Abstract
一种液体净化装置包括:具有底面和锥形侧壁的一圆柱形外壳,锥形侧壁的形状使得该圆柱形外壳上部的内径大于其下部的内径;插在该外壳中的一滚筒式过滤器,绕其自身具有圆柱形箍带,因而沿圆柱形箍带轴线的各部位,其直径都基本上等于该外壳下部的内径;以及在该外壳和该滚筒式过滤器之间形成的一锥形间隙,该间隙向着其上部逐渐变大。
Description
本发明涉及用于净化润滑油、机油、水等液体装置,具体来说,涉及具有绕成滚筒状的纸、布或织物制成的过滤器的一种净化装置。
名称为“液体过滤器组件”的,1986年5月13日授予本申请发明人的美国专利4,588,503号公开了净化装置的一种结构,这种净化装置具有一个滚筒式的过滤器,可以有效地防止在滚筒式过滤器中出现破裂。按照该专利,滚筒式过滤器牢固地插入一横截面为圆形的金属外壳,且与其共轴,一片状无纺布过滤件放置在滚筒式过滤器的上端面。一个具有偏动装置的带孔固定盘安装在该片状的过滤件上。含有杂质的污液由一泵加压,送入该金属外壳,然后通过该固定盘上的孔送往该片状过滤件。经片状过滤件的初步过滤后,液体通过滚筒式过滤器,以便由滚筒式过滤器基本完成净化工作。如果因累计使用时间或累计过滤量的增加而产生堵塞,提供污液的压力就会上升。片状过滤件的作用不仅象一个初级过滤器,而且也分散地向滚筒式过滤器提供加压的污液,因而防止了由于高压污液集中造成的在滚筒式过滤器的薄弱处出现破裂。该专利的技术方案特别适于需要提供高压以维持高过滤效率的场合。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有滚筒式过滤器的液体净化装置,它可以结合本申请发明人的上述专利的技术方案一起实施。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种工作寿命长,过滤容量高的液体净化装置。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种零件易于制造、易于装配的液体净化装置。
为了实现上述目的,按照本发明,液体净化装置包括:一个圆柱形外壳,它装有一个可卸式罩并具有一个待净化液体的进口和已净化液体的出口,该外壳具有一底面和一锥形侧壁,该锥形侧壁的形状使得圆柱形外壳上部的内径大于下部的内径;一个插入该外壳且与其同轴的一滚筒式过滤器,该滚筒式过滤器有箍带箍紧在滚筒式过滤器上并呈圆柱形,而且该圆柱形箍带的直径在沿其轴线的各部位都基本上等于该外壳下部的内径,以及一个在外壳和滚筒式过滤器之间形成的锥形间隙,该间隙向着其上部逐渐变大。
按照本发明,该装置具有一个第一液体通道,通过该通道待过滤的加压液体形成一个从滚筒式过滤器上端面经过滚筒式过滤器内部到出口的轴向液流,该装置还具有一个第二液体通道,通过该通道液体形成一个从外壳和滚筒式过滤器圆周边缘之间的间隙到滚筒式过滤器内部的径向液流,然后与第一液体通道的液流汇合沿滚筒式过滤器的轴向流过滚筒式过滤器的内部。因此,可以增加基本过滤面积。本发明还有一个优点是,用铸造方法很容易生产该外壳,因为外壳上部的内径大于其下部的内径。
本申请的唯一附图是一个根据本发明的液体净化装置一实施例的纵剖视图。
下面对照附图说明该实施例。外壳1具有一个加工成圆柱形的,其上部的内径大于其下部的内径的侧壁2,一个底面3以及一个可卸式地装在侧壁2开口部分上的罩4。一导管5的端部通过一紧固螺母6固定在外壳1底面的中心。导管5与外壳1共轴,其另一端支承着联结罩4的联结螺栓7。手柄8安装在联结螺栓7上,操纵手柄8即可以把罩4可卸式地安装在外壳1上。导管5内有管状通路10,以便使来自进口11的液体通过出口12流向外壳1的上部空间13。在这种情况下,通路10的上端处于被联结螺栓7封闭的状态。
滚筒式过滤器20与外壳1同轴地装入外壳1中。滚筒式过滤器20是由一滤网,如纸、合成树脂布或织物绕一芯轴23制成的,并且按照授予本申请发明人的美国专利第4,588,503号的公开内容,在滚筒式过滤器20的上、下端面分别装有片状无纺布过滤件24和25。
片状无纺布上、下过滤件24和25可以用部分地涂在滚筒式过滤器20上的粘接剂分别固定在滚筒式过滤器20的上下端面上。箍带21(在本实施例中其数量为3个)箍紧在滚筒式过滤器20上。每个箍带21都箍紧滚筒式过滤器20,以防止滚筒式过滤器20产生径向变形或扩张。滚筒式过滤器20的形状为圆柱形,沿其轴线各部位上的直径都基本上等于外壳下部的内径。因此,在外壳1的侧壁2和外壳1内的滚筒式过滤器20之间形成的锥形间隙22轴向向上地逐渐变大。
具有若干孔33的固定盘32安装在外壳1内的滚倚式过滤器20的上部,在固定盘32下面装有一多孔金属件31,如冲孔板或金属网。在外壳1的侧壁2和固定盘32的圆形边缘之间形成一个比上述锥形间隙22大的间隙38。固定盘32受弹簧34的作用,以便使多孔金属件31和片状过滤件24抵紧在滚筒式过滤器20的上端面,另外也把滚筒式过滤器20固定在外壳1内。弹簧34装有垫圈35,垫圈35又与旋在导管5上的一螺母36接合。
限定与出口15连通的通路17的凸起16是在外壳1的底面3上形成的,一冲孔金属板26放在凸起16上,下端面上带有片状过滤件25的滚筒式过滤器20安装在冲孔金属板26之上。在外壳底面3上形成两道环形的棱28和30。其中一环形棱28位于冲孔金属板26的外侧拐角处,另一环形棱30位于冲孔金属板26内的导管5附近。每个环形棱的高度都大于凸起16,以便突出于冲孔金属板26的上表面。下端面具有片状过滤件25的滚筒式过滤器20在其下部的外缘部位和其下部的内缘部位分别形成环槽27和29,环槽27和29分别与外壳1底面3上的环形棱28和30接合。
送入外壳1内的上部空间13的加压液体又通过固定盘32上的若干孔33进入多孔金属件31和上部的片状过滤件24。经过分流和初步过滤后,加压液体被送入滚筒式过滤器20,以便于基本上完成净化工作,然后,加压液体通过下部的片状过滤件25和冲孔金属板26到达出口15。在这种情况下,按照本发明,除了通过固定盘32的孔33的第一液体通道以外,还有一个从固定盘32和外壳侧壁2之间形成的间隙38通过滚筒式过滤器20和外壳侧壁2之间形成的间隙22到滚筒式过滤器20的第二液体通道,因此可以增加单位时间的过滤流量。虽然通过第一液体通道的加压液体倾向于径向向外扩张滚筒式过滤器20,但是,在滚筒式过滤器20的周围箍有箍带21以便防止其径向扩张,因此第二液体通道不至为滚筒式过滤器20的扩张而封闭从而保持第二液体通道的畅通。相反,通过第二液体通道的加压液体可径向向内地压迫滚筒式过滤器20,而使锥形间隙22扩张,从而形成一个不经过滚筒式过滤器20的泄漏通道。但是下端面具有片状过滤件25的滚筒式过滤器20,其下部的外缘部位上形成的环槽27与外壳底面3上形成的环形棱28牢固接合,所以滚筒式过滤器20的下部绝对不会变形。因此,在外壳1的侧壁2和滚筒式过滤器20的外缘之间不可能形成一泄漏通道。按照本发明,外壳1上部的内径做得比其下部的内径大,因此,用铸造的方法生产外壳1就变得极为方便了。
Claims (4)
1、一种液体净化装置包括:一个具有一底面和一圆柱形侧壁的圆柱形外壳,该外壳上部开口端可装卸式地设有一顶盖,共轴地插入所述外壳并且其长度小于所述外壳的一滚筒式过滤器,该滚筒式过滤器在所述外壳中定向以便在由所述顶盖盖住的外壳中限定一个高于所述滚筒式过滤器上端面的开口空间;限定向所述开口空间中引入待净化液体的入口的装置,以及限定一个经所述滚筒式过滤器净化的液体的出口,其特征在于:
所述外壳上部的内径大于其下部的内径,因而所述侧壁向其外侧倾斜;
所述滚筒式过滤器绕其自身设有箍带,因而沿滚筒式过滤器轴线各部分,滚筒式过滤器外径基本上等于所述外壳下部的内径;
在所述外壳侧壁和由箍带绕住的所述滚筒式过滤器之间形成一个向上逐渐变大的锥形环形间隙。
2、按照权利要求1所述的液体净化装置,其特征在于:所述滚筒式过滤器下部外缘具有一道环形槽,以便向下开通,所述外壳具有一道环形棱,该环形棱在其底的内表面外缘形成以便和所述环形槽可卸式地接合。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的液体净化装置,其特征在于:所述外壳设有一个片状过滤件,放置在所述滚筒式过滤器的上端面并将其盖住、一固定盘可移动地安放在所述片状过滤件上以便把其压在所述滚筒式过滤器的上端面上,所述固定盘是一个具有许多孔的盘,液体通过这些孔可以从由所述顶盖盖住的所述外壳内的开口空间流向所述片状过滤件,抵紧固定盘的装置使所述片状过滤件压紧在所述滚筒式过滤器的上端面。
4、按照权利要求3所述的液体净化装置,其特征在于:所述滚筒式过滤器具有一个下端面,其整个面积都与该下端面之下的第二片状过滤件接触。
