1. A mobile power conversion device, comprising:

A lifting mechanism arranged to lift the motor vehicle to a desired height such that the battery can be assembled and disassembled by the battery changing platform; wherein,
The level changing platform is horizontally placed on the flat car and moves together with the flat car, and the lifting mechanism comprises a pair of lifting units and guide parts, wherein the lifting units are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction of the motor vehicle, and the guide parts are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the lifting units, wherein the guide parts jointly form a track for the movement of the flat car, and the track guides the flat car longitudinally and limits the movement of the flat car transversely;
the lateral spacing between a pair of lifting units can be adjusted;
The flatbed further includes at least one stopper provided at one longitudinal end of the flatbed corresponding to the guide portion and the continued movement of the flatbed is hindered when the stopper is in contact with the guide portion;
The flatbed further includes a handle bar provided at a longitudinal end portion near the stop portion of the flatbed.
2. The mobile power conversion device according to claim 1, wherein the guide portions together form the track for movement of the flatbed in an inverted trapezoid.
3. The mobile power conversion device according to claim 1, characterized in that the power conversion table is laid on the pallet car in connection with the pallet car by means of a floating chain or a spring.
4. The mobile power conversion device according to claim 1, wherein the flat car further comprises a booster wheel provided at a bottom of the flat car and a longitudinal position of the booster wheel is close to the handle bar.
5. The mobile power conversion device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting unit is configured to include a jack.
6. The mobile power conversion device according to claim 1, wherein the power conversion table includes at least one vehicle body positioning member disposed in the vicinity of the periphery of the power conversion table, the vehicle body positioning member positioning the power conversion table at a vehicle body when the power conversion table is attached to or detached from a battery.
7. The mobile power conversion device of claim 6, wherein the body positioning element is configured as a liftable body positioning pin.
8. The mobile power exchanging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the lifting unit includes a positioning member that is provided on a lifting surface of the lifting unit and positions the guide portion when the lifting unit lifts the vehicle.
9. The mobile power conversion device of claim 1, wherein the power conversion platform further comprises at least one battery support member disposed on the power conversion platform.

A mobile power conversion device assembly comprising: a lifting mechanism, a first pallet truck, a second pallet truck and a corresponding first and second power exchanging platform, wherein the lifting mechanism, the two pallet trucks and the two power exchanging platforms are configured as lifting mechanism, pallet truck and power exchanging platform according to any one of claims 1 to 9,
