本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种复配杀菌剂,其特征在于含有mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺两种活性成分,该组合物可配制成悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬浮种衣剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂等剂型,具有明显的增效作用,持效期长,对环境友好。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体的说是含有mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺的复配杀菌剂。
背景技术
mefentrifluconazole为巴斯夫开发的三唑类杀菌剂,化学名称为:(2RS)-2-[4-(4-氯苯氧基)-α,α,α-三氟-邻甲苯基]-1-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丙-2-醇,CAS登录号为:[1417782-03-6],商品名Revysol,其广谱、高效、内吸,具有铲除和保护作用,表现出优异的生物性能,Revysol对许多较难防治的真菌病害具有杰出的生物活性,适用于世界范围内许多大田作物和特种作物,如玉米、谷物、大豆等大田作物,以及青椒、葡萄等经济作物,并将应用于草坪和种子处理等。据悉,相对于其他唑类杀菌剂,Revysol不仅活性更高,而且拥有较好的环境特性,甚至比丙硫菌唑和氟环唑防效更好。结构式如下:
噻呋酰胺(Thifluzamide)为新型的低毒、高效、广谱杀菌剂,属噻唑酰胺类杀菌剂,噻呋酰胺是琥珀酸酯脱氢酶抑制剂,其作用机理是通过抑制病菌三羧酸循环中琥珀酸脱氢酶,导致菌体死亡,具有强内吸传导性和长持效性。经田间药效试验结果表明对水稻纹枯病、小麦纹枯病均有较好的防治效果。该成分经过田间药效实验表明对水稻、小麦,未见药害发生。
水稻纹枯病,又称云纹病,是当前水稻生产上的主要病害之一。水稻产区均有发生,在南方稻区为害严重,使得水稻不能抽穗或者抽穗的秕谷较多,造成水稻产量损失。一直以来水稻主产区纹枯病药剂大量重复使用,提高了病害抗性,导致水稻纹枯病连年严重发生。
由于各地滥用农药导致抗性越来越大,农药的用量持续的提高。然而更大剂量的滥用农药,导致对环境的大肆破坏,也没有很好的起到应有的效果。通过我们的试验研究表明,将mefentrifluconazole与噻呋酰胺复配,在一定范围内具有明显的增效作用,能够很好的克服现有产品的不足,提高药效,降低使用量,提高经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有增效作用且安全环保的杀菌组合物,与现有防治药剂相比,实现提高药效、持效期长、对环境友好等目的,具体的涉及mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺的杀菌组合物。
利用上述杀菌组合物,配以本领域内技术人员公知的助剂,以本领域内技术人员公知的方法制成本发明所述的悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬浮种衣剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂。
上述杀菌组合物中,mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺的重量比为1:50~30:1,优选重量比为1:30~20:1,更优选重量比为1:10~10:1。
上述杀菌组合物具有以下特点:①杀菌作用强,杀菌作用强,两种杀菌剂作用方式具有互补性;②两种成分无明显的交互抗性,有效成分新颖,作用方式独特;③制剂的使用方式多样化,能够很好的发挥药效;④两种成分复配,具有很好的增效作用。
具体实施方式
为验证mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺两种有效成分复配的增效作用,申请人首先使用这两种成分进行了室内生测试验。
首先分析了两种有效成分的作用特点后,我们将生测的对象定为立枯丝核菌,该菌可以引起水稻纹枯病。
室内生测的试验方法参照NY/T1156.6-2006:采用生长速率法测定药剂对水稻纹枯病菌生长的抑制作用。在预备试验的基础上,从各药剂对病菌菌丝生长抑制率达10%-90%范围内设计5个浓度,先将95%mefentrifluconazole原药和96%噻呋酰胺原药以甲醇为溶剂配成系列浓度的药液备用,然后将药液按1%比例加入到已融化并冷却到室温的PDA培养基中,充分摇匀后,倒入灭菌的培养皿(Φ90mm)中制成带药平板,每处理四次重复,以加入无菌水的处理为空白对照;用灭菌的打孔器(Φ5mm)挑取水稻纹枯病菌菌饼,菌丝面朝下无菌接种于带药平板的中央,倒置于25℃的恒温培养箱内培养,培养6d后采用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算出各药剂对病原菌的EC50,比较不同药剂的毒力及抑菌作用。
孙云沛法:根据共毒系数(CTC)来评价药剂混用的增效作用,即CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120时为增效作用,共毒系数按下述公式计算:
混剂理论毒力指数TTI=∑(某药的毒力指数ATI×在混剂中该药有效成分的百分率)。

分析上述数据,可以明显看出当mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺以不同比例复配时,配方的共毒系数(CTC)均大于120,对水稻纹枯病的防治能力都有不同比例的增效作用。
通过室内生测试验,验证mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺两种有效成分复配能够有很好的增效作用,以下通过具体实例用以进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明绝非仅仅限于以下这些实施例。配方中百分比均为重量百分比。

选择以上实例进行防治水稻纹枯病的田间试验,确定配方防治水稻纹枯病的效果;同时通过与mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺单剂的效果对比,验证本发明实施例的防治效果。试验每个处理四个重复,小区处理随机区组排列,每个小区面积为50m2,第一次施药在水稻分蘖末期发生侵染时,重点施于茎基部,在孕穗后期再施一次药,调查方法为:根据水稻叶鞘和叶片为害症状程度分级,以株为单位,每小区对角线五点取样,每点调查相连5丛,共25丛,记录总株数、病株数和病级数。

从上述数据中可以看出,mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺复配制剂在二次药前1天对水稻纹枯病的防效均超过80%,在药后14天对水稻纹枯病的防效均超过85%,相比mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺两种单剂,复配制剂防效差异极显著,可见两种有效成分复配有很好的增效作用,延长了持效期,对水稻纹枯病的防治效果更持久。
综上所述,mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺的复配制剂,可以很好的提高产品的增效作用,延缓了抗药性,可以应用在农作物中防治病害,提高药效,延长持效期,减轻农民的劳动量,有很高的实用性。本发明在可实施且不明显违背本发明的前提下,不同技术方案所描述的技术特征间可以进行任意形式组合而形成其他技术方案。以上具体实施方式和实施例是对本发明进行了详细的说明,但并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不超出权利要求的原则内进行修改和替换,均应属于本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种复配杀菌剂,其特征在于:活性成分由mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺组成,所述mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺的重量比为1:50~30:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复配杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺的优选重量比为1:30~20:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复配杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述mefentrifluconazole和噻呋酰胺的优选重量比为1:10~10:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复配杀菌剂,其特征在于:由活性成分和辅料制成悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬浮种衣剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂。
