一种能引用无功风的风力机,风力机风叶在随风轴旋转的同时又能在风轴两侧做穿梭式移动,使风叶能够改迹原来的旋转轨迹而让出风力机的无功区,在无功区内安装使无功区的风吹向有功区的引风装置。
