Abstract
差动式常闭制动器。固定座1上有制动块6,制
动盘2和制动盘16由连接杆12连接,杆两端的制
动弹簧分别作用于两制动盘,两制动盘之间有顶力机
构,该机构中的驱动块与制动盘连接;制动盘2上有
差动孔7,差动轴5位于该孔内,一端与主动传动件
11连接,另一端与顶力机构的顶力块13连接。利用
主动传动件带动差动轴在差动孔内位移、通过顶力机
构作用解除常闭制动状态,使被动传动件正常运转。
本制动器不消耗能源,工作可靠,技术经济效果十分
明显。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于制动物体的机械式常闭制动装置。
已有的制动器,无论是机械动力式,或电磁式,或者是电磁、液压式,均需要结构较复杂的、消耗相当能源的力源装置。如常闭式的制动器,则需要力源装置提供外力来解除常闭制动状态。以电磁抱闸式制动器为例,常闭状态是以弹簧力作为制动力来对物体进行制动的。当该物体需要运行或转动时,则需向电磁铁通电,以产生电磁力克服弹簧力来解除常闭的制动状态。电磁铁通电工作时,则需消耗电能。
《发明专利申请公开》1989年4月26日公开了一种申请号为87102097,申请日为871014的“以惯性力转换为制动力的制动装置”。该制动装置由操作力源装置、随动机构、制动机构和增力机构构成,实现制动时的主要制动外力是由被制动物体在运动时所具有的惯性力转换而来的。具有显著的节能效果,制动时间短,缓解速度快,工作可靠,但仍需要操作力源装置来提供制动操作力,操作力源装置工作时,仍需要消耗一定的能源。
本发明的目的是提供一种差动式常闭制动器。本发明是利用主动传动件起动运行时与本制动器所产生的差动来解除常闭制动状态的,不需要任何力源装置;同时也是利用主动传动件停止、降速时与本制动器所产生的相反差来恢复常闭制动状态的。
本发明的技术方案参见图1至图5进行说明。本发明有固定座1、制动盘2、制动弹簧3、顶力机构4、差动轴5和连接杆12,其结构及其相互连接关系如下:
固定座1内有制动块6,制动盘2的制动摩擦面8与制动块6离合。图2所示为制动盘摩擦面与制动块6紧接触状态,即处常闭制动状态。
制动盘2上有差动孔7和供连接被动传动件9的轴套10。当制动盘2与制动块6紧接触而处常闭制动状态时,是以轴套10来实现对被动传动件9进行制动的。
连接杆12一端装在制动盘2上,制动弹簧3装在连接杆的该端部,其弹簧力作用于制动盘2。当本制动器处常闭制动状态时,制动盘2是由于该弹簧力的作用而紧接触制动块6,而处常闭制动状态的。
顶力机构4由顶力块13和驱动块14构成,见图3至图5,顶力块13一端与驱动块14的接触面15为凸凹相配合的接触面,驱动块14沿传动轴线与制动盘2连接。当顶力块13转动时,其上的凸面段向驱动块14上的凸面段移动而产生顶力,相当于凸轮机构原理,使驱动块14向外移动,图5中箭头所示,从而驱动制动盘2在克服制动弹簧力的情况下外移,实现制动盘2上的制动摩擦面离开制动块6而解除制动状态。
差动轴5位于制动盘2的差动孔7内,一端与主动传动件11连接,另一端与顶力机构4中的顶力块13连接,见图1。差动轴5可在差动孔7内相对位移,差动轴5则利用在差动孔7内产生的位移来带动顶力块13转动,从而通过驱动块14来驱动制动盘2移动。
本发明解除常闭制动状态、使被动传动件9正常运转的过程是,当传动构件(如电动机)起动并开始运转时,主动传动件11随之开始转动,主动传动件则带动差动轴5在差动孔7内产生位移,差动轴5另一端则带动顶力机构中的顶力块13转动,顶力块13即相对于驱动块14产生顶力,驱动块14即驱动制动盘2外移而开始逐步解除常闭制动,当常闭制动状态未完全被解除时,被动传动件9仍处静止状态。当差动轴5位移至差动孔7的端点时,常闭制动状态被完全解除。此时,差动轴5则为扭矩传递轴带动盘2转动,连接在制动盘轴套10内的被动传动件9即随之正常运动。实现该过程的原理是,利用主动传动件11首先转动和被动件9暂处静态的时间差,通过差动轴在差动孔内的位移带动顶力块转动,使驱动块驱动制动盘外移而解除常闭制动状态。当常闭制动状态被完全解除后、被动传动件正常运转时,顶力机构中的顶力块13由于差动轴的作用即使之转动,以保证顶力块13上的凸段面可靠地与驱动块14上的凸段面接触,使常闭制动保持被解除状态。
恢复常闭制动状态的过程是,当需要制动时,切断传动构件(如电动机)的动力源,传动构件产生相对于运行时的反扭矩而迅速降速,主动传动件11而随之降速,差动轴即在差动孔内产生与起动时相反方向的位移,从而带动顶力块13相应反转,使顶力块13上的凸面段朝驱动块14上的凹面段移动,直至凹凸面完全配合,顶力块相对于驱动块的顶力消除。此时,制动弹簧作用于制动盘,而使制动盘以弹簧力为压力接触制动块6,产生摩擦阻转矩使制动盘停止转动,连接在制动盘轴承10内的被动传动件9随之被制动,即恢复常闭制动状态。
下面结合实施例对本发明结构作进一步说明。

实施例1。结构见图1至图5。本例结构在技术方案的基础上进行,技术方案所述的为单盘式结构,本例为双盘式结构。在制动块6的另一侧设置与制动盘2相对应的制盘16,制动盘16的制动摩擦面相对于制动块6的另一侧面离合;顶力块13的另一端设置与驱动块14相对应的驱动块18,见图3、图5,顶力块13与驱动块18的凸、凹接触面19与接触面15对称;制动盘16的轴套与制动盘2的轴套之间设置可使该两盘同时运动和同时停止的滑键17,而且该两盘可沿滑键17相对移动;连接杆12的两端分别连接在制动盘2和制动盘16上,连接在制动盘2上的连接杆12的端部装制动弹簧3,该弹簧的簧力作用于制动盘2;连接杆12的另一端部装有与制动弹簧3相对称的制动弹簧20,该弹簧的簧力作用于制动盘16。制动盘2和制动盘16的制动摩擦面设置摩擦片。差动轴5和与之相应的差动孔至少设两个,本例制动盘2上的差动孔7为6个,见图1,相对应的差动轴为6根,用于连接制动盘的连接杆12至少设两根,对称设置;本例的制动弹簧3为两根,制动弹簧20为两根。
解除常闭制动状态的工作过程是,顶力块13随差动轴在传动构件起动时的移动而转动,对两端的驱动块14和驱动块18产生向外的顶力,使制动盘2和制动盘16同时向外移动而离开制动块6,实现常闭制动的解除,使被动传动件正常运转。顶力块13随差动轴向相反方向移动时,使顶力块上的凸段面位于驱动块的凹面段,两端的顶力消除,制动弹簧3和制动弹簧20分别作用于制动盘2和制动盘16,使两制动盘同时向内移动而紧接触制动块6,恢复常闭制动状态。
实施例2。结构见图6至图9。本例在实施例1的基础上进行。本例中,制动盘2和制盘16均由盘体21、芯体22构成,盘体21与芯体22之间设制动补偿机构23和可使盘体与芯体同时运转或同时停止的滑键24,该滑键还可起盘体沿芯体相对平衡的导向作用。本制动补偿机构为圈齿式结构,是现有技术在本发明中的应用。即:盘体21的内圈上设圈齿26,芯体22的圆周上设置齿块25,见图3、图9,该齿块上有与圈齿26相配合的齿圈,制动盘2上的制动补偿机构与制动盘16上的对称设置,每圈齿的外侧为斜面,内侧为垂直于传动轴线的直面。齿块25装在芯体22沿圆周方向的孔27内,孔27的底部有弹簧28,其簧力作用于齿块25,见图8。齿块25成对设置,本例为四对、共八块,其中部分成对均匀布置的(本例为四块,未涂黑)为完全接触,见图8;另外成对均匀布置的(涂黑的四块)为部分接触,见图9。完全接触的为工作状态,即当制动盘的芯体被顶力机构驱动而外移时,带动盘体外移而解除制动;当顶力机构的顶力解除时,制动弹簧作用于芯体,圈齿的直面为力作用而,使盘体与制动块6紧接触而实现制动。圈齿为部分接触的则处在补偿状态,当盘体上的摩擦片被一定程度的磨损时,当芯体在驱动块作用下,向外移动的过程中与盘体产生相对差动,齿块25克服弹簧28的作用力在孔内下移,而其上的齿圈滑入盘体内的下一个圈齿,即处完全接触,变为工作状态,而原为完全接触的齿块则变为部分接触的补偿状态。
实施例3。图10为本例沿轴线方向剖视结构图。本例在实施例2的基础上进行。本例的固定座由三根连接轴29和与轴端连接的两侧板30构成,连接轴与侧板构成整体的固定座;制动块6为两个分体式盘31组成,固定在连接轴29上,制动盘2和制动盘16分别与制动块6的两分体式盘31对应。制动盘2和制动盘16与两分体式盘31之间至少设置一块制动块32,制动块32连接在连接轴29上,并可沿该轴移动;在制动块32的侧面设置与之同轴线的随动制动盘33,制动盘、制动块及随动制动盘的摩擦面相互对应和离合。即所谓多片式双盘结构,该多片式结构为现有技术在本发明中的应用。在本例结构中,传动齿轮34为主动传动件11,设置在两分体式盘31之间,套装在轴35上。轴35即为补动传动件9,又为制动盘的连接杆12起连接作用;差动轴5穿经传动齿轮34、制动块32和随动制动盘33,其两端分别位于制动盘2和制动盘16的差动孔7内;制动弹簧3和制动弹簧20装在连接杆(轴35)两端段;顶力机构中的顶力块13为两块分体式,分别连接在传动齿轮34的两端面。当驱动块14和驱动块18分别对制动盘2和制动盘16产生驱动顶力时,使两制动盘分别克服制动弹簧的作用力而外移,使制动块32、随动制动盘33处无压力的松动状态而解除制动;当驱动块顶力消除,两制动弹簧作用,制动盘对随动制动盘、制动块32产生压力,使之向内移动,直至相互紧接触而实现制动。
实施例4。本例是实施例3在减速机上的应用实例,相应的连接结构见图11至图13。本例中,固定座中的两侧板30分别与减速机箱体的两内壁连接,齿轮34即主动传动件与减速机的前级传动齿轮36啮合,轴35即被动传动件为减速机的输出传动轴。
本发明的技术效果:由于在相应的构件中设置差动轴和差动孔,利用主动传动件,使差动轴在差动孔内产生位移,通过顶力机构作用,解除常闭制动状态,使被动传动件保持正常运转。与已有技术比,无需设置力源装置,且结构简单,在工作过程中,不需消耗能源,制动可靠,用于有防爆要求的场所不需设置防爆措施,技术效果十分明显,适用范围广泛。

1、差动式常闭制动器,有制动弹簧(3),其特征是有固定座(1)、制动盘(2)、顶力机构(4)、差动轴(5)和连接杆(12),所述的:
1)固定座(1)内有制动块(6),
2)制动盘(2)上有差动孔(7)和供连接被动传动件(9)用的轴套(10),制动盘(2)的制动摩擦面(8)与制动块(6)的一面离合,
3)连接杆(12)一端部位于制动盘(2)内,制动弹簧(3)装在连接杆(12)端部,其弹簧力作用于制动盘(2)上,
4)顶力机构(4)由顶力块(13)和驱动块(14)构成,顶力块(13)一端与驱动块(14)的接触面(15)为凸、凹相配合的接触面,驱动块(14)沿传动轴线与制动盘(2)连接,
5)差动轴(5)位于制动盘(2)上的差动孔(7)内,差动轴(5)可在该孔内相对移动,其一端与主动传动件(11)连接,另一端与顶力机构中的顶力块(13)连接。
2、按照权利要求1所述的差动式常闭制动器,其特征是:
1)在制动块(6)的另一侧设有与制动盘(2)相对应的制动盘(16),制动盘(16)的制动摩擦面与制动块(6)的另一面离合,
2)顶力块(13)的另一端设有与驱动块(14)相对应的驱动块(18),顶力块(13)与驱动块(18)的凸、凹接触面(19)与接触面(15)对称,驱动块(18)与制动盘(16)连接,
3)所述的制动盘(16)的轴套与制动盘(2)的轴套(10)之间设有可使该两制动盘同时运动和同时停止的滑键(17),
4)连接杆(12)的另一端部连接在制动盘(16)上,该端部设有与制动弹簧(3)相对称的制动弹簧(20)。
3、按照权利要求2所述的差动式常闭制动器,其特征是制动盘(2)和制动盘(16)均由盘体(21)和芯体(22)构成,盘体(21)与芯体(22)之间设有制动补偿机构(23)和可使盘体与芯体同时运转或同时停止的滑键(24)。
4、按照权利要求3所述的差动式常闭制动器,其特征是制动补偿机构为圈齿式结构,即盘体(21)的内圈上有圈齿(26),芯体(22)的圆周上设有齿块(25),该齿块上有与圈齿(26)相配合的齿圈,每圈齿的外侧为斜面,内侧为垂直于传动轴线的直面,所述的齿块(25)装在芯体(22)圆周上的孔(27)内,孔(27)的底部设有弹簧(28),其弹簧力作用于齿块(25),设在芯体(22)圆周上的齿块(25),其中部分成对均匀设置的为完全接触,另外成对均匀布置的为部分接触。
5、按照权利要求4所述的差动式常闭制动器,其特征是固定座由三根连接轴(29)和与该连接轴端连接的两侧板(30)构成,制动块(6)由两个分体式盘(31)组成,固定在连接轴(29)上,制动盘(2)和制动盘(16)与分体式盘(31)之间至少设置一块制动块(32),该制动块连接在连接轴(29)上,并可沿该轴移动,在所述的制动块(32)侧面设有与之同轴线的随动制动盘(33),传动齿轮(34)即主动传动件设置在两分体式盘(31)之间,并套装在轴(35)上,轴(35)即被动传动件又为连接杆(12)起制动盘的连接作用,顶力机构中的顶力块(13)为两块分体式,分别连接在传动齿轮(34)的两端面,差动轴(5)穿经传动齿轮(34)、制动块(32)和随动制动盘(33),两端分别位于制动盘(2)和制动盘(16)的差动孔内。
6、一种含有权利要求5所述的差动式常闭制动器的减速机,其特征是固定座中的两侧板(30)与减速机箱体的两侧内壁连接,齿轮(34)即主动传动件与减速机的前级传动齿轮(36)啮合,轴(35)即被传动件为减速机的输出传动轴。
