34)成大约45°的角度(β)(图4)。
5、按照权利要求1或2的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:所述触腿(6、7)互成90°角度(α)排列,并与套筒(1)的所述夹槽(5)的中心轴平面(34)对称地成大约45°的角度(β)(图8、9)。
6、按照权利要求1或2的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:所述触腿(6、7)被配置成使其触槽(8)的宽口背离所述套筒(1)的夹槽(5)的方向(图8)。
7、按照权利要求1或2的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:触腿(6、7)被配置成使其触槽(8)的宽口朝向所述套筒(1)的夹槽(5)的方向(图9)。
8、按照权利要求1至6之一的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:所述触腿(6、7)是从套筒(1)的壁(33)上通过U形切口(35)而弯制的。
9、按照权利要求1的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:所述切/夹连接件为面触片(9),所述壁块(2、3)处于上和下条板(24、25)之间并向内弯成有角壁块(10、11),在所述上条板(24)中设有中心切尖(26),以形成所述触腿(6a、7a)和面触片(9)。
10、按照权利要求9的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:所述触腿呈V形。
11、按照权利要求1的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:所述夹槽(5)在套筒(1)的整个壁长上伸展、并在其上端呈现斜插段(16)。
12、按照权利要求1的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:所述触腿(6、7)之间所形成的触槽(8)在其上端呈现斜插段(27)。
13、按照权利要求1的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:在套筒(1)的周边上的所述夹槽(5)的对面,设有一配备斜插段(17)的短的分隔槽(12)。
14、按照权利要求1的切/夹套筒连接件,特征在于:所述套筒(1)在其下端呈现一个用于连接另外的套筒(1)的伸出部分(28)。
