Abstract
本发明提供一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,所述的连接管具有进口和出口,所述的连接管出口处的内壁上具有凸边,所述的连接管具有三层,由内到外依次为导热层、中间层和保温层,所述中间层包括若干加热板,加热板上连接有加热电阻丝,所述的密封阀门连接在连接管的出口处,自动断流机构连接在连接管上且靠近密封阀门。该装置的连接管的中间层具有加热板和加热电阻丝,且加热板和加热电阻丝产生的热量可以通过导热层使连接管内升温,防止氨气在输送过程中液化,还可以将连接管内残留的液氨变成氨气,输送效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于槽车充装技术领域,尤其是涉及一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置。
背景技术
高纯氨槽车用于长途运输高纯氨,现有的高纯氨槽车通常包括车体和固连在车体上的罐体,内部为空腔的罐体能稳定存储高纯氨,为了往储存罐内充装高纯氨,通常在罐体外侧设置了一输送管,输送管上具有能将其开闭的阀门。
在现有技术中,现有的输送管在输送时先通过槽车罐体内加热将液氨变成氨气,从而通过输送管输送到液氨储存罐中,而现有的管内会残留液氨或在输送过程中又液化成液氨,影响输送效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,该装置的连接管的中间层具有加热板和加热电阻丝,且加热板和加热电阻丝产生的热量可以通过导热层使连接管内升温,防止氨气在输送过程中液化,还可以将连接管内残留的液氨变成氨气,输送效果好。
本发明的技术方案是:一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,它包括连接管、密封阀门、自动断流机构,其特征在于,所述的连接管具有进口和出口,所述的连接管出口处的内壁上具有凸边,所述的连接管具有三层,由内到外依次为导热层、中间层和保温层,所述中间层包括若干加热板,加热板上连接有加热电阻丝,所述的密封阀门连接在连接管的出口处,自动断流机构连接在连接管上且靠近密封阀门,所述的自动断流机构包括环形支撑边、弹簧、密封球和固定板,所述的环形支撑边与连接管内壁粘合连接,弹簧底部连接在环形支撑边上,固定板连接在弹簧顶部,密封球固定在固定板上,在弹簧的作用下密封球能抵靠在凸边上使连接管封闭。
连接管的进口与槽车罐体连接,出口上的密封阀门与液氨储存罐连接,氨气从连接管进口往出口输送,密封阀门打开,槽车罐体内的压力大于液氨储存罐的压力,氨气顶开密封球往液氨储存罐内输送,当液氨储存罐内充满氨气时其压力会作用固定板将密封球抵靠凸边使连接管封闭,做到自动断流,在输送过程中,连接管的中间层内的加热电阻丝会使加热板升温,加热板产生的热量会通过导热板使连接管内的氨气升温,防止氨气在输送过程中变成液氨,还可以将连接管内残留的液氨变成氨气,该连接管的输送效果好,输送完成后封闭密封阀门。
进一步的,所述的保温层为聚氨酯保温管,其厚度为2.0-5.0mm。聚氨酯保温管热损耗低,节约能源,且使用寿命长。
进一步的,所述的导热层为石墨烯导热管,其厚度2.0-5.0mm。石墨烯导热管结构非常稳定,具有非常好的热传导性能。
进一步的,所述的凸边内侧具有弧形的接触面,密封球与接触面抵靠。增大密封球与凸边的接触,密封性好。
进一步的,所述的加热电阻丝连接有与外界电源连接的电源线。
进一步的,所述的加热板材料为铁铝合金,厚度为1.0-1.5cm贴,加热板的外侧与保温层紧贴内侧与导热层紧贴。
进一步的,所述的加热板呈环形,所述的加热电阻丝螺旋缠绕在加热板上且加热板上具有供加热电阻丝卡嵌的螺旋形线槽。
进一步的,作为另一方案,所述的加热板内开有加热孔,加热电阻丝位于加热孔内。
进一步的,所述的加热板长度10cm,相邻加热板之间设有缓冲橡胶圈。缓冲橡胶圈可以使连接管可以适当弯曲,同时避免加热板相互挤压摩擦。
本液氨槽车充装用输送管装置的优点有:
1.该装置的连接管的中间层具有加热板和加热电阻丝,且加热板和加热电阻丝产生的热量可以通过导热层使连接管内升温,防止氨气在输送过程中液化,还可以将连接管内残留的液氨变成氨气,输送效果好。
2.槽车罐体内的压力大于液氨储存罐的压力,氨气顶开密封球往液氨储存罐内输送,当液氨储存罐内充满氨气时其压力会作用固定板将密封球抵靠凸边使连接管封闭,做到自动断流。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本发明的技术方案为一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,它包括连接管12、密封阀门1、自动断流机构2,其特征在于,所述的连接管12具有进口和出口,所述的连接管12出口处的内壁上具有凸边11,所述的连接管12具有三层,由内到外依次为导热层5、中间层4和保温层3,所述中间层4包括若干加热板15,加热板15上连接有加热电阻丝14,所述的密封阀门1连接在连接管12的出口处,自动断流机构2连接在连接管12上且靠近密封阀门1,所述的自动断流机构2包括环形支撑边8、弹簧7、密封球10和固定板9,所述的环形支撑边8与连接管12内壁粘合连接,弹簧7底部连接在环形支撑边8上,固定板9连接在弹簧7顶部,密封球10固定在固定板9上,在弹簧7的作用下密封球10能抵靠在凸边11上使连接管12封闭。
所述的保温层3为聚氨酯保温管,其厚度为2.0-5.0mm。聚氨酯保温管热损耗低,节约能源,且使用寿命长。
所述的导热层5为石墨烯导热管,其厚度2.0-5.0mm。石墨烯导热管结构非常稳定,具有非常好的热传导性能。
所述的凸边11内侧具有弧形的接触面,密封球10与接触面抵靠。增大密封球10与凸边11的接触,密封性好。
所述的加热电阻丝14连接有与外界电源连接的电源线6。
所述的加热板15材料为铁铝合金,厚度为1.0-1.5cm贴,加热板15的外侧与保温层3紧贴内侧与导热层5紧贴。
所述的加热板15呈环形,所述的加热电阻丝14螺旋缠绕在加热板15上且加热板15上具有供加热电阻丝14卡嵌的螺旋形线槽。
作为另一方案,所述的加热板15内开有加热孔,加热电阻丝14位于加热孔内。
所述的加热板15长度10cm,相邻加热板15之间设有缓冲橡胶圈13。缓冲橡胶圈13可以使连接管12可以适当弯曲,同时避免加热板15相互挤压摩擦。
该装置的连接管12的中间层4具有加热板15和加热电阻丝14,且加热板15和加热电阻丝14产生的热量可以通过导热层5使连接管12内升温,防止氨气在输送过程中液化,还可以将连接管12内残留的液氨变成氨气,输送效果好。
连接管12的进口与槽车罐体连接,出口上的密封阀门1与液氨储存罐连接,氨气从连接管12进口往出口输送,密封阀门1打开,槽车罐体内的压力大于液氨储存罐的压力,氨气顶开密封球10往液氨储存罐内输送,当液氨储存罐内充满氨气时其压力会作用固定板9将密封球10抵靠凸边11使连接管12封闭,做到自动断流,在输送过程中,连接管12的中间层4内的加热电阻丝14会使加热板15升温,加热板15产生的热量会通过导热板使连接管12内的氨气升温,防止氨气在输送过程中变成液氨,还可以将连接管12内残留的液氨变成氨气,该连接管12的输送效果好,输送完成后封闭密封阀门1。

1.一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,它包括连接管、密封阀门、自动断流机构,其特征在于,所述的连接管具有进口和出口,所述的连接管出口处的内壁上具有凸边,所述的连接管具有三层,由内到外依次为导热层、中间层和保温层,所述中间层包括若干加热板,加热板上连接有加热电阻丝,所述的密封阀门连接在连接管的出口处,自动断流机构连接在连接管上且靠近密封阀门,所述的自动断流机构包括环形支撑边、弹簧、密封球,所述的环形支撑边与连接管内壁粘合连接,弹簧底部连接在环形支撑边上,固定板连接在弹簧顶部,密封球固定在固定板上,在弹簧的作用下密封球能抵靠在凸边上使连接管封闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,其特征在于,所述的保温层为聚氨酯保温管,其厚度为2.0-5.0mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,其特征在于,所述的导热层为石墨烯导热管,其厚度2.0-5.0mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,其特征在于,所述的凸边内侧具有弧形的接触面,密封球与接触面抵靠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,其特征在于,所述的加热电阻丝连接有与外界电源连接的电源线。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,其特征在于,所述的加热板材料为铁铝合金,厚度为1.0-1.5cm贴,加热板的外侧与保温层紧贴内侧与导热层紧贴。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,其特征在于,所述的加热板呈环形,所述的加热电阻丝螺旋缠绕在加热板上且加热板上具有供加热电阻丝卡嵌的螺旋形线槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种液氨槽车充装用输送管装置,其特征在于,所述的加热板内开有加热孔,加热电阻丝位于加热孔内。
