Background
At present, in order to better preserve processed sheet-shaped products, such as optical infrared filters, a protective film is generally attached to the products, and the method effectively plays roles of dust prevention, water prevention and scratch prevention. In order to better preserve products, the products which are pasted with films are often required to be cut into protective films to be packaged independently, one method is the traditional manual film cutting method, the working efficiency of the method is low, the products are extremely easy to damage in the film cutting process, the rejection rate is high, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed; the other method is to use a film cutting machine to cut the film, the existing film cutting machine can not cut the product according to the size, the cutting precision is not high, the use function of the equipment is single, and the occupied area of the equipment is large.

The use method of the automatic film cutting machine comprises the following steps:
firstly, the turnover device picks up a product and turns over and places the product on the sucker seat, and the first moving device transfers the product to the cutting device;
secondly, the cutting device cuts the product, and the second moving device transfers the cut product to the film cutting device;
and step three, respectively laminating the upper surface and the lower surface of the product by the first film outlet group and the second film outlet group, tightly pressing the product and the protective film by the guide device, cutting the protective film by the punching device, and finally discharging the film-laminated product by the guide device.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the full-automatic cutting machine is reasonable and ingenious in design, can automatically realize the processes of feeding, product cutting, film covering, film cutting and discharging, and is high in cutting precision, good in cutting effect, high in safety performance, high in working efficiency, low in labor cost, small in occupied space of equipment and high in product quality.

In a preferred embodiment, a driving wheel is disposed on a driving shaft of the fourth motor, a first driven wheel is disposed at one end of the second roller shaft, a second driven wheel is disposed at one end of the third roller shaft, a first transmission belt is sleeved on the driving wheel and the first driven wheel, a second transmission belt is sleeved on the first driven wheel and the second driven wheel, a third transmission belt is sleeved on two adjacent second driven wheels, the fourth motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, the first driven wheel is driven to rotate by the first transmission belt, and the second transmission belt and the third transmission belt drive the second driven wheel to rotate, so that the second roller shaft and the third roller shaft are synchronously driven to rotate.
In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of fourth roller shafts are arranged on the lower frame corresponding to the second roller shaft and the third roller shaft, the fourth roller shafts are arranged close to the second roller shaft and the third roller shaft, a protective film passes through a gap between the second roller shaft and the fourth roller shaft, the second roller shaft and the third roller shaft rotate synchronously to drive the protective film to move, the fourth roller shaft is driven to rotate by the protective film, a coated product moves between the second roller shaft and the fourth roller shaft to be pressed tightly, and the coated product is driven by the second roller shaft and the third roller shaft to move for discharging.
In a preferred embodiment, the punching device 43 includes a fourth cylinder, a second cutter mounting member and a second cutter, the fourth cylinder is longitudinally disposed on the lower frame, the second cutter mounting member is disposed on a piston rod of the fourth cylinder, the second cutter is horizontally disposed on the second cutter mounting member, an upper cutter seat is movably disposed on the second cutter mounting member, a plurality of movable pins are disposed at a connection portion between the second cutter mounting member and the upper cutter seat, a strip-shaped groove for the second cutter to pass through is disposed on the upper cutter seat, a lower cutter seat is disposed on the lower frame corresponding to the upper cutter seat, when the second cutter mounting member moves downward, the upper cutter seat is close to the second cutter mounting member under the action of the movable pins, and the second cutter passes through the strip-shaped groove and falls onto the lower cutter seat, thereby protecting a worker from being cut, and a piston rod of the fourth cylinder extends out to drive the second cutter to move downwards and cut off the protective film, and a piston rod of the fourth cylinder retracts to drive the second cutter to move upwards.
In a preferred embodiment, the first film discharging group 41 includes a plurality of first roller shafts driven by a third motor and a plurality of limiting fixtures for fixing the protective film rolls, the first roller shafts are horizontally disposed on the lower frame, the limiting fixtures are disposed on the first roller shafts, the third motor operates, the protective film rolls are discharged under the driving of the first roller shafts, the distance between the limiting fixtures is adjusted according to the height of the protective film rolls to adapt to different protective film rolls, and the limiting fixtures limit the protective film rolls to be discharged without shaking.
Referring to fig. 4, the cutting device 3 includes a double-headed ball screw 32 driven by a second motor 31, a second slide rail parallel to the double-headed ball screw 32, and a first cutting group 33 and a second cutting group 34 both movably disposed on the second slide rail, the first cutting group 33 and the second cutting group 34 have the same structure, the first cutting group 33 and the second cutting group 34 are respectively and fixedly connected to a slider of the double-headed ball screw 32, the double-headed ball screw 32 and the second slide rail are both horizontally disposed on the lower frame, and the second motor 31 operates to drive the first cutting group 33 and the second cutting group 34 to move synchronously.
Referring to fig. 4, the first cutting group 33 includes a third support 331, a third cylinder 332, a third slide rail, a first cutter mounting member 333 and a first cutter 334, the third support 331 is longitudinally disposed on the lower frame, the third cylinder 332 is longitudinally disposed on the third support 331, the third slide rail is longitudinally disposed on the third support 331, the first cutter mounting member 333 is movably disposed on the third slide rail, the first cutter 334 is disposed on the first cutter mounting member 333, the first cutter mounting member 333 is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the third cylinder 332, a cutting base 335 is disposed on the third support 331 corresponding to the first cutter 334, a product is disposed on the cutting base 335, the piston rod of the third cylinder 332 extends to drive the first cutter mounting member 333 to move down on the third slide rail, and the first cutter 334 cuts the product, the piston rod of the third cylinder 332 retracts, driving the first cutter mount 333 up on the third slide rail.

Referring to fig. 3, the automatic film cutting machine further includes a first moving device 21 disposed at one side of the turning device 1 and a second moving device 22 disposed at one side of the film cutting device 4, the first moving device 21 and the second moving device 22 have the same structure, the first moving device 21 includes a second support 211, a linear module 213 driven by a first motor 212, a second cylinder mounting member 214 and a second cylinder 215, the second support 211 is longitudinally disposed on the lower frame, the linear module 213 is horizontally disposed on the second support 211, the second cylinder mounting member 214 is disposed on a slide block of the linear module 213, the second cylinder 215 is longitudinally disposed on the second cylinder mounting member 214, a bottom rod 216 is horizontally disposed on a piston rod of the second cylinder 215, and second suction cups 217 are disposed on the bottom rod 216 at intervals, the second suction cup mounting piece 217 is provided with a plurality of third suction cups 218, the first moving device 21 is used for transferring products from the turnover device 1 to the cutting device 3, the second moving device 22 is used for transferring products from the cutting device 3 to the film cutting device 4, a piston rod of the second air cylinder 215 extends out to finally drive the third suction cups 218 to move downwards, the third suction cups 218 absorb the products, a piston rod of the second air cylinder 215 retracts to finally drive the third suction cups 218 to move upwards, and the first motor 212 works to drive the second air cylinder mounting piece 214 to move leftwards and rightwards.
The embodiment also provides a use method of the automatic film cutting machine, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, the turnover device 1 picks up a product and turns over and places the product on the sucker seat 17, and the first moving device 21 transfers the product to the cutting device 3;
step two, the cutting device 3 cuts the product, and the second moving device 22 transfers the cut product to the film cutting device 4;
step three, the first film discharging group 41 and the second film discharging group 42 respectively coat the upper and lower surfaces of the product, the material guiding device 44 compresses the product and the protective film, the punching device 43 cuts the protective film, and finally the product coated with the film is discharged through the material guiding device 44.
The full-automatic cutting machine is reasonable and ingenious in design, can automatically realize the processes of feeding, product cutting, film covering, film cutting and discharging, and is high in cutting precision, good in cutting effect, high in safety performance, high in working efficiency, low in labor cost, small in occupied space of equipment and high in product quality.
