Technical Field

Background
Insulin is a commonly used clinical diabetes treatment drug and is one of the most effective blood sugar reduction measures. The existing insulin has various types, wherein intermediate-acting insulin and premixed insulin exist according to different action time, and two groups of the insulin are milky suspension liquid which needs to be fully mixed until the insulin is converted into uniform cloudy white liquid before use. Insulin is a protein hormone, and an insulin pen is an injection tool matched with insulin pen core liquid medicine. The unopened insulin pen core can be stored in an environment of 2-8 ℃ (on a door of a refrigerator refrigerating chamber), the pen core which is arranged in the insulin pen after being opened can be stored for 1 month at the cool place at room temperature (< 28 ℃), the pen core cannot be arranged in the refrigerating chamber together with the pen, the insulin pen can be damaged by repeated cold and hot alternation, and the insulin leakage and even the insulin failure can be caused. Before injection, insulin is flatly placed in the palm of the hand, an insulin pen is clamped by two hands and horizontally rolled for 10 times, and then the insulin pen is turned over for 10 times up and down through the up-and-down swing of an elbow joint and a forearm, so that the medicines in the pen core bottle are fully and uniformly mixed.
The conventional device has the following disadvantages:
1. when insulin is stored, the temperature needs to be controlled within a certain range, the insulin fails due to too low temperature or too high temperature, the conventional storage device cannot be adjusted according to the actual temperature, and when the external temperature exceeds a certain range, the storage temperature may be too high or too low;
2. before use, medical staff are required to manually mix the mixture, so that the use efficiency of insulin is influenced, timely injection of a patient is not facilitated, and meanwhile, the burden of the staff is increased to a certain extent;
3. due to the influence of conditions such as temperature, the medical staff is inconvenient to carry when going out for a doctor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an insulin pen storage device with constant temperature and blending functions, which aims to solve the problems that the temperature of insulin needs to be controlled within a certain range during storage, the insulin fails due to too low temperature or too high temperature, the existing storage device cannot be adjusted according to the actual temperature, and the storage temperature is possibly too high or too low when the external temperature exceeds a certain range.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an insulin pen storage device with constant temperature and mixing functions comprises a box body, a box cover, a constant temperature mechanism and a mixing mechanism, wherein a plurality of supporting blocks are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the lower end of the box body, the upper end of the box body is connected with the box cover through a hinge, the constant temperature mechanism and the mixing mechanism are both arranged in the box body, a plurality of buckles are arranged at the upper end of the side surface of the box body away from the side surface connected with the box cover, a plurality of clamping grooves matched with the buckles are movably arranged on the box cover through pin shafts, a charging interface is arranged on the side surface of one side of the box body, the output end of the charging interface is connected with a storage battery through a lead, the storage battery is arranged on the lower end surface in the box body, the output end of the storage battery is connected, and supporting plates are arranged on two sides of the upper end surface of the fixing plate.
Preferably, a plurality of springs are arranged on the lower end face of the box cover, the other ends of the springs are connected with a rubber plate, and a fixing support is mounted on the upper end face of the rubber plate.

Preferably, mixing mechanism comprises motor, carousel, a plurality of telescopic link and mixing dish, the motor is installed on the up end of fixed plate, the output and the carousel of motor are connected, the lower extreme of telescopic link is installed on the up end of carousel, the upper end of telescopic link is connected with the lower extreme of mixing dish, mixing dish be provided with a plurality of installation piece to the upper end, the installation piece is installed in the backup pad, the upper end activity of installation piece is provided with and stores the case, store and seted up a plurality of holding tank on the up end of case.
Preferably, the lower end face of the box body is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes at the lower ends of the storage battery and the PLC, and dust screens are arranged inside the heat dissipation holes.
Preferably, the lower extreme of case lid is provided with the lug, be provided with lug assorted recess on the box, all be provided with the plastics magnetic stripe on the side of case lid and the adjacent one side of box.
Preferably, a support column is installed on the lower end face of the fixing plate, the lower end of the support column is connected with the lower end face inside the box body, and foam layers are arranged on the two sides of the support column on the lower end face of the fixing plate.

2. according to the invention, the blending mechanism is arranged and comprises the motor, the rotating disc, the plurality of telescopic rods and the blending disc, the output end of the motor is connected with the rotating disc, the lower ends of the telescopic rods are arranged on the upper end surface of the rotating disc, the upper ends of the telescopic rods are connected with the lower ends of the blending disc, the rotating disc is rapidly driven to rotate by the motor, the telescopic rods perform vertical telescopic motion under the action of centrifugal force, the blending operation can be rapidly and effectively performed, the blending efficiency of insulin is improved, and the timely injection of insulin to a patient is ensured;
3. according to the medical treatment box, the charging interface is arranged, the output end of the charging interface is connected with the storage battery through the wire, the storage battery is charged through the charging interface, and meanwhile, the device is integrally and conveniently carried under the action of the box body and the box cover, can continuously work to provide power for each part, is convenient for medical workers to carry when going out for a doctor, and better meets the actual requirements.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention provides a technical solution: an insulin pen storage device with constant temperature and mixing functions comprises a box body 1, a box cover 2, a constant temperature mechanism 3 and a mixing mechanism 4, wherein a plurality of supporting blocks 101 are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the lower end of the box body 1, the upper end of the box body 1 is connected with the box cover 2 through hinges, the constant temperature mechanism 3 and the mixing mechanism 4 are both arranged in the box body 1, a plurality of buckles 5 are arranged at the upper end of the side surface of the box body 1 far away from the side surface connected with the box cover 2, a plurality of clamping grooves 6 matched with the buckles 5 are movably arranged on the box cover 2 through pin shafts, a charging interface 102 is arranged on the side surface of one side of the box body 1, the output end of the charging interface 102 is connected with a storage battery 7 through a lead, the storage battery 7 is arranged on the lower end surface in the box body 1, a fixing plate 9 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the storage battery 7 inside the box body 1, and supporting plates 10 are arranged on two sides of the upper end face of the fixing plate 9.

In the invention, the blending mechanism 4 comprises a motor 21, a rotating disc 22, a plurality of telescopic rods 23 and a blending disc 24, the motor 21 is installed on the upper end face of the fixed plate 9, the output end of the motor 21 is connected with the rotating disc 22, the lower end of the telescopic rod 23 is installed on the upper end face of the rotating disc 22, the upper end of the telescopic rod 23 is connected with the lower end of the blending disc 24, a plurality of installation blocks 25 are arranged on the opposite upper ends of the blending disc 24, the installation blocks 25 are installed on the supporting plate 10, a storage box 26 is movably arranged at the upper end of the installation blocks 25, and a plurality of storage grooves 261 are formed in the upper end face of the storage box 26.
Preferably, the lower end face of the box body 1 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes 103 at the lower ends of the storage battery 7 and the PLC 8, and a dust screen is arranged inside the heat dissipation holes 103, so that ventilation and heat dissipation are facilitated, and the influence of heat on the storage battery 7 and the PLC 8 is reduced.
As preferred, the lower extreme of case lid 2 is provided with lug 201, be provided with lug 201 assorted recess on the box 1, all be provided with the plastics magnetic stripe on the side of case lid 2 and the adjacent one side of box 1, be favorable to between box 1 and the case lid 2 can be closed better sealed, prevent to receive ambient temperature's influence.
Preferably, a supporting column 27 is installed on the lower end face of the fixing plate 9, the lower end of the supporting column 27 is connected with the lower end face inside the box body 1, and foam layers 271 are arranged on the lower end face of the fixing plate 9 and on two sides of the supporting column 27, so that the stability of the fixing plate 9 is improved, and meanwhile, the influence of heat generated by the electric heating wire 16 is isolated.
Preferably, the lower end of the first mounting frame 19 and the lower end of the second mounting frame 20 are both connected with the upper end surface of the fixing plate 9, and a plurality of vent holes 191 are formed in one sides of the first mounting frame 19 and the second mounting frame 20 close to the supporting plate 10, so that the temperature of the semiconductor refrigeration piece 15 and the heating wire 16 can be better changed.
In the invention, the lower end surface of the turntable 22 is connected with the connecting columns 28 on the two sides of the motor 21 through the sliding chutes in a sliding manner, and the lower ends of the connecting columns 28 are arranged on the fixing plate 9, so that the stability of the turntable 22 in the rotating process is improved.
In the invention, the upper end surface of the blending disc 24 is provided with a plurality of fixing grooves 241, and the blending disc 24 is provided with a plurality of elastic bandages 242 at two sides of the fixing grooves 241, so that the insulin pen can be better fixed during blending.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, a medical worker only needs to place insulin in the storage groove 261, then an insulin pen is placed on the fixed support 13, the box cover 2 and the box body 1 are closed, the insulin is further fixed through the action of the spring 11 and the rubber plate 12, then the temperature control range of the temperature controller 14 is set through the PLC 8, the temperature inside the box body 1 is monitored through the temperature sensor 17, when the temperature is high, the temperature controller 14 controls the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 15 to work, the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 15 works to cool, when the temperature is within the safe range of insulin storage, the temperature sensor 17 detects the temperature and transmits temperature information to the temperature controller 14, the temperature controller 14 controls the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 15 to stop working, meanwhile, the temperature inside the box body 1 can be detected through the display screen 18, when the temperature inside the box body 1 is low, the temperature sensor 17 will transmit the temperature information to the temperature controller 14 to control the heating wire 16 to work, the heating wire 16 will work to generate heat, the temperature will rise, when the temperature rises to the safe range of insulin storage, the temperature controller 14 will control the heating wire 16 to stop working, when shaking evenly, the medical staff will only need to take out the storage box 26 from the box body 1, the insulin will be placed in the fixed slot 241 of the mixing disk 24, fixed by the elastic bandage 242, then start the motor 21, the motor 21 will rotate to drive the rotating disk 22 to rotate, the rotating disk 22 will drive the mixing disk 24 to rotate by the expansion link 23, at the same time the rotating disk 22 will generate centrifugal force, the mixing disk 24 will slide up and down under the effect of centrifugal force, the insulin can be mixed evenly, the invention can realize automatic temperature detection, and can adjust the temperature automatically, make insulin store all the time in a invariable safe temperature range, prevent to receive ambient temperature's influence, guarantee insulin's result of use, can carry out the mixing operation fast effectively, improve insulin's mixing efficiency, guarantee to inject for patient timely, the device is whole conveniently to be carried, can last uninterrupted work and provide the power for each part, make things convenient for the carrying that medical personnel went out to see a doctor, accord with actual demand more.
