Background
The application of the liquid pressure pump in daily life is very extensive, and bottled liquid articles such as cosmetics class articles for use, insect repellant all use the liquid pressure pump technique, and the liquid pressure pump technique is more convenient, high-efficient compared with traditional bottle opening mode.
Spray guns are a very common and commonly used hydraulic pumping tool, which generally includes a gun body, a piston rod, and a trigger, which are used in conjunction with a liquid container. The main working principle is that the internal pressure of the liquid container is increased by utilizing the internal pressure of the piston through the compression space, so that the liquid in the liquid container is pressed out. However, although the conventional hydraulic pump tool can discharge the liquid, it is still deficient in the aspects of the overall sealing performance, the rapid flow breaking capability, the insulating effect, and the like.
The chinese patent office disclosed the utility model patent of spray gun structure in 2018, 12, 14, and the publication number of the authorization is CN208230166U, and it includes the rifle body, head cap, bottom seal seat, elasticity bullet seat, internal thread tube seat and sets up the upper shield on the rifle body, and it mainly improves the aspects such as the whole leakproofness of spray gun, quick cutout ability and isolated effect through the mode to the structural improvement of elasticity bullet seat and chooseing for use elastic material. In the technical scheme, the aim of improving the sealing performance and other capabilities of the spray gun can be really fulfilled, but at the same time, the special structure of the elastic bullet seat leads the spray gun to be easy to age, the sealing performance effect, the rapid flow breaking capability and the like are greatly reduced after aging, and the spray gun structure is possibly even weaker than the conventional spray gun structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a spray gun, aiming at solving the problems that the existing spray gun is lack of overall sealing performance, rapid flow breaking capacity, isolation effect and the like, and the spray gun with better performances such as partial sealing performance and the like also has the problem of rapid performance decline caused by easy aging. It mainly realizes the following several purposes: the performances of the spray gun in the aspects of overall sealing performance, rapid flow breaking capacity, isolation effect and the like are improved; through the improvement of the elastic spring seat structure, the service life of the spray gun is prolonged, and the spray gun can still maintain better performance after long-term and frequent use; thirdly, by improving a transmission assembly for connecting the trigger and the piston, the service life of the whole device is prolonged, and the use hand feeling is improved; fourthly, ensuring that the liquid container has good isolation effect with the outside after the spray gun of the technical scheme is arranged; fifthly, the sealing resetting capability of the spray gun is improved, and the excellent spraying effect is guaranteed.

A spray gun, comprising:
the gun comprises a gun body, a housing, a bottom sealing seat, an elastic bullet seat and a head cap;
the cover is arranged on the gun body in a coating mode, and the bottom sealing seat is arranged at the lower end of the gun body and used for sealing the bottom of the gun body;
the gun body is provided with a piston cylinder, a sliding piston matched with the piston cylinder in a sliding sealing manner is arranged in the piston cylinder, the gun body is also provided with a trigger, and the trigger and the sliding piston are connected through a transmission assembly;
a liquid outlet channel and a liquid cavity are arranged in the gun body, the liquid outlet channel is provided with a liquid outlet and a liquid inlet, the liquid cavity is connected to the liquid inlet of the liquid outlet channel, and the lower end of the liquid cavity is provided with a bottom opening;
a spraying channel communicated with a liquid outlet of the liquid outlet channel is arranged in the head cap;
the elastic marble seat comprises an elastic vertical tube, wherein all or part of the elastic vertical tube is positioned in the cylinder through tube, and the outer side wall of the elastic vertical tube is in sealing contact with the inner side wall of the cylinder through tube;

Preferably, the transmission assembly includes a piston coupling and a trigger coupling.
Preferably, the elastic spring seat further comprises an elastic sealing seat in the liquid cavity, the upper end of the elastic sealing seat is connected with the lower end of the elastic vertical tube, the lower end of the elastic vertical tube is in sealing contact with the bottom sealing seat, and a transition cavity is formed between the elastic sealing seat and the bottom sealing seat.
Preferably, the bottom seal seat is provided with a pipe hole, a pipette is arranged below the elastic standpipe, the pipette penetrates through the pipe hole of the bottom seal seat, and the outer wall of the pipette is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the pipe hole.
Preferably, the transition cavity is communicated with the pipe hole of the bottom seal seat, and the lower end of the elastic vertical pipe is communicated with the liquid inlet of the liquid outlet channel through the transition cavity.
Preferably, the gun body is further provided with a return spring, the return spring is connected with the gun body and the trigger and is used for driving the trigger to return.
Preferably, a plurality of liquid flow channels are arranged on the head cap, the liquid flow channels are communicated with the spray channel and the liquid outlet channel, and the gun body is provided with a sealing wall for blocking the liquid flow channels and the spray channel.
Preferably, the liquid flow paths on the head cap are distributed at equal angles in the circumferential direction of the spray path with the axis of the spray path as the center.
Preferably, the bottom sealing seat is provided with a female screw tube seat.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the structure is novel, compact and reasonable, and the working process is stable and firm;
2) the improved elastic spring seat can still keep good stability after long-term use, the elastic vertical tube can still have excellent sealing effect, and the service life is longer;
3) after improvement, the transmission assembly consisting of the piston connecting piece and the trigger connecting piece has longer service life, is not easy to damage and age and has better use hand feeling;
4) the device has excellent sealing and resetting effects, the sealing element is quickly reset, liquid is not easy to overflow and outflow, and the overall sealing performance, the quick flow cutoff capability, the isolation effect and the like are excellent;
5) after the spray gun is assembled, the liquid container has excellent isolation effect with the outside, and sealing failure can not be caused by inclined placement, dumping and even inversion.

A spray gun of the construction shown in fig. 1 to 5, comprising: the gun comprises a gun body 1, a housing 11, a bottom sealing seat 12, an elastic bullet seat, an internal thread pipe seat 7 and a head cap 5;
the cover 11 is coated on the gun body 1, and the bottom sealing seat 12 is arranged at the lower ends of the gun body 1 and the cover 11 to seal the bottom of the gun body 1;
the outer side of the bottom sealing seat 12 is also provided with an internal thread pipe seat 7, the internal thread pipe seat 7 is used for connecting a liquid container such as a cosmetic bottle and the like for containing liquid, and the liquid container is required to be provided with a bottle mouth structure matched with the internal thread pipe seat 7;
the head cap 5 is arranged at the front end of the gun body 1, a liquid outlet channel 21 is arranged in the gun body 1, and a liquid outlet of the liquid outlet channel 21 is connected with the head cap 5.
The gun body 1 is also provided with a piston cylinder 4 and a trigger 3, a sliding piston 41 which is in sliding sealing fit with the piston cylinder 4 is arranged in the piston cylinder 4, and the sliding piston 41 is connected with the trigger 3 through a transmission component;

The upper end of the trigger 3 is provided with two symmetrically arranged rotating hooks, the gun body 1 is provided with a rotating shaft, and the rotating hooks are rotatably connected with the rotating shaft. The rotation guide of the trigger 3 can be realized by the cooperation of the rotating hook and the rotating shaft.
A liquid cavity 22 communicated with a liquid inlet of the liquid outlet channel 21 is further formed in the gun body 1, an opening is formed in the lower end of the liquid cavity 22, a spraying channel 51 communicated with the liquid outlet of the liquid outlet channel 21 is formed in the head cap 5, and liquid is sprayed out of the head cap 5 through the spraying channel 51 to form water mist;
a plurality of liquid flow channels 52 are also arranged in the head cap 5, the inlets of the liquid flow channels 52 are connected with the liquid outlets of the liquid outlet channels 21, and the outlets of the liquid flow channels 52 are connected with the spraying channels 51;
the number of the liquid flow channels 52 is at least two, the head cap 5 is provided with through gear grooves and broken gear grooves which are the same as the number of the liquid flow channels 52, and the gun body 1 is provided with a convex body which is clamped in the through gear grooves or the broken gear grooves; the through gear grooves and the broken gear grooves are mutually spaced and equiangularly distributed in sequence in the circumferential direction of the spray passage 51; taking two liquid flow channels 52 as an example, when the convex body is clamped in one through gear groove, one liquid flow channel 52 is communicated to a liquid outlet of the liquid outlet channel 21, the joint of the other liquid flow channel 52 and the spraying channel 51 is blocked by a sealing wall, similarly, when the convex body is clamped in the other through gear groove, the other liquid flow channel 52 is communicated to the liquid outlet of the liquid outlet channel 21, the convex body can be mutually matched with the through gear groove and the broken gear groove, the positioning effect is improved, and the stability in the working process is ensured or the sealing positioning effect is ensured.
The piston cylinder 4 is further provided with a cylinder through pipe 45, the cylinder through pipe 45 is communicated with an inner cavity a and a liquid cavity 22 of the piston cylinder 4, the upper end part or the whole of the elastic marble seat is positioned in the cylinder through pipe 45, the elastic marble seat comprises an elastic vertical pipe 81, the outer wall of the elastic vertical pipe 81 is attached to the inner wall of the cylinder through pipe 45, a sealing effect is achieved, a pipette 6 is arranged below the elastic vertical pipe 81, the pipette 6 penetrates through a pipe hole of the bottom seal seat 12, and the outer wall of the pipette 6 is in sealing contact with the inner;

the elastic bullet seat further comprises an elastic sealing seat 84 positioned in the liquid cavity 22, the upper end of the elastic sealing seat 84 is connected with the lower end of the elastic vertical tube 81, the lower end of the elastic vertical tube is in sealing contact with the bottom seal seat 12, a transition cavity 23 is formed between the elastic sealing seat 84 and the bottom seal seat 12, the transition cavity 23 is communicated with the tube hole of the bottom seal seat 12, and the lower end of the elastic vertical tube 81 is communicated with the transition cavity 23 and is communicated with a liquid inlet of the liquid outlet channel 21 through the transition cavity 23;
the lower end of the air sealing valve 83 can seal the nozzle of the liquid suction pipe 6 after moving downwards, and the sealing effect can prevent outside air from entering the liquid container in the resetting process after use.
In the present embodiment, the hydraulic chamber 22 is first used to refer to a space formed by the inner chamber a, the interior of the flexible vertical tube 81 and the transition chamber 23; the elastic base can be made of high elastic rubber and other materials with good elastic performance; the elastic ball body A and the elastic ball body B can be made of high-elastic rubber and other materials with good elastic performance and forming performance; the elastic spheres a and B are connected by a relatively short rigid cylindrical body, which may be made of a moisture-resistant, corrosion-resistant rigid plastic.

When the air-sealing valve 83 moves downwards, the upper end of the air-sealing valve is clamped with the clamping ring 82 and drives the clamping ring 82 to press downwards, so that a part of the elastic vertical pipe 81 above the clamping ring 82 is folded inwards, after the part of the elastic vertical pipe 81 is folded inwards, the sealing effect between the outer side wall of the elastic vertical pipe 81 and the inner side wall of the cylinder through pipe 45 is lost, and at the moment, liquid can enter the liquid outlet channel 21 from the hydraulic cavity 22 and is sprayed out from the spray channel 51 to form water mist;
after the trigger 3 is released, the trigger 3 does not extrude the return spring 42 any more, and the return spring 42 rebounds and drives each structure to reset;
in the resetting process, the matching effect formed by the piston connector 43 and the trigger connector 44 is better than that of a common piston rod, and the effect of driving the sliding piston 41 to reset is better, because the piston rod is usually directly connected to the bottom of the sliding piston 41 and has a larger length, while part of the rigid piston rod has the problems and defects that the piston rod is easy to age and break in the long-term use process and the rigid piston rod is subjected to bending force in the turning process of the trigger 3, and the other part of the elastic piston rod has the problems of poor orientation, easy inclination, poor motion performance of driving the sliding piston 41 by compression and the like. When the piston connector 43 and the trigger connector 44 are matched with each other, firstly, the shorter rigid cylindrical body is not easy to age and break and has good orientation, the elastic ball body A and the elastic ball body B are respectively connected with two ends of the rigid cylindrical body and are respectively positioned at relatively fixed positions with the sliding piston 41 and the trigger 3, but the rotation capacity of the elastic ball body is kept, the bending force applied to the rigid cylindrical body is converted through rotation, so that the elastic ball body per se is stressed and deformed, but the elastic ball body per se has good elasticity and toughness, is small in stress influence, cannot damage the ball body per se, and can still keep good shape characteristics and mechanical properties after long-term use. Therefore, the transmission assembly consisting of the elastic ball A, the elastic ball B and the rigid columnar body overcomes the defects of the existing rigid piston cylinder 4 and the existing elastic piston rod, has the advantages of both, and has good orientation and long service life;
in the spraying process, if the inside and outside of the liquid container can not be timely separated, the trigger 3 is pressed to the bottom and is reset after being released, because the separation structure is not completely reset, a small amount of air can enter the liquid container through the liquid outlet channel 21, so that a small amount of liquid in the liquid outlet channel 21 flows out, at the moment, because the pressure is not strong, the flowing-out liquid is usually in a dripping shape, which is obviously unwilling to see, and in the embodiment, after the single spraying process is finished, the elastic vertical tube 81 has good elasticity in the resetting process of the trigger 3, so that the quick resetting and separation are easily realized, and the generation of the problems is avoided;
in the long-term use process, the elastic vertical tube 81 is always required to be bent when being used every time, the bent part is the part where the upper end of the clamping ring 82 is connected with the elastic vertical tube 81, and the elastic vertical tube 81 is in a high-humidity environment for a long time, the part is easy to age to cause the bent part to lose elasticity, particularly after being frequently used, the problem that the sealing effect of the elastic vertical tube 81 and the cylinder through tube 45 is reduced is easily caused, which is obviously not wanted by people.
