Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the prior art, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an account checking step in an account checking method in the prior art, and fig. 2 is another schematic flowchart of an account checking step in an account checking method in the prior art. As shown in fig. 1-2, in the prior art, generally, when a worker imports transaction running water, an account checking function is triggered, and for an account checking step, a transaction is usually initiated, a transaction bank performs account checking in sequence according to account checking notification file types, when a notification type is completed, but the account checking is unsuccessful, the transaction continues to be performed with a file of a next notification type in the same code transaction, and the running transaction is terminated until the running transaction is terminated with a notification file, or all types of notification files are traversed, and the account checking is still unsuccessful, it is seen that in the account checking method in the prior art, the account checking step only initiates a transaction, and the transaction needs to run to the termination condition to be terminated, otherwise, the transaction is always in a running state, when the number of notification files is large, a single transaction consumes a long time, and easily causes system pressure, and a stuck condition occurs.
In view of the above existing problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides an account checking method, where an online banking data is obtained first, and a first transaction process is initiated, where the first transaction process includes performing an account checking operation on the first transaction flow data and notification files in a first type of notification file in sequence, and when the account checking operation on the first transaction flow data and all notification files in a first type of notification file set fails, the first transaction process is ended and a second transaction process is initiated, where the second transaction process includes performing an account checking operation on the first transaction flow data and notification files in a second type of notification file set in sequence, so that time consumed by each transaction process is greatly shortened, and a deadlock situation caused by pressure on a system is effectively avoided.
Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating an application scenario of the reconciliation method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the reconciliation method provided by the present embodiment is applied to a reconciliation system, which may include a transaction server 1 and a reconciliation server 2, wherein the transaction server 1 stores transaction flow data, and the reconciliation server 2 stores a notification file. And as the notification file, a money transfer notification file, an assignment notification file, a personal tax notification file, a refund notification file, and the like may be mentioned. In the account checking system, the system provides an automatic account checking function, namely, the system checks the account checking conditions one by one according to the set account checking conditions, and checks the records meeting the account checking standard, wherein the records which are not checked are the unachieved accounts. The conditions for the automatic account checking of the system generally comprise that the date of the occurrence of the business, the settlement formula, the settlement ticket number and the occurrence amount are the same. The same occurrence amount is a basic condition of the account, and for other conditions, the user can select the conditions in a self-defined manner according to the requirement.
Fig. 4 is a flow diagram illustrating a reconciliation method in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the reconciliation method provided in this embodiment includes:
Specifically, the reconciliation server may obtain the online banking data from the transaction server, and the online banking data includes first transaction flow data, where the first transaction flow data may be tax payment data, money transfer data, and the like.
And because it is when the staff imports the trade pipeline at present, the reconciliation function is triggered automatically, this operation depends on the staff operation time, and most of them are in the working day, and parallel with the operation business, resulting in too large system pressure, and performance problem, in this embodiment, in order to further improve the subsequent reconciliation efficiency, before obtaining the online banking data, the current time can be obtained first, then, whether the current time belongs to the preset reconciliation time range is judged, if the judgment result is yes, the reconciliation operation is started, wherein, the preset reconciliation time range is determined according to the reconciliation system business operation condition. For example, the preset reconciliation time range can be set to be non-business hours, a fixed time point is adopted, the notification file and the transaction flow are triggered to be automatically reconciled, the system can be selected to be around early morning, no business operation exists at the moment, the system pressure is low, and the system pressure is relieved to a certain extent.
In addition, because the current account checking system relates to more than 20 types of notification files, all the notification files which are retained historically during automatic account checking are large in number grade, so that the system pressure is overlarge to a certain extent, and the notification files which are subjected to account checking preferentially can be determined by a method of classifying the priority of the notification files in advance. The priority classification is carried out on all notification file sets in the notification file database according to a preset notification file priority list, the priority comprises a first priority and a second priority, the first priority is higher than the second priority, for example, the payment collection notification file and the payment collection notification file can be set as the first priority, and the personal income tax payment notification file which has small influence on business operation even though automatic reconciliation is not completed is set as the second priority.
Before the online banking data is obtained, the number of notification files in a current notification file database is obtained, whether the number of the notification files is larger than a preset first file number threshold value or not is judged, if yes, a notification file set belonging to a first priority level in the notification file database is selected to participate in reconciliation operation, wherein the first type of notification file set and the second type of notification file set are both of the first priority level. And if the number of the notification files is smaller than or equal to the preset file number threshold, selecting a notification file set belonging to a first priority and a second priority in the notification file database to participate in reconciliation operation, wherein the first type notification file set and the second type notification file set belong to the first priority or the second priority. It can be seen that the reconciliation operation of the notification file with higher priority is determined to be preferentially performed by setting the first file quantity threshold, that is, the notification file with higher priority is preferentially added into the automatic reconciliation sequence, such as the payment collection notification file and the payment collection notification file. At this time, the notification file database participating in account checking, namely, the notification files in the automatic account checking pool, is reduced, so that the system pressure can be reduced.
In addition, when the number of the notification files is smaller than or equal to a preset first file number threshold, continuously judging whether the number of the notification files is larger than a preset second file number threshold, wherein the preset first file number threshold is larger than the preset second file number threshold, if so, selecting a notification file set belonging to a first priority and a second priority in a notification file database to participate in reconciliation operation, wherein the first-class notification file set and the second-class notification file set belong to the first priority or the second priority, the priorities further comprise a third priority, and the second priority is higher than the third priority.
In an actual reconciliation system, when automatic reconciliation is started, all the online banking data which are not successfully reconciled in the history and automatic reconciliation of notification files are processed, and for some systems, the running time is longer, for example, some systems are currently running for 10 years, the historical retained data is more, but the running significance of the automatic reconciliation service of data before many years is smaller. Therefore, the time interval of automatic account checking can be set, for example, only business operation data of the last 1 year, notification files of the last 1 year and transaction running water of the last 1 year can be automatically checked, the time interval is greatly shortened, and the system stress is reduced. Therefore, before the internet banking data is acquired, the notification file sets belonging to the preset time range in the notification file database can be screened to participate in the account checking operation.
Specifically, after the internet banking data is acquired, a first transaction process is initiated, where the first transaction process includes performing reconciliation operation on the first transaction flow data and the notification files in the first class of notification files in sequence. The first type of notification file may be a money transfer notification, an allocation notification, a personal tax notification, and the like, and is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
And 103, judging whether the first transaction flow data is successfully reconciled with the first notification file in the first type of notification file set. If yes, go to step 104, and if no, go to step 105.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of the reconciliation step in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, as shown in fig. 5, the first type notification file may be a transfer notification, the first transaction flow data is sequentially subjected to a reconciliation operation with the transfer notifications in the first type notification file, and if no transfer notification in the first type notification file can be successfully reconciled with the first transaction flow data and all the transfer notifications in the first type notification file have been traversed at this time, the first transaction process is ended, and the second transaction process is started.
And step 104, the account checking is successful, and the first transaction process is ended.
And if the first transaction flow data and the first notification file in the first type notification file set are successfully checked, the checking is successful and the first transaction process is ended.
Specifically, if reconciliation of the first transaction flow data and all notification files in the first type of notification file set fails, the first transaction process is ended and a second transaction process is initiated, wherein the second transaction process comprises reconciliation of the first transaction flow data and the notification files in the second type of notification file set in sequence. The notification file database comprises a first type notification file set and a second type notification file set.
It is worth understanding that the transaction internet bank checks accounts in sequence according to the account checking notification file types, and when one notification type is traversed and completed, the account checking is successful or unsuccessful, the transaction is ended. And re-initiating the transaction, processing the account checking of the second type notification file set and the transaction flow, and finishing the transaction when the account checking is successful or unsuccessful. The circulation reduces the time consumption of a single transaction relatively, reduces the system pressure and avoids the system breakdown.
In addition, if the reconciliation of the first transaction flow data and all the notification files in the notification file database fails, the reconciliation operation is finished.
In this embodiment, the online banking data is obtained first, and a first transaction process is initiated, where the first transaction process includes performing reconciliation operation on the first transaction flow data and the notification files in the first type of notification file in sequence, and when the reconciliation of the first transaction flow data and all the notification files in the first type of notification file set fails, the first transaction process is ended and a second transaction process is initiated, and the second transaction process includes performing reconciliation operation on the first transaction flow data and the notification files in the second type of notification file set in sequence, so that the time consumption of each transaction process is greatly reduced, and the occurrence of a deadlock situation caused by pressure on a system is effectively avoided.

if the first transaction flow data and a first notification file in the first type of notification file set are successfully checked, the checking is successful and the first transaction process is ended; or
If the first transaction flow data and all notification files in the first type of notification file set fail to account, ending the first transaction process and initiating a second transaction process, wherein the second transaction process comprises the step of sequentially performing account-checking operation on the first transaction flow data and the notification files in the second type of notification file set;
