Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kitchen appliances, in particular to a steaming and baking combination machine.
Background
With the increasing level of living, many people are increasingly demanding home appliances, and thus it is necessary to provide a home appliance to integrate functions of various products.
The prior art discloses a food steaming and baking device, including the roasting pan to and set up at the inside vapor nozzle of roasting pan, vapor nozzle's below is provided with steam generator, in the use, roasting pan and vapor nozzle start simultaneously, toast and steam simultaneously to the food material that is located the roasting pan inside. However, the above-mentioned baking and steaming braking actions are simultaneously applied to the same food material, and the function of the whole device is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the food steaming and baking device in the prior art is limited in function.
The invention provides a steaming and baking combination machine which comprises a shell, a steaming vessel and a baking tray, wherein a baking area and a steaming area are arranged in the shell, a steam inlet hole for steam inflow and a steam outlet hole for steam outflow are formed in the shell, the steam inlet hole for steam inflow and the steam outlet hole for steam outflow are formed in the steaming vessel, the steam inlet hole and the steam outlet hole are opposite to the steam inlet hole and the steam outlet hole, the baking tray is arranged in the steaming area, and heating pipes are arranged in the shell at positions corresponding to the baking tray and used for baking food materials in the baking tray.
And a sealing rubber ring is arranged between the steam inlet hole and between the steam outlet hole and the steam outlet hole, and is used for connecting the steam outlet hole and the steam outlet hole.
The steam inlet hole and the steam outlet hole are provided with flanges extending away from the direction of the shell, and the sealing rubber ring is connected to the flanges.
The steaming vessel comprises a base, a cover and a sealing space, wherein the base is provided with the steam inlet hole and the steam outlet hole, and the cover is buckled on the base and forms a sealing space with the base.
The steaming utensil is internally provided with a steaming tray, and the steaming tray is used for placing food materials.
The steaming vessel and the baking tray are/is provided with a heat insulation layer at the corresponding position of the steaming vessel and/or the baking tray and the steaming vessel, so as to prevent heat exchange between the steaming vessel and the baking tray.
A heat insulation plate is arranged between the steaming vessel and the baking tray.
The steam-baking combined machine also comprises a steam generating device, and the steam generating device is connected with the steam inlet hole through a hose.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

The invention provides a steaming and baking combination machine which comprises a shell, wherein a baking area and a steaming area are arranged in the shell, a steam inlet hole for steam to flow in and a steam outlet hole for steam to flow out of a containing cavity are formed in the shell, a steaming vessel is arranged in the steaming area, a steam inlet hole for steam to flow in and a steam outlet hole for steam to flow out are formed in the steaming vessel, the steam inlet hole and the steam outlet hole are opposite to the steam inlet hole and the steam outlet hole, a baking tray is arranged in the steaming area, and heating pipes are arranged in the shell and correspond to the baking tray and used for baking food materials in the baking tray.
According to the invention, the steaming vessel is arranged, the accommodating cavity is divided into the steaming area and the roasting area, the steaming area and the roasting area work independently, the steaming work is performed in the steaming area, and the roasting work is performed in the roasting area. Through the arrangement mode, two different food materials can be simultaneously processed in the steaming area (steaming vessel) and the baking area, so that the defect that the barbecue combination machine in the prior art can only simultaneously steam and bake one food material and has lower working efficiency is effectively overcome.

According to the steaming and baking combination machine provided by the invention, the sealing rubber rings are arranged between the steam inlet hole and between the steam outlet hole and the steam outlet hole, and are used for connecting the steam outlet hole and the steam outlet hole, so that the steam entering from the outside is ensured to enter the steaming vessel as completely as possible, the utilization efficiency of the steam is improved, and the leakage of the steam is effectively prevented.
Simultaneously, steam is produced through steam generator, then drives into the steam zone inside, and foretell mode is leading-in from outside with steam, and not traditional from inside producing, is favorable to improving steam zone self at first to the utilization efficiency in space, can avoid steam generator to set up when steam zone inside simultaneously, causes the influence to steam zone inside edible material.

According to the steaming and baking combined machine provided by the invention, the steam inlet hole and the steam outlet hole are provided with the flanges extending away from the direction of the shell, and the sealing rubber ring is connected to the flanges. Thereby improving the connection stability of the sealing rubber ring and preventing the sealing rubber ring from loosening or even leaking in the cooking process.
4. According to the steaming and baking combination machine provided by the invention, the heat insulation layer is arranged at the position of the steaming vessel corresponding to the baking tray and/or the position of the baking tray corresponding to the steaming vessel, so that heat exchange between the steaming vessel and the baking tray is prevented.
When the steaming vessel and the baking tray are separated by the heat insulation layer, the heat in the respective areas cannot be affected mutually, so that the independence of cooking work between the baking tray and the steaming vessel is ensured, and the mouthfeel of steamed or baked foods is ensured.
5. According to the steaming and baking combination machine provided by the invention, the steaming vessel is provided with the steam inlet hole for steam to enter and the steam outlet hole for steam to flow out, and the steam outlet hole can prevent the internal pressure of the internal steaming vessel from being too high, so that the normal work of the steaming vessel is influenced.

Examples
The embodiment provides a steaming and baking combination machine, which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a shell 1, wherein a baking area 1b and a steaming area 1a are arranged in the shell 1, a steam inlet 11 for steam to flow in and a steam outlet 12 for steam to flow out of a containing cavity are arranged on the shell 1, a steam exhaust pipe 8 is connected to the steam outlet 12, a steaming vessel 2 is arranged in the baking area 1b, a steam inlet 21 for steam to enter and a steam outlet 22 for steam to flow out are arranged on the steaming vessel 2, the steam inlet 21 and the steam outlet 22 are opposite to the steam inlet 11 and the steam outlet 12, a baking tray 3 is arranged in the steaming area 1a, and a heating pipe 7 is arranged in the shell 1 at a position corresponding to the baking tray 3 and used for baking food materials in the baking tray 3.
In this embodiment, the steaming vessel 2 is provided to divide the accommodating chamber into the steaming area 1a and the baking area 1b, and the steaming area 1a and the baking area 1b are operated independently, and the steaming operation is performed in the steaming area 1a and the baking operation is performed in the baking area 1 b. Through the arrangement mode, two different food materials can be simultaneously processed in the steaming area 1a (steaming vessel 2) and the baking area, so that the defect that the barbecue combination machine in the prior art can only perform simultaneous steaming and baking on one food material and has lower working efficiency is effectively overcome.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, in order to place the bakeware, a bakeware frame 9 is provided on the inner wall of the housing, through which a plurality of different bakeware can be provided in the vertical direction inside the housing.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a sealing rubber ring 4 is disposed between the steam inlet 11 and the steam inlet 21, and between the steam outlet 12 and the steam outlet 22, and the sealing rubber ring 4 is used to connect the steam outlet and the steam outlet, so as to ensure that all the steam entering from the outside enters into the steaming vessel 2 as much as possible, improve the utilization efficiency of the steam, and effectively prevent the leakage of the steam. Meanwhile, steam is generated through the steam generator and then is pumped into the steaming area 1a, and the steam is led in from the outside instead of being generated from the inside in a traditional mode, so that the space utilization efficiency of the steaming area 1a is improved, and meanwhile, the influence on food materials in the steaming area 1a when the steam generating device 6 is arranged in the steaming area 1a can be avoided.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the steam inlet 21 and the steam outlet are provided with flanges 5 extending away from the direction of the casing 1, and the sealing rubber ring 4 is connected to the flanges 5, so as to improve the connection stability of the sealing rubber ring 4, and prevent the sealing rubber ring 4 from loosening or even leaking in the cooking process.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the steaming vessel 2 includes a base 23, on which the steam inlet 21 and the steam outlet 22 are provided, the base 23 itself being capable of receiving condensed water, and a cover 24 fastened to the base 23 to form a closed space with the base 23, and a steaming tray 25 is provided inside the steaming vessel 2, where the steaming tray 25 is used for placing food. When the cover 24 is disposed on the base 23, a closed cooking space can be formed. In this embodiment, the base 23 is disposed below the steaming tray 25 for better receiving condensed water flowing down from the steaming tray 25.
Specifically, the flange 5 is disposed at the positions of the steam inlet 21 and the steam outlet 22 of the steaming vessel 2 and extends to a side far away from the steaming vessel 2, and the length of the flange 5 is only required to meet the requirement of connecting the sealing rubber ring 4.
This example also provides a variant embodiment of the steaming vessel, as shown in fig. 3, in which the steaming vessel is provided in fig. 2, with a separate arrangement between the steaming tray 25 and the base 23. In the steaming vessel provided in the figure, the steaming tray 25 is integrally formed with the base 23. Meanwhile, the grate 251 positioned in the steaming tray 25 can be fixed in the steaming tray 25 or can be separated from the steaming tray 25, and the arrangement mode is shown in fig. 6.
In this embodiment, a heat insulating layer is provided at a portion of the steaming vessel 2 corresponding to the bakeware 3 or a portion of the bakeware 3 corresponding to the steaming vessel 2, so as to prevent heat exchange between the steaming vessel 2 and the bakeware 3. Specifically, the heat insulating layer may be provided at the bottom of the baking tray 3, or may be provided at the top of the steaming vessel 2, or may be one of them, or may be both, as long as the heat insulating function is achieved.
As a variant embodiment, a heat insulating plate may be provided directly between the steaming vessel 2 and the baking tray 3, and a heat insulating material may be provided on the heat insulating plate, thereby functioning to insulate heat.
In this embodiment, the heat insulating material itself is made of a common heat insulating material, and thus, an excessive description will not be made in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the steaming and baking combined machine provided in the present embodiment further includes a steam generating device 6, and the steam generating device 6 is connected to the steam inlet 11 through a hose. The steam generating device 6 is connected with the steam inlet 11 through a hose, and the hose is connected with the sealing rubber ring 4.
In the use process of a user, firstly, the steaming vessel 2 is placed in the shell 1, then the baking tray 3 is placed at the top of the steaming vessel 2, then the steam generating device 6 and the heating tube 7 are started respectively, the first food material in the steaming vessel 2 is steamed, and the second food material on the steaming vessel is baked on the baking tray. The cooking work of the two food materials is independent and does not interfere with each other.
