According to the description of fig. 2, the embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent bed and an intelligent bed sleep regulation system, the intelligent bed comprises an acquisition module 1, a collection device 2, a control device 3, an intelligent mattress 4, an intelligent bed sheet 5, a binding module 6 and a near field interaction sensor 7,
the acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring condition information data of an intelligent bed adjusting operation mode and sending the condition information data to the control device 3;
the acquisition device 2 is used for acquiring body information data of a user and sending the body information data of the user to the control device 3, and the acquisition device 2 can be integrated on an intelligent bed and comprises one or more of a temperature sensor, a heart rate sensor, a sleep sensor, a light sensor, a camera, a microphone and a thermal infrared imager;
the control device 3 is used for generating a control instruction for controlling the intelligent bed and/or the intelligent household equipment connected with the intelligent bed in the operation mode according to the body information data of the user; the user can set by self in advance or obtain the condition information data and the running mode corresponding to the condition information data through the network, and the control device 3 enters the corresponding running mode according to the condition information data after receiving the condition information data sent by the obtaining module 1; after receiving the body information data of the user sent by the acquisition device 2, the control device 3 processes the body information data, judges the body state of the user according to the body information data in the current operation mode, and generates a corresponding control instruction for controlling the intelligent bed and/or the intelligent home equipment connected with the intelligent bed according to the body state; the control device 3 can also adjust the operation mode of the intelligent bed according to the active adjustment operation of the user, judge the body state of the user according to the body information data in the current operation mode, and generate a corresponding control instruction for controlling the intelligent bed and/or the intelligent home equipment connected with the intelligent bed according to the body state; the control device 3 comprises an information generating module 31 for generating a user health report and feedback information according to the user body information data;

for example, the obtaining module 1 obtains that the current season information of the intelligent bed is winter, the geographic position information is beijing, and the time period information is night, the control device 3 controls the intelligent bed to enter a night operation mode in northern winter according to the condition information data, and the acquisition device 2 acquires the body information data of the user; the body information data comprises one or more of body temperature, sleeping posture, light sleeping time, deep sleeping time, heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory frequency and respiratory volume; the acquisition device comprises one or more of a temperature sensor, a heart rate sensor, a sleep sensor, a light sensor, a camera, a microphone and a thermal infrared imager; the breathing frequency and the sleep depth of the user, which are acquired by the sleep sensor of the acquisition device 2, are in a non-sleep state, the control device 3 generates a control instruction for controlling the massage module 412 of the intelligent bed adjusting module 41 to massage, the massage module 412 of the intelligent bed receives the instruction and then massages, and meanwhile, whether the user enters the sleep state is judged according to the breathing frequency and the sleep depth of the user, which are acquired by the sleep sensor, and if the user enters the sleep state, a control instruction for closing the massage module 412 is generated, so that the massage module of the intelligent mattress 4 is controlled to be closed; the acquisition device 2 acquires the ambient temperature after the user enters the sleep state, the control device 3 judges whether the current ambient temperature is appropriate, if the temperature is too high, a control instruction for controlling the temperature regulation module 411 to reduce the temperature is generated, and the intelligent mattress 4 reduces the temperature through the temperature regulation module 411 after receiving the instruction;
the control device 3 may also generate the sleep habit policy of the user through the acquired active control operation of the user, for example, the user may frequently raise the temperature in the winter mode, the control device 3 generates the sleep habit policy of the user according to the adjustment habit of the user, and raises the original set temperature in the winter mode for the user according to the sleep habit policy;

the acquisition device 2 is integrated on the intelligent bed sheet 5, and the intelligent bed sheet 5 is in data connection with the control device 3; the intelligent bed sheet 5 is integrated with a binding module 6 and a proximity interaction sensor 7, and is used for sending the user health report and feedback information generated by the information generation module 31, and a user can bind the user with the intelligent bed by placing the intelligent terminal in the working range of the binding module 6;
for example, the obtaining module 1 obtains that the current season information of the intelligent bed is winter, the geographic position information is beijing, the time period information is night, the working process of the sleep adjustment system of the intelligent bed is as shown in fig. 3, the control device 3 controls the intelligent bed to enter a northern winter night operation mode according to the condition information data, and the acquisition device 2 acquires the body information data of the user; the body information data comprises one or more of body temperature, sleeping posture, light sleeping time, deep sleeping time, heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory frequency and respiratory volume; the acquisition device comprises one or more of a temperature sensor, a heart rate sensor, a sleep sensor, a light sensor, a camera, a microphone and a thermal infrared imager; the breathing frequency and the sleep depth of the user, which are acquired by the sleep sensor of the acquisition device 2, are in a non-sleep state, the control device 3 generates a control instruction for controlling the massage module 412 of the intelligent bed adjusting module 41 to massage, the massage module 412 of the intelligent bed receives the instruction and then massages, and meanwhile, whether the user enters the sleep state is judged according to the breathing frequency and the sleep depth of the user, which are acquired by the sleep sensor, and if the user enters the sleep state, a control instruction for closing the massage module 412 is generated, so that the massage module of the intelligent mattress 4 is controlled to be closed; the acquisition device 2 acquires the respiratory frequency and the respiratory volume of the user after the user enters the sleep state, the control device 3 judges whether the current sleep state of the user is abnormal or not and whether the snoring behavior exists or not, and if the snoring behavior exists, a control instruction for controlling the massage module 412/the lifting adjusting module 414 to slightly shake is generated; if the sleep abnormality exists, a control instruction for controlling the alarm module 415 to send an alarm is generated, the user is awakened in time, and the family is informed;
the intelligent bed sleep adjusting system comprises the intelligent bed and an intelligent household electrical appliance, wherein the intelligent household electrical appliance is in data connection with the control device 3, receives a control instruction of the control device 3 and further adjusts the working state of the intelligent household electrical appliance; the intelligent household equipment comprises one or more of an intelligent air conditioner, a humidifier, a door and window controller, an electric curtain, an electric heater, a bedside lamp, a sleep bracelet, a sleep pillow and a sleep bed sheet.

In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings of the invention without departing from the essential scope thereof. Claims (13)
1. An intelligent bed sleep adjustment method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring condition information data of an intelligent bed adjusting operation mode, wherein the condition information data comprises one or more of season information, geographical position information and time period information;
controlling the intelligent bed to enter a corresponding operation mode according to the condition information data;
collecting body information data of a user, wherein the body information data comprises one or more of body temperature, sleeping posture, light sleeping time, deep sleeping time, heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory frequency and respiratory volume;
and generating a control instruction for controlling the intelligent bed and/or the intelligent household equipment connected with the intelligent bed in the operation mode according to the user body information data, and generating user health information according to the user body information data.
2. The sleep adjustment method for the intelligent bed as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and acquiring active control operation of a user, and controlling the intelligent bed to enter a corresponding running mode according to the active control operation.
3. The sleep adjustment method for the intelligent bed as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and generating a control instruction of the sleep habit strategy of the user according to the active control operation of the user and the body information data of the user.
4. The sleep adjustment method for the intelligent bed as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the control instruction comprises one or more of an alarm instruction, a temperature adjusting instruction, a massage instruction, a playing instruction and a lifting adjusting instruction.
5. An intelligent bed, which is characterized in that: the intelligent bed comprises an acquisition module, a collection device and a control device,
the acquisition module is used for acquiring condition information data of an intelligent bed adjusting operation mode, wherein the condition information data comprises one or more of season information, geographical position information and time period information; and sending the condition information data to a control device;
the acquisition device is used for acquiring body information data of a user and sending the body information data of the user to the control device;
the control device is used for generating a control instruction for controlling the intelligent bed and/or the intelligent household equipment connected with the intelligent bed in the operation mode according to the body information data of the user.
6. The intelligent bed as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the intelligent bed comprises an intelligent mattress, wherein an adjusting module used for adjusting the sleeping comfort level is arranged on the intelligent mattress, and the adjusting module is in data connection with the control device and controls the working state of the adjusting module according to the control instruction.
7. The intelligent bed as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the adjusting module comprises one or more of a temperature adjusting module, a massage module, a playing module, a lifting adjusting module and an alarm module which are arranged in the frame.
8. The intelligent bed as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the adjusting module comprises a temperature adjusting module, a massage module and a lifting adjusting module which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom.
9. The intelligent bed as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the intelligent bed further comprises an intelligent bed sheet, the collection device is integrated on the intelligent bed sheet, and the intelligent bed sheet is in data connection with the control device.
10. The intelligent bed as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the intelligent bed further comprises a binding module, wherein the binding module is in signal connection with the controller and is used for binding the user and the intelligent bed in a data mode.
11. The intelligent bed as claimed in claim 5, wherein the control device comprises an information generating module in signal connection with the collecting device for generating the user health information according to the user body information data.
12. The intelligent bed as claimed in claim 11, wherein: the system also comprises a close-range interaction sensor which is in data connection with the information generation module and is used for sending the user health information.
