本发明提供了一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,包括用于复配的两种或两种以上的原药有效成分一起储存容易分解的乳油单剂,以及含有两个或两个以上的膜腔的水溶膜,每个所述膜腔内分别包裹一种所述乳油单剂。本发明结构新颖独特,解决了高含量乳油复配时相互影响造成有效成分分解的问题,且水溶膜遇水会快速溶解在水中分解成无污染的碳氧碳氢化合物及水,包装环保无污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型及其制备方法。
背景技术
农药乳油剂型是将较高浓度的有效成分溶解在溶剂中,加乳化剂而成的液体。一般用大量水稀释成稳定的乳状液后,用喷雾器散布。由于乳油的历史较长,药效显著且具有成熟的加工技术,所以品种多,产量大,应用范围广,是目前中国乃至东南亚农药的一个主要剂型。但是其加入了大量的二甲苯等溶剂,会对环境造成污染,影响人体健康,这就需要提高药效成分的含量以降低溶剂的使用量,并且用户为了使用方便、施药后防治范围广,希望可以把几个不同的有效成分复配在一起使用。但是许多原药因其本身的理化性质稳定性决定其不适合复配在一起,例如:有机磷类杀虫剂在酸性条件下稳定,甲脒类杀虫剂在碱性条件下稳定,这两类杀虫剂复配的杀虫广普性又是用户所需要的,如何把它们做成稳定的复配剂是困扰在行业内的难题;又如:菊酯类杀虫剂在极性溶剂中不稳定,而烟碱类、苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂做乳油剂型却必须要使用极性溶剂,如何把这几类原药做成稳定的剂型是亟待解决的问题;或多个原药复配时含太高做不出稳定的复配剂型,也成为了乳油剂型发展的瓶颈,是急需解决的问题。目前尚无太好的办法解决此类复配的问题,一般都默认分解的存在,建议客户短期内使用。
凝珠是专为机洗洗衣设计的一种水溶膜包装产品,多腔膜凝珠目前也只在洗衣液包装上有使用,而在农药领域无相关使用信息。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型及其制备方法。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:
一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,包括用于复配的两种或两种以上的原药有效成分一起储存容易分解的乳油单剂,以及含有两个或两个以上的膜腔的水溶膜,每个所述膜腔内分别包裹一种所述乳油单剂。
进一步的,所述乳油单剂按质量百分比包括以下成分:原药有效成分4-80%、乳化剂8-20%、助溶剂0-20%、稳定剂0-3%、余量为油基溶剂。
进一步的,所需复配的所述乳油单剂的原药有效成分含量均为最高含量。
进一步的,所述原药有效成分为除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂或植物生长调节剂。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯聚丙乙烯醚、三苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯聚丙乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述助溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基葵酰胺、N,N-二甲基辛酰胺、二甲基亚砜、N,N-二甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二乙基吡咯烷酮、环己酮、异佛尔酮、无水乙醇、异丙醇、异丁醇、异辛醇中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述稳定剂为环氧氯丙烷、环氧大豆油、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、γ丁内酯中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述油基溶剂为芳烃150#溶剂油、芳烃180#溶剂油、芳烃100#溶剂油、芳烃200#溶剂油、二甲苯、油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述水溶膜的材料为聚乙烯醇;所述水溶膜的厚度为75±5微米。
一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,分别制备所需复配的两种或两种以上的乳油单剂:按比例将原药有效成分、助溶剂、油基溶剂投入反应釜中,待原药有效成分完全溶解透明后,加入乳化剂和稳定剂混合搅拌均匀,检测合格沉降备用;
步骤二,取含有两个或两个以上的膜腔的水溶膜,以水封或热封的方式,将制备得到的乳油单剂分别装入各自的所述膜腔中,即制得所述高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型及其制备方法,其结构新颖独特,解决了高含量乳油复配时相互影响造成有效成分分解的问题,且水溶膜遇水会快速溶解在水中分解成无污染的碳氧碳氢化合物及水,包装环保无污染。
具体实施方式
以下便结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解、掌握,但本发明并不局限于此。下述实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
以下所用乳化剂、助溶剂、稳定剂、油基溶剂均为江苏艾津农化责任有限公司提供。原药有效含量均为市售产品。
实施例1 10%功夫乳油与5%甲维盐乳油两膜腔凝珠
本实施例的一种10%功夫乳油与5%甲维盐乳油两膜腔凝珠,由两膜腔水溶膜及10%功夫乳油(即农药乳油单剂)和5%甲维盐乳油(即农药乳油单剂)1:1包装构成;10%功夫乳油由以下组分制得:功夫原药10%、三苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚4%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4%、芳烃200#溶剂油补足至100%;5%甲维盐乳油由以下组分制得:甲维盐原药5%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚20%、无水乙醇20%、芳烃200#溶剂油补足至100%。
制备上述10%功夫乳油与5%甲维盐乳油两膜腔凝珠的具体方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:按上述比例计量投入功夫原药、三苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、芳烃200#溶剂油,加热搅拌溶解透明,检测合格备用。
第二步:按上述比例计量投入甲维盐原药、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、无水乙醇、芳烃200#溶剂油,加热搅拌溶解透明,检测合格备用。
第三步:将生产合格的10%功夫乳油单剂和5%甲维盐乳油单剂分别分装入两膜腔的水溶膜中热封制得10%功夫乳油与5%甲维盐乳油两膜腔凝珠。本品水溶膜为聚乙烯醇。
实施例2 30%毒死蜱乳油与10%双甲脒乳油两膜腔凝珠
本实施例的一种30%毒死蜱乳油与10%双甲脒乳油两膜腔凝珠,由两膜腔水溶膜及30%毒死蜱乳油(即农药乳油单剂)和10%双甲脒乳油(即农药乳油单剂)1:1包装构成;30%毒死蜱乳油由以下组分制得:毒死蜱原药30%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚4%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4%、芳烃200#溶剂油补足至100%;10%双甲脒乳油由以下组分制得:双甲脒原药10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4%、环氧氯丙烷2%、芳烃150#溶剂油补足至100%。
制备上述30%毒死蜱乳油与10%双甲脒乳油两膜腔凝珠的具体方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:按上述比例计量投入毒死蜱原药、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、芳烃200#溶剂油,加热搅拌溶解透明,检测合格备用。
第二步:按上述比例计量投入双甲脒原药、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、芳烃150#溶剂油,加热搅拌溶解透明,检测合格备用。
第三步:将生产合格的30%毒死蜱乳油单剂和10%双甲脒乳油单剂分别分装入两膜腔的水溶膜中热封制得30%毒死蜱乳油与10%双甲脒乳油两膜腔凝珠。本品水溶膜为聚乙烯醇。
实施例3 10%溴氰菊酯乳油与5%啶虫脒乳油两膜腔凝珠
本实施例的一种10%溴氰菊酯乳油与5%啶虫脒乳油两膜腔凝珠,由两膜腔水溶膜及10%溴氰菊酯乳油(即农药乳油单剂)和5%啶虫脒乳油(即农药乳油单剂)1:1包装构成;10%溴氰菊酯乳油由以下组分制得:溴氰菊酯原药10%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2.5%、苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙3%、芳烃200#溶剂油补足至100%;5%啶虫脒乳油由以下组分制得:啶虫脒原药5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4%、芳烃150#溶剂油补足至100%。
制备上述10%溴氰菊酯乳油与5%啶虫脒乳油两膜腔凝珠的具体方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:按上述比例计量投入溴氰菊酯原药、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、芳烃200#溶剂油,加热搅拌溶解透明,检测合格备用。
第二步:按上述比例计量投入啶虫脒原药、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、芳烃150#溶剂油,加热搅拌溶解透明,检测合格备用。
第三步:将生产合格的10%溴氰菊酯乳油单剂和5%啶虫脒乳油单剂分别分装入两膜腔的水溶膜中热封制得10%溴氰菊酯乳油与5%啶虫脒乳油两膜腔凝珠。本品水溶膜为聚乙烯醇。
实施例4多腔膜乳油凝珠的大田试验效果
以本发明实例1产品10%功夫乳油与5%甲维盐乳油两膜腔凝珠,进行蔬菜田田间小菜蛾防治效果试验。
施药方法:采用背负式喷雾器,常规施药计量喷雾。
调查方法:每处理重复3次,采用随机区组排列,小区面积50㎡,喷药前调查虫口基数,药后1、3、7天调查残存活虫数,按下式计算防治效果。

由表1试验结果可看出10%功夫乳油与5%甲维盐乳油两膜腔凝珠对蔬菜田小菜蛾有明显的防治效果,且对作物安全无副作用,可以正常使用,且药效是使用单剂效果的两倍。
以本发明实施例2产品30%毒死蜱乳油与10%双甲脒乳油两膜腔凝珠,进行棉花田田间棉铃虫防治效果试验。
施药方法:采用背负式喷雾器,常规施药计量喷雾。
调查方法:每处理重复3次,采用随机区组排列,小区面积50㎡,喷药前调查虫口基数,药后1、3、7天调查残存活虫数,按下式计算防治效果。

由表2试验结果可看出30%毒死蜱乳油与10%双甲脒乳油两膜腔凝珠对棉花田田间棉铃虫有明显的防治效果,且对作物安全无副作用,同比使用单剂药效有显著提高,可以正常使用。
以本发明实施例3产品10%溴氰菊酯乳油与5%啶虫脒乳油两膜腔凝珠,进行花生田田间蚜虫防治效果试验。
施药方法:采用背负式喷雾器,常规施药计量喷雾。
调查方法:每处理重复3次,采用随机区组排列,小区面积50㎡,喷药前调查虫口基数,药后1、3、7天调查残存活虫数,按下式计算防治效果。

由表3试验结果可看出10%溴氰菊酯乳油与5%啶虫脒乳油两膜腔凝珠对花生田田间蚜虫有明显的防治效果,且对作物安全无副作用,同比使用单剂药效有显著提高,可以正常使用。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,其特征在于:包括用于复配的两种或两种以上的原药有效成分一起储存容易分解的乳油单剂,以及含有两个或两个以上的膜腔的水溶膜,每个所述膜腔内分别包裹一种所述乳油单剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,其特征在于:所述乳油单剂按质量百分比包括以下成分:原药有效成分4-80%、乳化剂8-20%、助溶剂0-20%、稳定剂0-3%、余量为油基溶剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,其特征在于:所需复配的所述乳油单剂的原药有效成分含量均为最高含量。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,其特征在于:所述原药有效成分为除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂或植物生长调节剂。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯聚丙乙烯醚、三苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯聚丙乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,其特征在于:所述助溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基葵酰胺、N,N-二甲基辛酰胺、二甲基亚砜、N,N-二甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二乙基吡咯烷酮、环己酮、异佛尔酮、无水乙醇、异丙醇、异丁醇、异辛醇中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为环氧氯丙烷、环氧大豆油、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、γ丁内酯中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,其特征在于:所述油基溶剂为芳烃150#溶剂油、芳烃180#溶剂油、芳烃100#溶剂油、芳烃200#溶剂油、二甲苯、油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型,其特征在于:所述水溶膜的材料为聚乙烯醇;所述水溶膜的厚度为75±5微米。
10.根据权利要求2所述的一种高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一,分别制备所需复配的两种或两种以上的乳油单剂:按比例将原药有效成分、助溶剂、油基溶剂投入反应釜中,待原药有效成分完全溶解透明后,加入乳化剂和稳定剂混合搅拌均匀,检测合格沉降备用;
步骤二,取含有两个或两个以上的膜腔的水溶膜,以水封或热封的方式,将制备得到的乳油单剂分别装入各自的所述膜腔中,即制得所述高含量混配易分解农药乳油复配剂型。
