Abstract
本发明提供了一种带有柔性连接结构的钙钛矿玻璃幕墙,所要解决的问题是隐框玻璃幕墙铝合金压板和玻璃附框之间产生硬性接触,两个金属面之间容易腐蚀,从而影响幕墙型材的使用年限,影响幕墙的使用寿命;其技术要点是所述幕墙本体与幕墙骨架通过铝合金压板和铝合金玻璃附框固定在一起,铝合金压板与幕墙骨架之间设置有铝合金压板胶条和铝合金玻璃附框。本发明的优点是隐框玻璃幕墙铝合金压板加胶条的连接方式,避免铝合金压板和玻璃附框之间硬性接触,节能环保2.铝合金压板上设计槽口3.间断式安装铝合金压板,节省材料。

技术领域:
本发明涉及幕墙安装技术领域,具体说是一种能够避免两个金属面件容易产生腐蚀问题的带有柔性连接结构的钙钛矿玻璃幕墙。
背景技术:
隐框玻璃幕墙铝合金压板和玻璃附框之间产生硬性接触,两个金属面之间容易腐蚀,从而影响幕墙型材的使用年限,影响幕墙的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够避免两个金属面件容易产生腐蚀问题的带有柔性连接结构的钙钛矿玻璃幕墙。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:所述幕墙本体与幕墙骨架通过铝合金压板和铝合金玻璃附框固定在一起,铝合金压板与幕墙骨架之间设置有铝合金压板胶条和铝合金玻璃附框,铝合金压板胶条插入铝合金压板内,铝合金玻璃附框与幕墙本体之间设置有密封胶,两块幕墙本体之间设置有耐候密封胶和泡沫胶条,所述耐候密封胶层的外表面与中空钢化玻璃的外表面设置有钙钛矿发电电池。
所述钙钛矿发电电池的包括导电金属片包括芯体和包覆层、芯体,所述芯体为铁片,芯体的外部包覆层为铜、锌、铅、锡、铝中的一种,所述芯体的外部包覆层外部设置有与外部包覆层材料相同的金属氧化层,金属氧化层上依次沉积有钙钛矿层、厚度为20nm的含有锂三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺和吡啶类化合物的组合物和纯度为80%以上的铜质金属阳极层。
所述导电金属片、金属氧化层、钙钛矿层、厚度为20nm的含有锂三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺和吡啶类化合物的组合物和纯度为80%以上的铜质金属阳极层构成钙钛矿发电电池。
所述铝合金压板对应位置上设置有铝合金压板固定螺栓,铝合金压板固定螺栓的螺母设置在铝合金竖框的滑道槽内,所述滑道槽的槽口与铝合金压板固定螺栓的直径相同。
所述幕墙骨架由铝合金竖框和铝合金横框组成,骨架为‘口’字形。
所述铝合金横框上还设置有铝合金直角连接件,所述铝合金直角连接件设置在铝合金横框端部与铝合金竖框的一侧。
本发明的优点是1.隐框玻璃幕墙铝合金压板加胶条的连接方式,避免铝合金压板和玻璃附框之间硬性接触,节能环保。
2.铝合金压板上设计槽口。
3.间断式安装铝合金压板,节省材料。
本发明还具有结构简单、操作简便等特点。

参见图1~2,所述幕墙本体1与幕墙骨架4通过铝合金压板2和铝合金玻璃附框3固定在一起,铝合金压板与幕墙骨架之间设置有铝合金压板胶条5和铝合金玻璃附框,铝合金压板胶条插入铝合金压板内,铝合金玻璃附框与幕墙本体之间设置有密封胶6,两块幕墙本体之间设置有耐候密封胶7和泡沫胶条8;所述耐候密封胶层的外表面与中空钢化玻璃的外表面设置有钙钛矿发电电池。
所述钙钛矿发电电池的包括导电金属片包括芯体和包覆层、芯体,所述芯体为铁片,芯体的外部包覆层为铜、锌、铅、锡、铝中的一种,所述芯体的外部包覆层外部设置有与外部包覆层材料相同的金属氧化层,金属氧化层上依次沉积有钙钛矿层、厚度为20nm的含有锂三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺和吡啶类化合物的组合物和纯度为80%以上的铜质金属阳极层。

所述铝合金压板对应位置上设置有铝合金压板固定螺栓9,铝合金压板固定螺栓的螺母设置在铝合金竖框的滑道槽10内,所述滑道槽的槽口与铝合金压板固定螺栓的直径相同。
所述幕墙骨架由铝合金竖框和铝合金横框组成,骨架为‘口’字形。
所述铝合金横框上还设置有铝合金直角连接件,所述铝合金直角连接件11设置在铝合金横框12端部与铝合金竖框13的一侧。
所述钙钛矿发电电池的结构是自上而下依次为透明导电阳极、蜂窝状空穴传输层、钙钛矿层、电子界面层、空穴界面层、有机太阳能电池层、电子传输层和金属阴极;上述钙钛矿电池的制备方法如下:
1)在经过丙酮和无水乙醇清洗的透明导电阳极上采用狭缝挤出涂布工艺依次印刷和热退火后处理制备蜂窝状空穴传输层、钙钛矿层、电子界面层、空穴界面层、有机太阳能电池层、电子传输层;
2)蜂窝状空穴传输层为通过聚苯乙烯纳米微球作为模板,制备蜂窝状聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩/聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(PEDOT:PSS)层;
3)钙钛矿层前驱体溶液为以1:1比例的PbI2和MAI混合溶液;使用掺杂5%聚氨酯(PU)的聚乙氧基乙烯亚胺(PEIE)增强叠层电池的柔韧性和保证电荷传输;
4)空穴界面层为掺杂5%高弹性聚苯乙烯(SBS)的聚[双(4-苯基)(2,4,6-三甲基苯基)胺]即PTAA
5)有机太阳能电池层前驱体溶液混合比例为1:1.5的浓度为13mg/ml的PTB7-Th与FOIC;6)电子传输层为富勒烯衍生物PC61BM;
7)采用真空镀膜技术制备带有金属银离子的阴极。

1.带有柔性连接结构的钙钛矿玻璃幕墙,它包括:幕墙本体和幕墙骨架,其特征是:所述幕墙本体与幕墙骨架通过铝合金压板和铝合金玻璃附框固定在一起,铝合金压板与幕墙骨架之间设置有铝合金压板胶条和铝合金玻璃附框,铝合金压板胶条插入铝合金压板内,铝合金玻璃附框与幕墙本体之间设置有密封胶,两块幕墙本体之间设置有耐候密封胶和泡沫胶条;所述耐候密封胶层的外表面与中空钢化玻璃的外表面设置有钙钛矿发电电池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有柔性连接结构的钙钛矿玻璃幕墙,其特征是:所述钙钛矿发电电池的包括导电金属片包括芯体和包覆层、芯体,所述芯体为铁片,芯体的外部包覆层为铜、锌、铅、锡、铝中的一种,所述芯体的外部包覆层外部设置有与外部包覆层材料相同的金属氧化层,金属氧化层上依次沉积有钙钛矿层、厚度为20nm的含有锂三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺和吡啶类化合物的组合物和纯度为80%以上的铜质金属阳极层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有柔性连接结构的钙钛矿玻璃幕墙,其特征是:所述导电金属片、金属氧化层、钙钛矿层、厚度为20nm的含有锂三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺和吡啶类化合物的组合物和纯度为80%以上的铜质金属阳极层构成钙钛矿发电电池。

5)有机太阳能电池层前驱体溶液混合比例为1:1.5的浓度为13mg/ml的PTB7-Th与FOIC;6)电子传输层为富勒烯衍生物PC61BM;
