本发明一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,涉及鱼类饲料技术领域。本发明为一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,按重量份计包括以下组分:蒸汽烘干鱼粉31‑41份、鸡肉粉6‑12份、去皮豆粕10‑17份、血球蛋白粉2‑5份、鱼油6‑9份、破壁啤酒酵母粉3‑6份、氯化胆碱0.2‑0.5份、磷酸二氢钙1~2份、胆汁酸0.1‑0.2份、有机酵母硒0.01‑0.015份、裂壶藻粉0.4‑0.6份、防霉剂0.1份。本发明的饲料,稳定性好,添加的破壁啤酒酵母粉能够有效提高酵母中核苷酸、低聚糖等利用率,有助于蛋白合成与增加免疫力,添加醋酸镁,促进史氏鲟对蛋白质的吸收,能够提高生长速度。

技术领域
本发明涉及鱼类饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料。
背景技术
史氏鲟为肉食性鱼类,其消化系统中,既有硬骨鱼类的幽门盲囊,又有软骨鱼类的瓣肠,因此具有很高的水化吸收功能。史氏鲟一般栖息在水中的中下层,特别喜欢在水色透明的水域内生活,为肉食性食物,幼鱼的食物以底栖生物、水蚯蚓和水生昆虫为主;成鱼则以水生昆虫、底栖生物和小型鱼类为食。在黑龙江、乌苏里江、松花江等地均有分布。史氏鲟是中国现存鲟鱼中最具经济价值的鱼类,具有个体大,成活率高、营养丰富,味道鲜美等特点,现已成为养殖户和消费者钟爱的水产养殖品种之一。在饲养条件下,经过驯化,可摄食人工配合饲料。
史氏鲟摄食动作较缓慢,主要依靠触、嗅觉捕食。成鱼摄食能力较强,亲鱼繁殖期间停止摄食。史氏鲟的开口摄食水温4℃,超过13℃摄食能力增强,摄食最佳水温为18-22℃。经人工驯化的史氏鲟可食人工配合饲料,饲科的蛋白含量在37%-52%之间。
鲟鱼对蛋白质和脂质要求较高,且不同种类不同生长阶段的鲟鱼,营养需求不相同。西伯利亚鲟、美洲鲟和史氏鲟稚鱼达到最大生长速度时蛋白质含量最低要求分别是40.5±1.6% 、40±2% 和39.8%。
在申请号为CN201710898368.8 的专利中公开了一种鲟鱼成鱼饲料,包括以下重量百分比原料:鱼粉35%-45%、豆粕 15%-18%、花生粕15%-25%、蚯蚓粉3%-5%、鱼油5%-8%、磷酸二氢钙1%-2%、矿物质1%-3%、氯化胆碱0.2%-0.5%、诱食剂0.5%-3%、啤酒酵母 2%-6%、渔用多维0.1-0.2%、鱼骨蛋白肽粉1%- 3%、海藻糖0.1%-0.3%、枯草芽孢杆菌0.05%-0.15%、鱼腥草提取物1%-3%,粘合剂各组分之和为100%。该申请中的饲料中添加诱食剂虽然能够促进鱼类进食,但是对于鱼类的免疫能力的增强性不高,鱼类存活率和增重能力不高,饲料转化率低。
现有的鱼类饲料中没有史氏鲟专用配合饲料,由于鱼粉等饲料原料价格持续上涨,原材料鱼龙混杂质量很难保证,加之自身加工设备和加工工艺落后,使得饲料品质较差,再加上养殖水环境日益恶劣,导致病害频发,用药概率增加,史氏鲟及其加工产品的质量安全隐患逐渐显现,致使养殖效益无法进一步提高。现有技术中的饲料在养殖鲟鱼时易发生病害,且史氏鲟的生长速度很慢,且常见的饲料在水中的稳定性差,饲料转换率差,另外现有技术中的饲料喂食鱼生长率慢,增重能力差,抗病能力差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,采用混合蛋白源与脂肪源的方式,有助于蛋白质的合成增强免疫能力,进入史氏鲟之后能够增强肠道对营养物质的吸收,提高饲料转换率。
本发明为一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,按重量份计包括以下组分:蒸汽烘干鱼粉31-41份、蚯蚓粉6-12份、去皮豆粕10-17份、血球蛋白粉2-5份、鱼油6-9份、破壁啤酒酵母粉3-6份、氯化胆碱0.2-0.5份、磷酸二氢钙1~2份、胆汁酸0.1-0.2份、醋酸镁0.01-0.015份、裂壶藻粉0.4-0.6份、防霉剂0.1份。
较为优选的一种方案为,按重量份计包括以下组分:蒸汽烘干鱼粉35份、蚯蚓粉10份、去皮豆粕15份、血球蛋白粉3份、鱼油7份、破壁啤酒酵母粉5份、氯化胆碱0.4份、磷酸二氢钙1.5份、胆汁酸0.15份、醋酸镁0.013份、裂壶藻粉0.5份、防霉剂0.1份。
另外,按重量份计还包括以下组分:造粒剂14-18份、豆油1-3份。所述的造粒剂可以为面粉、凹凸棒黏土、海泡石粉中的一种或多种,例如可以为面粉,此面粉为高筋面粉。
另外,按重量份计还包括矿物质1-3份、鱼用多维0.15-0.21份。
胆汁酸的质量百分浓度为28-32%。
为了提高史氏鲟的抗病能力可以加入杀菌剂,杀菌剂可以为大蒜,大蒜的添加量为2-4份。
其中,矿物质和鱼用多维为市售的鱼类饲料配方中常见的成分。
在本发明中,采用蒸汽烘干鱼粉、蚯蚓粉、去皮豆粕、血球蛋白粉等多种蛋白源提供蛋白和能量,不仅可有效降低配方成本,而且多种蛋白源的促生长效果要优于单一蛋白源。复合蛋白来源能够提供不同种类的氨基酸,史氏鲟在生长的过程中一般需要10种必须氨基酸,这几种必须氨基酸在动物性蛋白源中的含量比较丰富,本发明中使用的动物蛋白的占比较多,能够为鱼类提供足量的非必需氨基酸,利于鱼类生长,同时辅以植物性蛋白为史氏鲟生长提供充足的蛋白源。
醋酸镁能够明显促进成鱼体重上升,镁是鱼类所必须的一种矿物元素,镁能够印象史氏鲟的食欲,预防身体畸形、白内障,在植物中的镁一植物酸盐的形式讯在,史氏鲟利用率低,添加的醋酸镁还有杀菌的功能,能够抑制史氏鲟肠道内有害细菌的滋生,促进鱼类对蛋白质和脂肪的吸收。
植物油脂和动物类油脂混合使用,混合脂肪源促营养效果同样优于单一脂肪源。提高油脂的含量有利于促进鱼类的生长速度。
破壁啤酒酵母粉,是采用破壁工艺的啤酒酵母粉,能够有效提高酵母中核苷酸、低聚糖等利用率,有助于蛋白合成与增加免疫力,对鲟鱼肠道绒毛增长提供营养,增加肠道弹性,修复受损的肠道。肠道是动物类吸收营养成分的主要部位,肠道的健康可以提高史氏鲟对营养物质的吸收,促进其对蛋白质、糖类等物质的吸收利用,加快鱼的生长。加入的杀菌剂能够控制肠道疾病,保护史氏鲟的肠道不患上疾病,增强自身的免疫能力,能够减少在养殖过程中药物的投放量。使用的大蒜主要成分为大蒜素,大蒜素能够防治多种常见的传染病,提高机体免疫力,在鱼类、禽类养殖中能够应用于各个阶段。经过很多的试验表明,史氏鲟鱼比较喜欢大蒜素的气味,能够促进史氏鲟鱼的食欲,提高采食量和饲料转化率,另外大蒜素能够促进肠胃蠕动,同时调节鱼体内部各种生物酶的分泌,促进生长,提高饲料利用率。
添加胆汁酸,可以有效预防鲟鱼的脂肪肝,增强肝功能。胆汁酸是胆汁的重要成分,在脂肪代谢中起着重要作用。胆汁酸主要存在于肠肝循环系统并通过再循环起一定的保护作用。只有一少部分胆汁酸进入外围循环。
促进胆汁酸肠肝循环的动力是肝细胞的转运系统---吸收胆汁酸并将其分泌入胆汁、缩胆囊素诱导的胆囊收缩、小肠的推进蠕动,回肠黏膜的主动运输及血液向门静脉的流入,胆汁酸可以保护肝脏,同时改善肠道的环境。
裂壶藻粉,是由裂殖壶菌的紫外诱变菌株经发酵培养,干燥发酵液得到的藻粉,富含DHA不饱和脂肪酸。动物饲养时,添加在宠物粮、饲料及饮用水中对动物的成长有极大的促进作用,有助于增加鲟鱼肉质与风味,促进成鱼生长。
基于鲟鱼的摄食习性以及各饲料原料的特性,本发明专利产品采用沉性膨化配合饲料加工工艺方法,依次包括以下步骤:将所有原料混合、除杂清筛、超微粉碎、二次过筛、调质、用仪器挤压膨胀化制粒、烘干、喷油、冷却、过筛、承重分包。其中超微粉碎细度80目筛通过率≥98%,二次混合时间为180s,调质温度为100℃,蒸汽压力为0.5MPa.。
各饲料原料经过高温高压的膨化加工,不仅消灭了来自饲料的病原微生物等有害物质,而且更加松软,易被鱼体消化吸收。
为适应史氏鲟稚鱼的口径大小,饲料粒径设计为7.0mm-10.5mm。
本发明的一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,稳定性好,在水中稳定性可保持2小时不散失,利于提高饲料的转换效率;采用混合蛋白源与脂肪源的方式,满足史氏鲟生长所需的各种氨基酸;添加的破壁啤酒酵母粉能够有效提高酵母中核苷酸、低聚糖等利用率,有助于蛋白合成与增加免疫力,醋酸镁的使用能够提高鱼的生长速度,促进史氏鲟对蛋白质的吸收,能够提高生长速度。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例一
本发明为一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,按重量份计包括以下组分:蒸汽烘干鱼粉31份、蚯蚓粉6份、去皮豆粕10份、血球蛋白粉2份、鱼油6份、破壁啤酒酵母粉3份、氯化胆碱0.2份、磷酸二氢钙1份、胆汁酸0.1份、醋酸镁0.01份、裂壶藻粉0.4份、防霉剂0.1份、面粉14份、豆油1份、矿物质1份、鱼用多维0.15份、大蒜2份。胆汁酸的质量百分浓度为28%。
实施例二
本发明为一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,按重量份计包括以下组分:蒸汽烘干鱼粉36份、蚯蚓粉10份、去皮豆粕15份、血球蛋白粉3份、鱼油7份、破壁啤酒酵母粉5份、氯化胆碱0.4份、磷酸二氢钙1.5份、胆汁酸0.15份、醋酸镁0.013份、裂壶藻粉0.5份、防霉剂0.1份、凹凸棒黏土15份、豆油2份、矿物质2份、鱼用多维0.18份、大蒜3份。胆汁酸的质量百分浓度为30%。
实施例三
本发明为一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,按重量份计包括以下组分:蒸汽烘干鱼粉41份、蚯蚓粉12份、去皮豆粕17份、血球蛋白粉5份、鱼油9份、破壁啤酒酵母粉6份、氯化胆碱0.5份、磷酸二氢钙2份、胆汁酸0.2份、醋酸镁0.015份、裂壶藻粉0.6份、防霉剂0.1份、海泡石粉18份、豆油3份、矿物质3份、鱼用多维0.21份、大蒜4份。胆汁酸的质量百分浓度为32%。
实施例四
本发明为一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,按重量份计包括以下组分:蒸汽烘干鱼粉38份、蚯蚓粉8份、去皮豆粕17份、血球蛋白粉4.6份、鱼油7份、破壁啤酒酵母粉5份、氯化胆碱0.4份、磷酸二氢钙1.7份、胆汁酸0.1份、醋酸镁0.01份、裂壶藻粉0.5份、防霉剂0.1份、面粉18份、豆油3份、矿物质1份、鱼用多维0.19份。胆汁酸的质量百分浓度为30%。
将实施例1、2、3、4的史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料和市场上购买的饲料在相同的饲养条件下进行史氏鲟的养殖,市场上购买的饲料喂养的组作为对照组。在同一养殖场,分别为选择规格大小相同、健康状况良好的史氏鲟成鱼500条,在5口养殖池,开展养殖投喂试验,养殖周期为8周,每两周记录一次实验数据,每次测量数据从500条鱼中随机选取50条,进行饲料转化率、相对增重率的测量,并测量饲料在水中消散的时间测量,存活率为统计每个养殖池中所有存活的鱼的数量/500。定期检测水质、含氧量、水温等外界养殖条件,保证外界环境是适宜史氏鲟生长的,排除其他因素的影响得到准确的实验结果。这5个养殖池在饲养的过程中饲料的投放时间和投放量要相同。
在养殖结束后计算成活率和饲料转换率,饲料转换率指的是增重公斤/标准饲料公斤数,转换率越高饲料在实际使用的过程中越能够降低史氏鲟的养殖成本;计量鱼的初始体重和养殖四周后的体重,计算相对增重率,相对增重率=(末重-初重)/初重×100%。表1至表4为8周内的养殖过程中各数据的统计结果。

表1至表4可以看出实施例一至实施例四中的饲料能够促进史氏鲟成鱼的生长,尤其是在养殖初期,鱼的体重增速明显高于对照组,同时饲料的转化率上也高于对照组,饲料转化率为75-78%,成活率为99%左右,在实际的养殖过程中能够降低养殖成本,促进史氏鲟生长。
实施例一至实施例四中的饲料在水中的稳定性非常好,能够保持2小时不散失,这个有利于史氏鲟的摄取,在养殖的过程中没有出现鱼类的常见疾病。
感官鉴别水产品及其制品的质量优劣时,主要是通过体表形态、鲜活程度、色泽、气味、肉质的弹性等指标来综合评价的,本次史氏鲟鱼的质量的评价主要观察眼球、鱼鳃、体表、体表进行感官评价,同时以相同的方法清蒸各组史氏鲟,邀请人品尝。
从表中可以看出,用本饲料养殖的史氏鲟鱼肉质弹性好,味道鲜美,鱼的活性较好。饲料中的醋酸镁能够预防身体畸形、白内障,提升鱼体外观;添加的裂壶藻粉富含DHA不饱和脂肪酸,有助于增加鲟鱼肉质的弹性;饲料中提供丰富的氨基酸利于鱼体吸收,与大蒜素促进分泌的各种生物酶配合作用,利于改善鱼肉的蛋白质,提高鱼肉的鲜美程度。
本发明的一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,稳定性好,在水中稳定性可保持2小时不散失,利于提高饲料的转换效率;采用混合蛋白源与脂肪源的方式,满足史氏鲟生长所需的各种氨基酸;既满足了鱼体的营养需求,又相应减少了配方成本。添加的破壁啤酒酵母粉能够有效提高酵母中核苷酸、低聚糖等利用率,有助于蛋白合成与增加免疫力,裂壶藻粉、胆汁酸,可以有效预防鲟鱼的脂肪肝,增强肝功能,促进史氏鲟对蛋白质的吸收,醋酸镁的使用能够提高鱼的生长速度。在养殖过程中能够有效提高史氏鲟对疾病的抵抗能力,生产成本低,添加大蒜能够提高鱼的进食率,另外能够改善鱼的肉质,使鱼肉鲜美,有弹性。

1.一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,其特征在于,按重量份计包括以下组分:蒸汽烘干鱼粉31-41份、蚯蚓粉6-12份、去皮豆粕10-17份、血球蛋白粉2-5份、鱼油6-9份、破壁啤酒酵母粉3-6份、氯化胆碱0.2-0.5份、磷酸二氢钙1~2份、胆汁酸0.1-0.2份、醋酸镁0.01-0.015份、裂壶藻粉0.4-0.6份、防霉剂0.1份。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,其特征在于,所述胆汁酸的质量百分浓度为28-32%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种史氏鲟成鱼沉性膨化配合饲料,其特征在于,还包括杀菌剂。
