Abstract

本发明提供一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,包括:透镜、透镜支架、隔热片、配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器,所述透镜与透镜支架前端相连,所述隔热片通过第一螺丝固定在透镜支架内部,所述配光镜、PCB光源板都与透镜支架相连,配光镜与PCB光源板相连,PCB光源板与散热器相连,若干螺栓分别依次通过散热器、PCB光源板、配光镜固定在透镜支架后端,所述透镜支架上设有若干卡扣和若干螺栓连接柱,卡扣位于螺栓连接柱一侧,隔热片通过第一螺丝固定在螺栓连接柱上。本发明通过多个聚光器协调配光,可有效提高汽车远光在路面上的照明均匀性和展宽,透镜下方的竖条纹,可打散太阳辐射通过透镜产生的聚焦,降低模组下方衬框由太阳聚焦引起的高温风险。

Description

一种LED聚光器式单远光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明模组技术领域,具体为一种LED聚光器式单远光模组。
背景技术
汽车近光灯就是为了近距离照明,设计要求就是照射范围大(160°),照射距离短。近光灯有非常明显光束明暗截止线,避免对向来车的驾驶员造成炫目。远光灯的照射高度比近光灯要高,因此能够照亮更高更远的物体。近光灯一般在有路灯照明的公路上使用。远光灯则在没有灯光照明的公路上使用,也会经常被用于照亮远处公路上方的路牌。通过不同的变换远近光方式,能够实现与其它司机交流的目的。
传统的远近光光源有卤素灯泡和HID(High Intensity Discharge,氙气灯)。 LED具有节能省电,寿命长的优点,近年来有LED为光源的远近光模组应用越来越广泛。但由于LED技术的限制,单一LED芯片的光通量有限,不足以满足远近光应用的要求,因此近年来上市的LED模组通常采用单颗多芯片封装的LED 颗粒来满足所需高光通量的要求。单颗多芯封装的LED颗粒发热量大并且集中,导致散热效率低下,散热器体积臃肿,通常需要风扇进行辅助散热。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,包括:透镜、透镜支架、隔热片、配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器,所述透镜与透镜支架前端相连,所述隔热片通过第一螺丝固定在透镜支架内部,所述配光镜、PCB光源板都与透镜支架相连,配光镜与PCB光源板相连,PCB光源板与散热器相连,若干螺栓分别依次通过散热器、PCB光源板、配光镜固定在透镜支架后端,所述透镜支架上设有若干卡扣和若干螺栓连接柱,卡扣位于螺栓连接柱一侧,隔热片通过第一螺丝固定在螺栓连接柱上。
进一步地,所述透镜支架采用一种前小后大的喇叭口形状,体积最小的一端安装透镜,透镜支架体积大的一端依次安装隔热片、配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器。
进一步地,所述配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器上都设有若干螺栓通孔,配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器通过若干螺栓固定在透镜支架后端。
进一步地,所述PCB光源板上设有若干LED灯珠颗粒,呈一字形排列,LED 灯珠颗粒间距为8-12mm。
进一步地,所述散热器上设有若干鳍片,鳍片上设有若干波浪纹。
进一步地,所述配光镜上设有若干聚光器,聚光器与LED灯珠颗粒位置对应。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明上的每个聚光器都可单独控制配光,可实现对远光配光的精细化调整;多个聚光器协调配光,可有效提高汽车远光在路面上的照明均匀性和展宽,解决了传统单反射镜模组光型窄,亮度不均匀,有亮斑,易产生炫光的缺点;透镜下方的竖条纹,可打散太阳辐射通过透镜产生的聚焦,降低模组下方衬框(饰圈)由太阳聚焦引起的高温风险;分散式的LED灯珠布局,可有效避免热量集中,散热效率很高,有效降低LED结温,具有寿命长,可靠性高。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的实现技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明,在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以两个元件内部的连通。
如图1、图2所示,一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,包括:透镜1、透镜支架2、隔热片3、配光镜4、PCB光源板5、散热器6,所述透镜1与透镜支架2 前端相连,所述隔热片3通过第一螺丝7固定在透镜支架2内部,所述配光镜4、 PCB光源板5都与透镜支架2相连,配光镜4与PCB光源板5相连,PCB光源板 5与散热器6相连,若干螺栓8分别依次通过散热器6、PCB光源板5、配光镜4 固定在透镜支架2后端,所述透镜支架2上设有若干卡扣21和若干螺栓连接柱22,卡扣21位于螺栓连接柱22一侧,隔热片3通过第一螺丝7固定在螺栓连接柱22上。
所述透镜支架2采用一种前小后大的喇叭口形状,这样一方面方便透镜支架2在注塑过程中的出模,从而提高可制造型;另一面方便装配,体积最小的一端安装透镜1,透镜支架2体积大的一端依次安装隔热片3、配光镜4、PCB 光源板5、散热器6,从而方便安装。
所述配光镜5、PCB光源板6、散热器7上都设有若干螺栓通孔9,配光镜5、 PCB光源板6、散热器7通过若干螺栓8固定在透镜支架2后端。
如图3所示,所述PCB光源板5上设有若干LED灯珠颗粒51,呈一字形排列,LED灯珠颗粒51间距为8-12mm,这样可以分散LED灯珠颗粒51产生的热量,方便散热器6进行散热,从而提高LED灯珠颗粒的寿命和可靠性;
所述散热器6上设有若干鳍片61,鳍片61上设有若干波浪纹,这样能提高散热效果,所述散热器6采用一种铝型材质的散热器,这样能提高导热系数,且能降低成本。
如图4所示,所述配光镜4上设有若干聚光器41,聚光器41与LED灯珠颗粒51位置对应,这样用来折射和分配来自LED灯珠颗粒51的光线。
所述配光镜4采用无色透明的PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)材质或PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,)材质,这样能提高透光率。
本发明的工作原理为:
透镜支架从前端到后端依次固定透镜、隔热片、配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器,配光镜用于折射PCB光源板的光源,通过透镜支架折射入透镜中,PCB光源板通过LED灯珠颗粒来提供光源,散热器用于散热,且通过散热器上的鳍片来提高散热效果;第一螺丝、螺栓都用于连接,从而提高牢固性;透镜支架内部安装有隔热片隔离通过透镜射入的太阳辐射,防止太阳光通过透镜聚焦形成的光斑烧坏透镜支架的内壁;若干LED灯珠颗粒分成单排分散分布在PCB光源板上,每个LED灯珠内部为串联连接;PCB光源板上每个LED灯珠颗粒在前方的配光镜上有对应的聚光器,用来折射和分配来自LED的光线,PCB光源板的一排的远光LED灯珠对应远光聚光器;卡扣用于连接透镜和透镜支架,螺栓连接柱用于方便螺栓通过螺栓通孔依次固定配光镜、PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印制线路板)光源板、散热器,从而提高牢固性;使用时,当远光功能时,具有远光功能的远光LED灯珠电源接通,远光LED(LightEmitting Diode,发光二极管)灯珠射出的光线通过配光镜折射和分配光线,再通过透镜的聚焦作用射出远光。

1.一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,其特征在于:包括:透镜、透镜支架、隔热片、配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器,所述透镜与透镜支架前端相连,所述隔热片通过第一螺丝固定在透镜支架内部,所述配光镜、PCB光源板都与透镜支架相连,配光镜与PCB光源板相连,PCB光源板与散热器相连,若干螺栓分别依次通过散热器、PCB光源板、配光镜固定在透镜支架后端,所述透镜支架上设有若干卡扣和若干螺栓连接柱,卡扣位于螺栓连接柱一侧,隔热片通过第一螺丝固定在螺栓连接柱上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,其特征在于:所述透镜支架采用一种前小后大的喇叭口形状,体积最小的一端安装透镜,透镜支架体积大的一端依次安装隔热片、配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,其特征在于:所述配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器上都设有若干螺栓通孔,配光镜、PCB光源板、散热器通过若干螺栓固定在透镜支架后端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,其特征在于:所述PCB光源板上设有若干LED灯珠颗粒,呈一字形排列,LED灯珠颗粒间距为8-12mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,其特征在于:所述散热器上设有若干鳍片,鳍片上设有若干波浪纹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED聚光器式单远光模组,其特征在于:所述配光镜上设有若干聚光器,聚光器与LED灯珠颗粒位置对应。
