本发明涉及一食品添加剂,特别涉及一种健胃益寿面条保健食品及其制备方法,属于食品添加剂技术领域。
背景技术
己知的食品如保健面条,在面里加了很多具有保健功能的中药,以达到医疗保健作用,但有的中药成份虽能起医疗保健作用,确使面条口感不好,使得吃面如同吃药,起了本末倒置的作用。而黄豆科类食品有豆腐、豆腐花等这类食品的加工大部分用石膏作为添加剂。石膏有两种:一种工业石膏,它只能添加榆钱和陈皮的定比例混合的工业用,如果添加榆钱和陈皮的定比例混合的食品添加,会引起人的中毒。由于它价格低,易被不法商添加榆钱和陈皮的定比例混合的食品生产。另一种食用石膏,其成份也是水硫酸钙,是公用的黄豆制品添加剂,其不足是价格比较贵,而且如果添加量多也会造成食品中水硫酸钙超标,从而引起慢性中毒,如果长期食用也会对人体产生危害。
发明内容
本发明基于现有的食品添加剂配方,采用创新性的科学原理,提出了一种健胃益寿面条保健食品及其制备方法,它不仅能起到保健作用,而且增加面条的口感,对人体无副作用。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种健胃益寿面条保健食品及其制备方法,食品添加剂配方包括番荔枝碱、棠梨子和陈皮,各成份的质量份数比为:番荔枝碱∶棠梨子∶陈皮为1∶1.3∶1.5,将番荔枝碱、棠梨子和陈皮清洗后,加水煎煮过滤至膏状,干燥后即得到食品添加剂配方;所述食品添加剂配方还包括榆钱,加入榆钱的质量为番荔枝碱质量的30%-50%;所述食品添加剂配方还包括山药,加入山药的质量为番荔枝碱质量的30%-50%;所述食品添加剂配方还包括玫瑰花,加入玫瑰花的质量为番荔枝碱质量的30%-50%;所述的食品添加剂配方按照面条总量的8%-15%重量百分比添加。
本发明的优点是:本发明在面条中加了营养植物添加剂它包括番荔枝碱、棠梨子、陈皮、玫瑰花、山药、榆钱等成份,这些成份加入面条中它不仅能起到保健作用,而且增加面条的口感,番荔枝碱和棠梨子等也属于天然植物,具有降脂和保护肠胃的作用,并且长期食用无任何不良副作用。

实施例
秤取番荔枝碱1000克,山楂1300克,陈皮1500克,和榆钱400克,将番荔枝碱、山楂和榆钱洗干净,加水煎煮三次,每次1个小时,陈皮可用榨汁机打成汁,将以上得到的成份混合在一起,将最终的物质浓缩至膏状,然后经过干燥和粉碎,得到食品添加剂配方粉末约2200g,产率约为50%。
榆钱的营养价值很高,其所含的个别营养素是其他任何蔬菜所不能比拟的。每1008榆钱中含碳水化物8.5g、蛋白质3.8g、钙280mg、磷100mg、铁22mg、维生素C68.9mg。而在每1008普通蔬菜中,蛋白质含量达到3.0g、钙含量达到150mg、磷含量达到50mg、铁含量达到IOmg、维生素C含量达到50mg者寥寥可数。榆钱中维生素A原的含量更可与以含维生素A原多而著称的胡萝卜相媲美,维生素A原经人体吸收后,可在小肠勃膜和肝脏中经酶的作用转化为维生素A,而维生素A最普通的作用是使人在光线暗淡的环境中保持一般视力,缺乏维生素A的最初症状是夜盲症,即在光线不足的情况下视力减退,甚至完全看不清东西。
按总食品重量百分数的15%的添加本食品添加剂配方,本添加剂主要应添加榆钱和陈皮的定比例混合的面条产品中,也可以添加榆钱和陈皮的定比例混合的基础主食的添加剂,或者各种肉类馅料和肉类加工的香肠或火腿肠,各种酱类,黄油奶制品的降脂添加剂,长期食用不但无任何不良副作用,而互有强身健体之功效。
