In this embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, a patent monitoring apparatus is provided, which is mainly used for implementing the steps of the patent monitoring method described in the first embodiment, please refer to fig. 6, and the patent monitoring apparatus includes a first-type search module 61, a second-type search module 62, a keyword extraction module 63, a relevancy calculation module 64, and a processing module 65, where;
the first-class retrieval module 61 is configured to receive an external first-class retrieval instruction, perform retrieval in the target patent database based on the first-class retrieval instruction, and obtain a first patent data packet, where the first-class retrieval instruction includes a first keyword for retrieval.
The second-type retrieval module 62 is configured to receive an external second-type retrieval instruction, retrieve the second-type retrieval instruction from the target patent database, and display summary information of at least part of the retrieved patent documents; the second type of search instruction contains a second keyword for searching.
the keyword extraction module 63 is configured to, in the process of displaying the patent files, take the patent files receiving the viewing instruction as the patent files to be tested, and extract the keywords to be tested of the patent files to be tested according to preset keyword extraction rules; and the method is also used for screening target keywords based on the keywords of each patent file in the first patent data packet.
The relevancy calculation module 64 is configured to perform relevancy calculation on the keyword to be detected and the target keyword, and send a trigger signal to the processing module 65 when the relevancy of the keyword to be detected and the target keyword reaches a preset relevancy threshold.
The processing module 65 is configured to generate an inquiry message when receiving the trigger signal sent by the relevancy calculation module 64, to determine whether to add the to-be-tested patent file into the first patent data packet, and to display the inquiry message and the detailed information of the to-be-tested patent file; and acquiring an external operation instruction for the inquiry message, and executing whether to add the patent file to be tested into the first patent data packet or not based on the operation instruction.
Optionally, the processing module 65 is further configured to determine that the first patent data packet does not include the to-be-tested patent file before the keyword extraction module 63 extracts the to-be-tested keyword of the to-be-tested patent file according to the preset keyword extraction rule.
The keyword extraction module 63 extracts the target keywords of the first patent data packet, which is as follows:
the keyword extraction module 63 extracts keywords of each patent file in the first patent data packet according to preset keyword extraction rules in advance, counts the keywords appearing in N patent files, sorts the keywords from large to small according to the N values corresponding to the keywords, and selects the top M keywords as target keywords, where M is greater than 0.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented in a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and optionally they may be implemented in program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored on a computer storage medium (ROM/RAM, magnetic disks, optical disks) and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (8)

1. a patent monitoring method, comprising:
Receiving an external first-class retrieval instruction, and retrieving in a target patent database based on the first-class retrieval instruction to obtain a first patent data packet, wherein the first-class retrieval instruction comprises a first keyword for retrieval;
Receiving an external second-type retrieval instruction, retrieving in the target patent database based on the second-type retrieval instruction, and displaying summary information of at least part of retrieved patent documents; the second type of retrieval instruction comprises a second keyword for retrieval;
In the process of displaying the patent files, taking the patent files receiving the viewing instructions as the patent files to be tested, and extracting the keywords to be tested of the patent files to be tested according to a preset keyword extraction rule;
Calculating the relevancy of the keywords to be tested and target keywords, and generating inquiry messages when the relevancy of the keywords to be tested and the target keywords reaches a preset relevancy threshold so as to determine whether the patent file to be tested is added into the first patent data packet or not and display the inquiry messages and the detailed information of the patent file to be tested; the target keywords are obtained by screening keywords of each patent file in the first patent data packet, and the method comprises the following steps: extracting keywords of each patent file in the first patent data packet according to the preset keyword extraction rule in advance, counting the keywords to appear in N patent files, sequencing the keywords from big to small according to the N values corresponding to the keywords, and selecting the first M keywords as the target keywords, wherein M is larger than 0;
And acquiring an external operation instruction on the inquiry message, and executing whether to add the patent file to be tested into the first patent data packet or not based on the operation instruction.

The patent monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the viewing instruction, before extracting the keywords to be tested of the patent document to be tested according to the preset keyword extraction rule, further comprising determining that the first patent data packet does not contain the patent document to be tested.
3. The patent monitoring method according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the query message includes a confirm button and a cancel button, and the performing whether to add the patent document to be tested to the first patent data packet based on the operation instruction includes:
When the operation instruction is the operation of clicking a determined button, adding the to-be-tested patent file into the first patent data packet; and when the operation instruction is the operation of clicking a cancel button, the to-be-detected patent file is cancelled to be added into the first patent data packet.
4. The patent monitoring method according to claim 3, wherein the inquiry message further includes a details button, the patent monitoring method further comprising:
And when the clicking operation on the detail button is received, displaying the target keyword, the keyword to be detected and the correlation degree of the keyword to be detected and the target keyword.
5. A patent monitoring method according to any one of claims 1-2, further comprising:
And based on the first type of retrieval instruction, retrieving in the target patent database according to a preset time period, adding the patent files updated in the current time period into the first patent data packet, and identifying the updated patent files so as to continuously update the first patent data packet.

When a user login request is received, searching is carried out on the target patent database based on the first type of search instruction, updated patent files in the time interval between the current login and the previous login are obtained, the updated patent files are added into the first patent data packet, and the updated patent files are identified, so that the first patent data packet is automatically updated.

the keyword extraction module is used for taking the patent file receiving the viewing instruction as a patent file to be detected in the process of displaying the patent file, and extracting keywords to be detected of the patent file to be detected according to a preset keyword extraction rule; the keyword extraction module is used for extracting keywords of the patent files in the first patent data packet in advance according to preset keyword extraction rules, counting the keywords appearing in N patent files, sorting the keywords from large to small according to N values corresponding to the keywords, and selecting the first M keywords as the target keywords, wherein M is larger than 0;
The relevancy calculation module is used for calculating the relevancy of the keyword to be detected and the target keyword, and when the relevancy of the keyword to be detected and the target keyword reaches a preset relevancy threshold, a trigger signal is sent to the processing module;
The processing module is used for generating an inquiry message when receiving the trigger signal so as to determine whether to add the patent file to be tested into the first patent data packet or not and display the inquiry message and the detailed information of the patent file to be tested; and acquiring an external operation instruction on the inquiry message, and executing whether to add the patent file to be tested into the first patent data packet or not based on the operation instruction.
