As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a marine satellite phone dampproof box comprises a bottom plate 1, a damping device 2 and a fixed dampproof device 3, wherein the damping device 2 is arranged at the upper end of the bottom plate 1, and the fixed dampproof device 3 is arranged at the upper end of the damping device 2; and four threaded holes with the same size are formed in the bottom plate 1.
The damping device 2 comprises a damping telescopic rod 21, a damping mechanism 22 and a damping adjusting spring 23; the damping telescopic rods 21 are symmetrically arranged on the bottom plate 1 from left to right, the damping mechanisms 22 are symmetrically arranged on the bottom plate 1 from front to back, and the two damping mechanisms 22 are connected through a damping adjusting spring 23; the damping mechanism 22 comprises a short adjusting plate 221, a long adjusting plate 222, a damping supporting plate 223, an auxiliary damping spring 224 and an auxiliary telescopic rod 225; the short adjusting plate 221 and the long adjusting plate 222 are both arranged on the bottom plate 1 through pin shafts, the short adjusting plate 221 is positioned on the outer side of the long adjusting plate 222, and the top end of the end adjusting plate is connected to the long adjusting plate 222 through pin shafts; the upper end of the long adjusting plate 222 is provided with a damping supporting plate 223 through a pin shaft, the outer side of the upper end of the damping supporting plate 223 is uniformly provided with an auxiliary damping spring 224, and the inner side of the upper end of the damping supporting plate 223 is uniformly provided with an auxiliary telescopic rod 225; when the ship body runs into stormy waves to bump up and down in the running process, the auxiliary damping spring 224 reduces the up-and-down vibration of the satellite phone on the fixed dampproof device 3 through buffering, and meanwhile, the damping adjusting spring 23 transversely adjusts the motion to enable the short adjusting plate 221 and the long adjusting plate 222 to adjust the auxiliary damping spring 224 to keep stable, so that the damage to the satellite phone caused by the vibration in the running process of the ship body is reduced; the shock-absorbing device 2 can effectively reduce the damage to the satellite telephone caused by up-and-down jolt in the running process of the ship body, greatly prolongs the service life of the satellite telephone, and ensures the communication between the personnel on the ship body and the outside.
The fixed moistureproof device 3 comprises a fixed connecting plate 31, a rectangular box 32, a fixed mechanism 33, a moistureproof mechanism 34 and an actuating mechanism 35, wherein the middle part of the upper end of the fixed connecting plate 31 is provided with the rectangular box 32, the fixed mechanism 33 is symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of the rectangular box 32, the moistureproof mechanism 34 is arranged on the fixed connecting plate 31 at the outer side of the fixed mechanism 33, and the actuating mechanism 35 is arranged on the fixed connecting plate 31 and is positioned at the right side of the moistureproof mechanism 34 at the right side; the fixing mechanism 33 comprises a fixing table 331, a U-shaped table 332, a fixing spring 333, a short fixing block 334, an auxiliary spring 335, a long fixing block 336 and a fixing cylinder 337; the upper end of the fixed table 331 is provided with a U-shaped table 332, the inner wall of the front end of the U-shaped table 332 is provided with a rectangular groove, the U-shaped table 332 is provided with a fixed cylinder 337, the top end of the fixed cylinder 337 is connected with a long fixed block 336 through a flange, the long fixed block 336 is provided with an auxiliary spring 335, the other end of the auxiliary spring 335 is connected with the inner wall of the rectangular groove provided on the U-shaped table 332, the short fixed block 334 is arranged on the fixed table 331 in a sliding fit manner, the short fixed block 334 is connected with a fixed spring 333, and the other end of the fixed spring 333 is connected with the inner wall of the rear end of the U-shaped table 332; the fixed table 331 is uniformly provided with ventilation round holes; the moisture-proof mechanism 34 comprises a dehumidifier 341 and a dehumidifying guide pipe 342, wherein the dehumidifying guide pipe 342 is arranged on an air inlet of the dehumidifier 341, and the other end of the dehumidifying guide pipe 342 is connected with an air-permeable round hole arranged on the fixed table 331; during operation, a proper amount of drying agent is placed in the rectangular box 32, then the long fixing block 336 is adjusted to a proper position by the fixing air cylinder 337, then the satellite telephone is placed on the fixing table 331, the satellite telephone is fixed by the short fixing block 334 and the long fixing block 336, and the dehumidifier 341 is opened to dehumidify the lower end of the satellite telephone according to actual needs, so that the satellite telephone is kept dry; the fixed mechanism 33 can effectively fix the satellite telephone at a designated position, keep the satellite telephone stable, prevent the satellite telephone from falling down and damaging, and ensure the communication between the personnel of the ship group and the outside.
The actuating mechanism 35 comprises an L-shaped plate 351, a dust shielding cover 352, an auxiliary handle 353, a closing cylinder 354, a lock bolt 355 and a limiting branched chain 356, wherein the L-shaped plate 351 is connected with the dust shielding cover 352 through a hinge, a display hole is formed in the dust shielding cover 352, and the lock bolt 355 is arranged at the upper end of the dust shielding cover 352; the left inner wall of the dust cover 352 is provided with a telephone receiver limiting hole, the auxiliary handle 353 is arranged on the right outer wall of the dust cover 352, and the limiting branched chain 356 is arranged on the U-shaped table 332 on the left side of the fixed connecting plate 31; and the limiting branched chains 356 are in a bilateral symmetry structure; the bottom end of the closing cylinder 354 is connected to the rear end of the L-shaped plate 351, and the top end of the closing cylinder 354 is connected to the dust cover 352; the limiting branched chain 356 comprises a limiting frame 3561, a limiting spring 3562 and a limiting clamping plate 3563; a limiting spring 3562 is uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the limiting frame 3561, and a limiting clamping plate 3563 is connected to the limiting spring 3562; when the satellite telephone is not used, the closing cylinder 354 is used for adjusting the dust cover 352 to insert the lock bolt 355 between the limit clamping plates 3563 for fixing, meanwhile, the telephone handle is limited on the telephone by the telephone receiver limit holes arranged in the dust cover 352 to prevent falling off, and when the satellite telephone has an external incoming call, the closing cylinder 354 is used for opening the dust cover 352, and a ship group personnel picks up the handle of the satellite telephone to connect the telephone; the arranged actuating mechanism 35 can effectively prevent the telephone handle from falling off from the telephone body, so that the problems of no external contact with the personnel of the ship group and the like are solved, the communication between the external and the personnel of the ship group is ensured, meanwhile, dust can be prevented from entering the satellite telephone, and the service life of the satellite telephone is prolonged.
