Abstract
本发明公开了一种发泡塑料板材及其生产工艺,包括HDPE发泡层,HDPE发泡层的表面复合有高密度PP膜或喷涂有聚氨酯。该发泡塑料板材重量轻,不含甲醛,适用于墙板、吊顶板等。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑板材领域,具体讲是一种发泡塑料板材及其生产工艺。
背景技术:
现有的墙板、吊顶板等通常使用密度板、装饰板,密度板和装饰板通常含有甲醛,无法满足日益增长的生活需求,而且环保性欠佳。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种重量轻,脚感好的轻质塑胶地板地板。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种发泡塑料板材,包括HDPE发泡层,HDPE发泡层的表面复合有高密度PP膜或喷涂有聚氨酯。
作为优选,HDPE发泡层也可以替代为PP或PE发泡层。
作为优选,包括以下组分,以重量份数计,HDPE 60-120份、发泡剂1-8份、硬脂酸2-5份、抗氧剂3-8份、紫外线吸收剂1-5份。
作为优选,还包括阻燃剂5-12份。
本发明还提供一种发泡塑料板材的生产工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,搅拌,将物料混合搅拌,搅拌装置为搅拌机;
步骤二,熔融,将搅拌后的物料通过上料机吸入料筒中进行加热,加热温度为140-198℃,加热时间为30-60min,使物料熔融;
步骤三,模压,出料模连接出料筒的出料口,熔融的物料进入出料模中并转移到定型模,物料在定型模中进行模压定型;
步骤四,定型的板材表面复合高密度PP膜或喷涂有聚氨酯。
进一步的,定型模根据产品需要可以在板材表面倒模出凹凸花纹。
进一步的,模压通过压机实现。
采用以上方案后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过HDPE发泡定型,并根据需要复合表面层,实现耐磨、耐污等效果,同时,生产该产品的工艺简单易行,产品不含甲醛,非常环保。

具体实施方式:
下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例一
如图1所示,一种发泡塑料板材,包括HDPE发泡层1,HDPE发泡层1的表面喷涂有聚氨酯2,HDPE发泡层包括以下组分,以重量份数计,HDPE90份、HDPE发泡剂3份、硬脂酸2份、抗氧剂4份、紫外线吸收剂3份,还包括阻燃剂6份,其中紫外线吸收剂包括UV-531和UV-770,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,阻燃剂为纳米氧化锌。其生产工艺包括以下步骤,
步骤一,搅拌,将物料混合搅拌,搅拌装置为搅拌机,搅拌时间3-10min;
步骤二,熔融,将搅拌后的物料通过上料机吸入料筒中进行加热,加热温度为140-198℃,加热时间为30-60min,使物料熔融;
步骤三,模压,出料模连接出料筒的出料口,熔融的物料进入出料模中并转移到定型模,物料在定型模中利用压机进行模压定型,保持定型模内模温为60℃-90℃,模压为0.3MPa-0.8MPa,在此过程中,还进行退火处理;
步骤四,定型的板材表面喷涂有聚氨酯。
另外,根据产品需要,对定型模进行处理,定型模根据产品需要可以在板材表面倒模出凹凸花纹。
实施例二
与实施例一不同的是,HDPE发泡层的表面复合有高密度PP膜,复合方式可以为热压,也可以为粘接复合。其生产工艺步骤中步骤一到步骤三与实施例一相同,步骤四中定型的板材表面复合高密度PP膜。从而形成发泡塑料板材,用于建筑材料中的墙板,吊顶板等。本产品重量轻,而且不含甲醛。
以上仅就本发明较佳的实施例作了说明,但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制。凡是利用本发明说明书所做的等效结构或等效流程变换,均包括在本发明的专利保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种发泡塑料板材,其特征在于:包括HDPE发泡层,HDPE发泡层的表面复合有高密度PP膜或喷涂有聚氨酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡塑料板材,其特征在于:HDPE发泡层也可以替代为PP或PE发泡层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发泡塑料板材,其特征在于:HDPE发泡层包括以下组分,以重量份数计,HDPE 60-120份、发泡剂1-8份、硬脂酸2-5份、抗氧剂3-8份、紫外线吸收剂1-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发泡塑料板材,其特征在于:还包括阻燃剂5-12份。
5.一种发泡塑料板材的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一,搅拌,将物料混合搅拌;
步骤二,熔融,将搅拌后的物料加热使之熔融;
步骤三,模压,将熔融的物料进入定型模中进行模压定型;
步骤四,定型的板材表面复合高密度PP膜或喷涂有聚氨酯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的发泡塑料板材的生产工艺,其特征在于:定型模根据产品需要可以在板材表面倒模出凹凸花纹。
7.根据权利要求1所述的发泡塑料板材的生产工艺,其特征在于:模压通过压机实现。
