As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of a fixing buckle 10 and a skirting line 30 matched with the fixing buckle is provided for the skirting line assembly. As shown in fig. 1, the fixing buckle 10 includes a buckle body 11, wherein a fastening structure is disposed on one side of the buckle body 11 and is used for fastening with a skirting line 30, and an elastic top piece 15 extends obliquely downward from the bottom end of the buckle body 11 to one side of the fastening skirting line 30. As shown in fig. 5, the elastic top sheet 15 is used for being inserted between the wall 6 and the floor 5 adjacent to the wall, so as to push the floor 5 on one side of the wall 6 to the outside of the wall 6, so that the floors 5 are closely attached to each other, and the phenomenon of separation between the floors is avoided. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the end of the elastic top sheet 15 is further raised to form a protrusion 16 to better perform its function of pushing the floor 5.
The fastening structure arranged on the fastening body 11 comprises a hook 12 and a clamp 13 which are arranged on one side of the fastening body 11 in the up-down direction, wherein the hook 12, the clamp 13 and the elastic top piece 15 are positioned on the same side of the fastening body 11, specifically, the hook 12 is formed by extending from the fastening body 11 to one side and then bending downwards, and the clamp 13 is formed by extending from the fastening body 11 to one side and then extending reversely and obliquely downwards.
Further, the upper end of the buckle body 11 also extends obliquely upwards to form a clamping head 14, and the clamping head 14 is positioned on the same side of the hook 12 and is used for clamping and fixing the corresponding skirting line with the wall body.
In this embodiment, the positions of the elastic top sheet 15, the hooks 12, the clips 13 and the clips 14 may be aligned vertically, or may be offset or partially offset. Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the setting positions of the hook 12 and the clip 13 are aligned up and down, the setting positions of the chuck 14 and the elastic top piece 15 are aligned up and down, and are staggered with the setting positions of the hook 12 and the clip 13, the chuck 14 and the elastic top piece 15 are arranged in the middle of the buckle body 11, and the hook 12 and the clip 13 are simultaneously arranged on two sides of the body 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the skirting line 30 used in cooperation with the fixing buckle 10 is an integrated skirting line, an accommodating groove 31 and a limiting groove 33 are arranged on the inner side of the skirting line along the length direction, the positions of the accommodating groove 31 and the limiting groove 33 respectively correspond to the hook 12 and the clamp 13 of the fixing buckle 10, a clamping groove 32 is formed at the lower end of the accommodating groove 31 and is used for hooking the hook 12 of the fixing buckle 10, an upward slope 34 is arranged on the lower surface of the limiting groove 33, the slope 34 is used for propping against the tail end of the clamp 13 of the fixing buckle 10, the hook 12 of the fixing buckle 10 is hooked on the skirting line 30 at one position, and the other position above or below the clamping groove 13 is propped against the skirting line 30, so that the fixing buckle 10 is clamped and fixed on the skirting line 30.
When the skirting line assembly is assembled, firstly, the hooks 12 of the fixing buckles 10 are hooked in the clamping grooves 32 at the lower ends of the accommodating grooves 31 of the skirting boards 30, then the clamping clips 13 of the fixing buckles 10 are pushed to the limiting grooves 33 of the skirting lines 30, the tail ends of the clamping clips 13 are enabled to cross the slopes 34 of the limiting grooves and prop against the lower surfaces of the limiting grooves 33, and therefore the fixing buckles 10 are clamped and fixed with the skirting lines 30, and assembly is completed.
When the skirting line assembly is installed, a fixing strip 20 is also required to be used in a matching manner, so as to fix the skirting line assembly on the wall surface. The fixing strip 20 includes a fixing portion 21 and an engaging portion 22 extending obliquely downward along the fixing portion 21, as shown in fig. 4, wherein the fixing portion 21 is used for fixing to the wall 6 by, for example, a screw 4, and the obliquely downward engaging portion 22 is used for engaging and fixing with the chuck 14 of the fixing buckle 10, as shown in fig. 5. Fig. 5 shows a schematic view after the installation is completed.
Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the clip 13, clip 14 and resilient top sheet 15 of the securing clip should be suitably resilient to allow for moderate compression deformation for ease of installation.
With the skirting line assembly of this embodiment, because the elastic top piece 15 of the fixing buckle 10 replaces the bow-shaped spring steel sheet used in the existing skirting line installation, the complex operation of separately installing the spring steel sheet is avoided, and the labor intensity of installers can be greatly reduced.
Example 2
A second embodiment of the skirting line assembly of the present invention comprises the fixing clasp 10 shown in fig. 1 and the associated skirting line 40 shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, the skirting line 40 is a split skirting line 40, and includes an upper skirting line 41 and a lower skirting line 42, wherein the upper skirting line 41 is fixed to the wall 6 by a fixing member, such as a screw 4, and an engaging slope 43 is provided at the lower end of the inner side of the upper skirting line 41, the engaging portion 22 of the lower end of the fixing strip 20 is equivalent to the engaging portion 22 of the embodiment 1, and is used for engaging and fixing the clamping head 14 of the fixing buckle 10, so that the fixing strip 20 is not required when the split skirting line 40 of the embodiment is used, a clamping groove 44 matched with the hook 12 of the fixing buckle 10 is provided above the inner side of the lower skirting line 42, so that the hook 12 of the fixing buckle 10 can be hooked in the clamping groove 44 after being installed for fixing, a limiting groove 45 is also provided below the inner side of the lower skirting line 42, and the limiting groove 45 is used for accommodating the clamping clip 13 of the fixing buckle 10, and the lower surface of the limiting groove 45 is also provided with an upward limiting slope 46, and the limiting slope 46 is used for limiting the terminal 13 of the fixing buckle 10.
When the skirting line assembly of this embodiment is assembled, firstly, the hooks 12 of the fixing buckle 10 are hooked in the clamping grooves 44 of the lower skirting line 42, and then the clamping 13 of the fixing buckle 10 is pushed into the limiting grooves 45 of the lower skirting line 42, so that the tail ends of the clamping 13 cross the tail ends of the limiting slopes 46 of the limiting grooves 45 and prop against the limiting slopes 46, and the fixing buckle 10 and the lower skirting line 42 are clamped and fixed, and the assembly is completed.
The installation process of the skirting line assembly of this embodiment is similar to that of the skirting line assembly of embodiment 1, except that the fixing strip 20 is replaced with the upper skirting line 41.
It should be appreciated that, because the installation process of the fixing buckle 10 only needs to push the lower skirting line 42 of the split skirting line 40 to the wall surface, so that the fixing head 14 of the fixing buckle 10 is clamped into the clamping slope 43 of the upper skirting line 41, the skirting line can be clamped and fixed, and the lower skirting line is not required to be clamped into the notch upwards and then pushed down to be clamped as the existing split skirting line, so that the gap between the upper skirting line and the lower skirting line can be small enough, thereby being beneficial to improving the appearance of the integral skirting line.
