And receiving the issuing request of the free ticket, acquiring the virtual license plate in the issuing request of the free ticket, and determining to issue the free ticket to the client. Meanwhile, the coupon is bound with the corresponding virtual license plate, so that the customer can automatically deduct the parking fee when settling the parking fee of the vehicle. The coupon issuing request comprises the virtual license plate, so that the coupon can be bound with corresponding vehicle information to form a special vehicle coupon, and the coupon is prevented from being abused. For example, if a customer who did not drive a car cannot provide a virtual license plate, a parking coupon cannot be obtained.
In a specific example, a merchant presents a two-dimensional code of a parking coupon to a customer, the two-dimensional code comprises an access address of a request for issuing the parking coupon of the merchant, and the customer scans the two-dimensional code through a parking application to send the request for issuing the parking coupon. The virtual license plate information of the vehicle is stored in the parking application of the client, and the coupon issuing request is carried with the virtual license plate and is sent to the server. The server receives the issuing request of the free ticket, acquires the virtual license plate therein, determines to issue the free ticket, and binds the free ticket with the corresponding virtual license plate, so that the free ticket can be automatically deducted when the customer settles the parking fee of the vehicle.
The parking payment request comprises a virtual license plate, and the vehicle information needing to settle the parking fee and the bound coupon can be determined according to the virtual license plate. And after the preferential amount of the preferential ticket is automatically deducted, determining the amount of money to be paid by the customer. For example, the customer can leave the parking lot without paying the parking fee after the customer's vehicle stops for one hour in the parking lot and automatically withholds the free amount of the free ticket for one hour.
According to the technical scheme, the corresponding virtual license plate is provided for the vehicle when the vehicle enters the parking lot, and the customer can obtain the coupon provided by the merchant through the virtual license plate, so that the corresponding parking privilege is enjoyed, the problem that the unlicensed vehicle cannot enjoy the parking privilege provided by the merchant due to the fact that the unlicensed vehicle does not have the digital license plate number is solved, and the customer experience is improved.
In one embodiment of the invention, the vehicle identification is a photograph of the vehicle contained in the transit request sent by the parking lot control terminal. The generating unit 220 is further adapted to recognize the vehicle picture and determine whether the vehicle is a unlicensed vehicle; if so, generating a virtual license plate corresponding to the vehicle, and generating a parking record corresponding to the vehicle according to the passing request; and storing the generated virtual license plate and the vehicle photo in a parking record.
The embodiment provides a specific method for generating the virtual license plate by the generating unit 220. The parking lot control terminal is arranged at an entrance of the parking lot and used for controlling vehicles to enter or exit the parking lot. The parking lot control terminal can comprise equipment such as a camera, the camera shoots the vehicle, the position where the license plate number is placed is mainly aimed at the vehicle, the other positions of the vehicle can be aimed at naturally, and the overall picture of the vehicle is obtained. The control terminal obtains the vehicle photo and sends the vehicle photo to the server, the photo recognizer in the server recognizes the vehicle photo, if the license plate number is not recognized, the vehicle is judged to be a license-free vehicle, and then a virtual license plate corresponding to the vehicle is generated. Meanwhile, the server also generates a parking record for parking management of the parking lot, and the virtual license plate, the corresponding vehicle photo and the vehicle information are stored in the parking record.
On the other hand, if the photo recognizer recognizes the license plate number, only one parking record needs to be generated, and the license plate number, the corresponding vehicle photo and the corresponding vehicle information are stored in the parking record.
The method provided by the embodiment is mainly used for generating the virtual license plate for the unlicensed vehicle. The unlicensed vehicle is a vehicle not equipped with a license plate, or a vehicle that cannot acquire a digital license plate number through a camera in a parking lot using a temporary license plate or the like. That is, the server provides a virtual license plate for the unlicensed vehicle, and the license plate number of the licensed vehicle can be used as the digital license plate number without providing the virtual license plate. Therefore, the data and the calculation amount of the server which need to be processed can be reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the parking lot control terminal may further include an intelligent barrier for allowing or intercepting vehicles. And after the server generates the virtual license plate and the parking record, returning control information allowing passage to the parking lot control terminal, controlling the intelligent barrier gate to rise, and allowing the vehicle to enter the parking lot.
In an embodiment of the invention, the pass request further includes a parking lot identifier corresponding to the parking lot control terminal, the parking lot identifier is stored in the parking record, and the coupon issuing request further includes a parking lot identifier corresponding to the merchant. The free unit 230 is further adapted to search a corresponding parking record according to the virtual license plate in the free coupon issuing request; judging whether the parking lot identification corresponding to the merchant is consistent with the parking lot identification in the parking record; if yes, the coupon is issued.
The present embodiment provides a specific method by which the coupon unit 230 determines the issuance of the coupon. And the server manages and controls the parking lot control terminals of a plurality of different parking lots, and each parking lot corresponds to the own parking lot identifier. The coupon can be issued only when the customer's vehicle is parked at the parking lot corresponding to the merchant. For example, the parking lot corresponding to the mall where the merchant is located is marked as a. And if the customer's vehicle stops in the parking lot, the parking lot identifier stored in the corresponding parking record is A. And the server receives the coupon issuing request and acquires the virtual license plate and the parking lot identification in the coupon issuing request. And finding a corresponding parking record according to the virtual license plate, comparing and judging that the parking lot identification in the parking record is consistent with the parking lot identification corresponding to the merchant in the coupon issuing request, wherein A is the parking lot identification in the parking record and A is the parking lot identification corresponding to the merchant, the issuing condition of the coupon is met, and the issuance of the coupon is determined.
If the vehicle is parked in the parking lot B, the parking lot identifier in the parking record is B, the parking lot identifier corresponding to the merchant is A, and the parking lot identifier are inconsistent, the coupon cannot be issued. The coupon can be prevented from being abused by determining whether to issue the coupon according to the parking lot identifier. Meanwhile, the issued coupon can be directly used when the vehicle drives away from the parking lot, and the condition that the customer obtains the unusable coupon and the experience is influenced is avoided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the parking record includes parking timing information of a vehicle corresponding to the virtual license plate. The optimal exemption unit 230 is further adapted to search a corresponding parking record according to the virtual license plate in the parking payment request; and acquiring the parking fee of the vehicle according to the parking timing information in the parking record, deducting the parking fee by using the coupon bound with the virtual license plate, and returning the deducted parking fee information.
The present embodiment provides a specific method for the Youyno unit 230 to calculate the payment amount using the Youyno ticket. The virtual license plate is used as a certificate for the vehicle to park in the parking lot, the request comprises the virtual license plate, information corresponding to the vehicle can be found through the virtual license plate, and corresponding processing is carried out by combining the content of the request. The parking timing information comprises the time when the vehicle enters the parking lot and the parking time, and the parking cost of the vehicle can be calculated according to the parking time and the parking unit price of the parking lot. For example, the parking time of the vehicle is two hours, and after the free amount in the free ticket is automatically deducted for one hour, the customer only needs to pay the parking fee for one hour. The server returns the one-hour parking fee information after deduction so that the client can pay the parking fee.
Fig. 3 illustrates a parking optimization system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the parking optimization system 300 including one or more parking lot control terminals 310, one or more customer terminals 320; and a parking garniture server 200 as in any above.
The parking lot control terminal 310 is configured to collect the vehicle identifier and send a pass request including the vehicle identifier to the server 200.
Parking lot control terminal 310 sets up at the entrance and the exit in parking lot, including equipment such as intelligent banister, camera, ground induction coil, display screen. When the vehicle approaches the entrance of the parking lot, the ground induction coil is triggered, so that the control terminal 310 controls the camera to take a picture of the vehicle, and sends the picture of the vehicle to the server 200. The display screen can be used for displaying the departure state of the vehicle to be entered, such as the vehicle A entering the vehicle.
The client terminal 320 is configured to send a virtual license plate application request corresponding to the vehicle identifier to the server 200, and send a coupon issuing request and a parking payment request including the virtual license plate to the server 200.
The client terminal 320 is a parking APP, a small program or a public number corresponding to the parking lot, and the client scans different two-dimensional codes by using a scanning function therein to send different requests. For example, in an applet, a client scans an entrance two-dimensional code at an entrance and sends a virtual license plate application request to the server 200; scanning the two-dimensional code of the coupon and sending a coupon issuing request to the server 200; and scanning the two-dimension code and sending a parking payment request to the server 200. The customer uses the customer terminal 320 to interact with the server 200 and the parking lot control terminal 310,
taking the client terminal as the parking applet as an example, the specific process of the parking exemption system 300 for realizing the parking exemption of the vehicle is as follows: when a vehicle approaches the parking lot, the ground induction coil of the parking lot control terminal 310 is triggered, so that the control terminal 310 controls the camera to take a vehicle picture, and the vehicle picture is carried in the pass request and sent to the server 200. The photo recognizer of the server 200 recognizes the photo of the vehicle, and returns the entry two-dimensional code to the parking lot control terminal 310 when the license plate number of the vehicle is not recognized. The parking lot control terminal 310 displays the two-dimensional code on the display screen and prompts the customer to scan the code. The client scans the two-dimensional code through the scanning function of the parking applet and sends a virtual license plate application request to the server 200. The server 200 generates a corresponding virtual license plate and a parking record according to the received passing request and the virtual license plate application request, and returns control information allowing passing to the parking lot control terminal 310, so that the intelligent barrier gate is lifted, and the released vehicle enters the parking lot. And simultaneously returning the virtual license plate to the parking small program so as to be convenient for the user to save and view.
It should be noted that the two-dimensional code for entering can be directly displayed on the display screen, and when a customer needs to enter the parking lot, the code is scanned through a small program.
When issuing the coupon, the client scans the two-dimensional code of the coupon by the scanning function of the applet and sends a coupon issuing request to the server 200. Because the information of the virtual license plate is stored in the applet, the coupon issuing request contains the virtual license plate, and the user does not need to manually input the license plate. The server 200 receives the issuing request of the free ticket, acquires the virtual license plate therein, determines to issue the free ticket, and binds the free ticket with the corresponding virtual license plate, so that the free ticket can be automatically deducted when the customer settles the parking fee of the vehicle.
When the vehicle exits the parking lot, the customer scans the two-dimensional code of the exit of the parking lot through the scanning function of the small program, and sends a parking payment request to the server 200. The parking payment request comprises a virtual license plate, and the vehicle information needing to settle the parking fee and the bound coupon can be determined according to the virtual license plate. And after the preferential amount of the preferential ticket is automatically deducted, determining the amount of money to be paid by the customer. For example, the customer can leave the parking lot without paying the parking fee after the customer's vehicle stops for one hour in the parking lot and automatically withholds the free amount of the free ticket for one hour.
According to the parking free system, a customer can automatically drive in a parking lot, get a free coupon and drive out of the parking lot through the scanning function of the customer terminal, the full-automatic parking free service of the parking lot is achieved, manual coupon issuing verification is not needed, labor cost is saved, operation errors are reduced, the management efficiency of the parking lot is improved, and high service quality is ensured.
Fig. 4 illustrates a parking exemption system according to another embodiment of the present invention, the parking exemption system 300 further including a first dispensing terminal 410, a second dispensing terminal 420, and a scanning terminal 430;
the first issuing terminal 410 is configured to send a virtual license plate application request corresponding to the vehicle identifier to the server, and output a certificate containing the virtual license plate after obtaining the virtual license plate returned by the server.
The first issuing terminal 410 is provided at an entrance of a parking lot for a customer to perform an entrance operation for driving a vehicle into the parking lot. The certificate is a license plate obtained by a customer after a vehicle enters a parking lot, and the two-dimensional code information of the virtual license plate or the two-dimensional code information of the departure is recorded on the license plate, and the two-dimensional code of the departure is used for the departure operation of the vehicle. For example, the first dispensing terminal 410 may be a ticket machine having an admission button and a ticket exit. When a client approaches the parking lot, the client can share the server 200 to send a virtual license plate application request by clicking the admission button. After the server 200 generates the virtual license plate, the virtual license plate information is returned to the ticket machine. And the paper ticket machine prints paper tickets according to the virtual license plate information and outputs the paper tickets from a paper ticket outlet so as to be stored by a client. The paper ticket is printed with a virtual license plate corresponding to the vehicle or a two-dimensional code containing virtual license plate information, and a customer can receive the free coupon according to the virtual license plate information.
The paper ticket machine is suitable for enabling a customer to enter a parking lot and enjoy parking free service even if the customer does not carry a mobile phone or the mobile phone does not have a signal. Certainly, the two-dimensional code of leaving the parking lot containing the virtual license plate information can be printed on the paper ticket machine, and when a user leaves the parking lot, the user can automatically scan to carry out leaving operation and pay parking fee when a signal is sent by the mobile phone.
And the second issuing terminal 420 is configured to display the two-dimensional code of the coupon or send a coupon issuing request including the virtual license plate to the server.
Since the customer does not carry the mobile phone or the mobile phone has no signal, the merchant is required to receive the coupon in a matching way. The second dispensing terminal 420 may be a client operated by the merchant to dispense the coupons to the customers. The customer provides the virtual license plate on the paper ticket to the merchant, and the merchant inputs the virtual license plate in the coupon issuing interface of the second issuing terminal 420, so that the request for issuing the coupon containing the virtual license plate can be sent to the server 200. The server 200 receives the issuing request of the free ticket, acquires the virtual license plate therein, determines to issue the free ticket, and binds the free ticket with the corresponding virtual license plate, so that the free ticket can be automatically deducted when the customer settles the parking fee of the vehicle.
Of course, the second issuing terminal 420 may also have a two-dimensional code with the coupon displayed therein, and the customer can scan the code by himself to pick up the coupon after the mobile phone has a signal.
And the scanning terminal 430 is configured to scan the certificate containing the virtual license plate, generate a parking payment request containing the virtual license plate after acquiring the virtual license plate, and send the parking payment request to the server.
The scanning terminal 430 may be a code scanning box, and obtains the virtual license plate therein by scanning the virtual license plate two-dimensional code or the departure two-dimensional code on the paper ticket or the certificate, and sends a parking payment request containing the virtual license plate to the server 200.
The parking optimal exemption system of this embodiment, when the customer does not carry the cell-phone or the cell-phone does not have the signal, also can obtain virtual license plate and get into the parking area to receive corresponding optimal exemption coupon, enjoy the parking optimal exemption service, improve the parking and experience. And the full-automatic parking excellent-free service of the parking lot can be realized, manual ticket issuing verification is not needed, the labor cost is saved, the misoperation is reduced, the management efficiency of the parking lot is improved, and the higher service quality is ensured.
The two parking optimal systems can be used independently or jointly.
In summary, according to the technical scheme of the present invention, when a vehicle enters a parking lot, a vehicle identifier and a virtual license plate application request corresponding to the vehicle identifier are received, and a virtual license plate is generated according to the application request and the vehicle identifier. Receiving a coupon issuing request containing the virtual license plate, determining to issue the coupon according to the coupon issuing request, and binding the issued coupon with the virtual license plate. And when a parking payment request containing the virtual license plate is received, calculating payment amount according to the bond coupon of the virtual license plate. According to the technical scheme, the corresponding virtual license plate can be obtained when the vehicle drives into the parking lot, and the coupon provided by the merchant can be obtained through the virtual license plate, so that the corresponding parking privilege can be enjoyed, the problem that the unlicensed vehicle cannot enjoy the parking privilege provided by the merchant due to the fact that the unlicensed vehicle does not have the digital license plate number is solved, and the customer experience is improved.

The memory 320 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. The memory 520 has a storage space 530 storing computer readable program code 531 for performing any of the method steps in the above described method. For example, the storage space 530 for storing the computer readable program code may include respective computer readable program codes 531 for respectively implementing various steps in the above method. The computer readable storage medium 600 has stored thereon a computer readable program code 531 for performing the steps of the method according to the invention, which is readable by the processor 510 of the electronic device 500, and when the computer readable program code 531 is executed by the electronic device 500, causes the electronic device 500 to perform the steps of the method described above, in particular the computer readable program code 531 stored on the computer readable storage medium may perform the method shown in any of the embodiments described above. Claims (8)

1. A parking exemption method, comprising:
receiving a vehicle identification and a virtual license plate application request corresponding to the vehicle identification;
generating a virtual license plate according to the virtual license plate application request and the vehicle identification received within a preset time interval, and if the virtual license plate application request is not received within the preset time interval, performing failure processing on the vehicle identification without generating a virtual license plate;
receiving a coupon issuing request containing the virtual license plate, determining to issue the coupon according to the coupon issuing request, and binding the issued coupon with the virtual license plate;
when a parking payment request containing the virtual license plate is received, calculating payment amount according to the bond coupon of the virtual license plate, wherein the vehicle identification is a vehicle photo contained in a passing request sent by a parking lot control terminal;
the generating a virtual license plate according to the virtual license plate application request and the vehicle identification received in the preset time interval comprises:
recognizing the vehicle photo, and judging whether the vehicle is a unlicensed vehicle;
if so, generating a virtual license plate corresponding to the vehicle, and generating a parking record corresponding to the vehicle according to the passing request;
the generated virtual license plate and the vehicle photo are stored in the parking record, the pass request further comprises a parking lot identification corresponding to the parking lot control terminal, the parking lot identification is stored in the parking record, and the free coupon issuing request further comprises a parking lot identification corresponding to a merchant;
the determining to issue the coupon according to the coupon issuance request includes:
searching a corresponding parking record according to the virtual license plate in the coupon issuing request;
judging whether the parking lot identification corresponding to the merchant is consistent with the parking lot identification in the parking record or not;
if yes, the coupon is issued.
2. The parking optimization method according to claim 1, wherein the parking record includes parking timing information of the vehicle corresponding to the virtual license plate;
the calculating the payment amount according to the bound coupon of the virtual license plate comprises the following steps:
searching a corresponding parking record according to the virtual license plate in the parking payment request;
and acquiring the parking fee of the vehicle according to the parking timing information in the parking record, deducting the parking fee by using the free coupon bound with the virtual license plate, and returning the deducted parking fee information.
3. A parking exemption server, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the receiving unit is suitable for receiving a vehicle identifier and a virtual license plate application request corresponding to the vehicle identifier;
the generating unit is suitable for generating a virtual license plate according to the virtual license plate application request and the vehicle identification received in a preset time interval, and if the virtual license plate application request is not received in the preset time interval, the vehicle identification is subjected to failure processing, and a virtual license plate is not generated;
the license coupon issuing unit is suitable for receiving a license coupon issuing request containing the virtual license plate, determining to issue the license coupon according to the license coupon issuing request, and binding the issued license coupon with the virtual license plate; when a parking payment request containing the virtual license plate is received, calculating payment amount according to the bond coupon of the virtual license plate, wherein the vehicle identification is a vehicle photo contained in a passing request sent by a parking lot control terminal;
the generating unit is further suitable for recognizing the vehicle photo and judging whether the vehicle is a unlicensed vehicle or not;
if so, generating a virtual license plate corresponding to the vehicle, and generating a parking record corresponding to the vehicle according to the passing request;
the generated virtual license plate and the vehicle photo are stored in the parking record, the pass request further comprises a parking lot identification corresponding to the parking lot control terminal, the parking lot identification is stored in the parking record, and the free coupon issuing request further comprises a parking lot identification corresponding to a merchant;
the optimal free unit is further suitable for searching corresponding parking records according to the virtual license plate in the optimal free ticket issuing request;
judging whether the parking lot identification corresponding to the merchant is consistent with the parking lot identification in the parking record or not;
if yes, the coupon is issued.
4. The parking optimization server according to claim 3, wherein the parking record includes parking timing information of a vehicle corresponding to the virtual license plate;
the optimal exemption unit is further suitable for searching corresponding parking records according to the virtual license plate in the parking payment request;
and acquiring the parking fee of the vehicle according to the parking timing information in the parking record, deducting the parking fee by using the free coupon bound with the virtual license plate, and returning the deducted parking fee information.
5. A parking exemption system is characterized by comprising one or more parking lot control terminals and one or more client terminals; and a parking exemption server as defined in any one of claims 3-4;
the parking lot control terminal is used for acquiring a vehicle identifier and sending a passing request containing the vehicle identifier to the parking optimal exemption server;
and the client terminal is used for sending a virtual license plate application request corresponding to the vehicle identification to the parking optimal exemption server, and sending an optimal coupon issuing request and a parking payment request containing the virtual license plate to the parking optimal exemption server.
6. The parking exemption system of claim 5, wherein the parking exemption system further comprises a first issuing terminal, a second issuing terminal, and a scanning terminal;
the first issuing terminal is used for sending a virtual license plate application request corresponding to the vehicle identification to the parking exemption server, and outputting a certificate containing the virtual license plate after the virtual license plate returned by the parking exemption server is obtained;
the second issuing terminal is used for displaying the two-dimensional code of the free ticket or sending a free ticket issuing request containing a virtual license plate to the parking free ticket server;
and the scanning terminal is used for scanning the certificate containing the virtual license plate, generating a parking payment request containing the virtual license plate after the virtual license plate is obtained, and sending the parking payment request to the parking optimization server.
7. An electronic device, comprising: a processor; and a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the parking optimisation method of any one of claims 1-2.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs which, when executed by a processor, implement the parking optimization method according to any one of claims 1-2.
