The invention also relates to a preparation method of the water-soluble dynamic balance repairing liquid, which comprises the steps of adding the thickening agent and the deionized water into the kettle, and stirring to obtain gel-free particles; adding deionized water, a conditioner, ultra-dispersed barium sulfate, carbon black color paste and the water-based silicone oil emulsion into another small kettle in sequence and stirring; the two groups were mixed well and the remaining deionized water was added and stirred well. According to the invention, the water-based silicone oil emulsion, the thickening agent and the ultra-dispersed barium sulfate are matched, so that the prepared repair liquid can form a permanent elastic film on the outer side of the tire after being dried, the permanent elastic film can be kept for a long time without falling off, the texture of a matte effect is presented, the color and luster are uniform, dust is not easy to stick to the repair liquid, the repair liquid can be effectively prevented from cracking and peeling under the condition of bending or stretching, and the repair liquid is environment-friendly and pollution-free.

Background

s1, preparation of premix A group: adding monoglyceride resin and 1/3 deionized water into a small kettle, and stirring at 60 rpm for 60min to obtain gel-free particles, i.e. component A;
s2, preparing premix B: taking another small kettle, sequentially adding 1/3 deionized water and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid into the kettle, and stirring at 60 r/m for 10 min; adding the ultra-dispersed barium sulfate and the carbon black color paste into the kettle, and stirring at the speed of 60 revolutions per minute for 10 min; and finally, adding the water-based silicone oil emulsion into the kettle, and stirring for 30min at the speed of 60 revolutions per minute to obtain the component B.
And S3, adding the component A into the component B, uniformly stirring, adding the rest 1/3 deionized water into the kettle, and stirring for 60min to obtain the repairing liquid.
Example 2:

And S3, adding the component A into the component B, uniformly stirring, adding the rest 1/3 deionized water into the kettle, and stirring for 90min to obtain the repairing liquid.
Example 3:
the water-soluble dynamic balance repairing liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of ultra-dispersed barium sulfate, 0.5 part of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.7 part of carbon black color paste, 0.3 part of acrylic resin, 50 parts of water-based silicone oil emulsion and 30 parts of deionized water.

the water-soluble dynamic balance repairing liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40 parts of ultra-dispersed barium sulfate, 0.3 part of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.4 part of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, 0.9 part of carbon black color paste, 0.2 part of acrylic resin, 0.2 part of monoglyceride resin, 60 parts of water-based silicone oil emulsion and 25 parts of deionized water.

s2, preparing premix B: adding 1/3 deionized water, sodium dodecyl sulfate and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid into another small kettle, and stirring at 63 rpm for 13 min; adding the ultra-dispersed barium sulfate and the carbon black color paste into the kettle, and stirring at the speed of 63 rpm for 12 min; and finally, adding the water-based silicone oil emulsion into the kettle, and stirring at the speed of 63 rpm for 30min to obtain the component B.
And S3, adding the component A into the component B, uniformly stirring, adding the rest 1/3 deionized water into the kettle, and stirring for 80min to obtain the repairing liquid.
Example 5:
the water-soluble dynamic balance repairing liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
25 parts of ultra-dispersed barium sulfate, 0.2 part of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.2 part of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, 0.6 part of carbon black color paste, 0.3 part of acrylic resin, 0.2 part of monoglyceride resin, 55 parts of water-based silicone oil emulsion and 35 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the water-soluble dynamic balance repairing liquid comprises the following steps of preparing raw materials according to a formula:
s1, preparation of premix A group: adding acrylic resin, monoglyceride resin and 1/3 deionized water into a small kettle, stirring at 68 rpm for 75min to obtain gel-free particles, i.e. component A;
s2, preparing premix B: adding 1/3 deionized water, sodium dodecyl sulfate and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid into another small kettle, and stirring at 68 rpm for 14 min; adding the ultra-dispersed barium sulfate and the carbon black color paste into the kettle, and stirring at the speed of 68 rpm for 18 min; and finally, adding the water-based silicone oil emulsion into the kettle, and stirring at the speed of 68 rpm for 30min to obtain the component B.
And S3, adding the component A into the component B, uniformly stirring, adding the rest 1/3 deionized water into the kettle, and stirring for 75min to obtain the repairing liquid.
The water-soluble dynamic balance repairing liquid prepared according to the above examples 1-5 is prepared, discharged through a 80-mesh screen, tested for pH, viscosity and solid content, and then packaged and stored in a warehouse.
When the water-soluble dynamic balance repairing liquid is used, the product can be dipped by a soft brush and uniformly coated on the tire side or the tire shoulder outside a clean tire. When in use, special attention should be paid to the fact that the mixture is required to be stirred uniformly so as to be used.
