技术领域
本发明属于农药组合物领域,具体涉及一种含丙嗪嘧磺隆的三元除草组合物及其应用。
背景技术
目前,我国稻田杂草防治仍以化学手段为主,辅以人工除草或生物治理等措施。因此,如何筛选安全高效且持效期长的除草剂,对有效防除杂草,确保直播水稻高产稳产显得尤为重要。
丙嗪嘧磺隆是一种选择性的广谱磺酰脲类除草剂,被杂草的根、茎和叶吸收后,可抑制乙酰乳酸合成酶活性而使其停止生长,直至死亡。该药剂由日本住友化学株式会社研发,于2014年在我国获得原药和产品登记,并进行示范推广其对水稻安全,且能有效防除稗草、莎草和阔叶杂草,但对千金子基本无效。
双唑草腈是由德国先令公司(现为拜耳公司)发现的具有吡唑并吡啶环结构的原卟林原氧化酶抑制剂,当原卟林原氧化酶活性被抑制后,原卟啉原无法氧化生成原卟啉,叶绿素合成受阻,导致植物死亡。双唑草腈可被植物根、茎吸收,杀草谱广,且对水稻、环境安全,残效期适中,对后茬作物无影响。
氟丁酰草胺,化学名为N-苄基-2-(4-氟-3-三氟甲基苯氧基)丁酰胺,是由开发的苯氧酰胺类除草剂,氟丁酰草胺用于谷类作物中防治阔叶杂草和常见禾本科杂草,其在欧洲市场以混剂产品Herbaflex(氟丁酰草胺+异丙隆)销售。
除草剂长期单独使用不仅除草谱较窄、生物活性较低,还可造成杂草抗药性的产生;除草剂之间的复配既能解决农药单剂毒性大、效果差的问题,并且不同农药之间的交互使用能够延缓作用物抗药性的产生,具有较为理想的使用效果,因此不同作用机理之间农药的复配是目前农药领域的研究热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,用药成本低,不易产生抗药性的除草剂组合物,对禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草以及莎草具有较好的防治效果,对减缓杂草抗性、减少药物使用剂量等方面具有积极作用。
本发明提供以下技术方案
一种含丙嗪嘧磺隆的三元除草组合物,活性成分由丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺组成;所述丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺的重量配比为1-10∶3-20∶1-15。
本发明所述的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺的重量配比为1-3∶5-11∶2-8;优选丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺的重量配比为1∶5∶2。
本发明所述的三元除草组合物,丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺在组合物中的总重量百分含量为1-80%。
本发明所述的三元除草组合物,所述丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺在组合物中的总重量百分含量为15-60%。
本发明所述的三元除草组合物用于防除水稻田杂草的用途;优选的所述的杂草优选为禾本科和阔叶杂草以及莎草。所述杂草包含稗草、千金子、鸭舌草、马唐、狗尾草、牛筋草、繁缕、马齿苋、苍耳、小飞蓬、莎草、香附子等。
本发明组合物可与农业上可接受的助剂组合制备成适应剂型,优选剂型可湿性粉剂、乳油、悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮乳剂、水分散粒剂等。本发明所述的助剂包含乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、防冻剂、消泡剂填料等。
本发明取得以下有益技术效果:
本发明所述的组合物可有效降低杂草抗药性的产生,扩大杀草谱;可用时用于禾本科杂草和阔叶以及莎草杂草的防治。本发明所述的除草组合物具有显著的增效作用,可以有效减少活性成分的施用剂量,减少环境污染,同时对作物安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1:除草组合物对稗草室内毒力测定。
试验方法:试验在温室条件下进行,在直径13cm的盆中装入一定量的土壤,将已催芽的种子播种于花盆内保证每盆30粒种子,种子上覆盖1cm左右厚混沙细土,从花盆底部加水,使土壤保持湿润,含水量在25-35%。待杂草长到3-4叶期每盆保留15株杂草并做茎叶处理,淋水待叶片干燥后进行茎叶喷雾处理。每处理重复4次。药剂处理后继续在温室条件下培养,于处理后15d称取地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重防效。鲜重抑制率/%=[(对照杂草鲜重-处理杂草鲜重)/对照杂草鲜重]×100。
评判联合除草作用的类型。混用后理论防效(EO)为E0=X+Y(100-X)/100,式中X、Y分别为两单剂的实测防除效果(%)。混用后的实测防除效果用E表示。评价标准:当E-E0>10%时,表示为增效作用;当-10%≤E-E0≤10%时,表现为相加作用;当E-EO<-10%时,表现为拮抗作用。

由上表可知,丙嗪嘧磺隆、双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺复配重量比为1-3∶5-11∶2-8时,对稗草具有协同增效作用,E-E0均大于10%;特别是当丙嗪嘧磺隆、双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺复配重量比为1∶5∶2时,组合物的增效作用显著。
实施例2:16%丙嗪嘧磺隆·双唑草腈·氟丁酰草胺悬浮剂
实施例3:30%丙嗪嘧磺隆·双唑草腈·氟丁酰草胺可湿性粉剂
实施例4:57%丙嗪嘧磺隆·双唑草腈·氟丁酰草胺水分散粒剂
实施例5:除草组合物对杂草田间防效。
试验对象:田间杂草主要有三棱草、稗草、鸭舌草、水花生、千金子、莎草、猪殃殃等。试验方法:每小区面积25m2,每处理3次重复,5种药剂及对照随机分组排列,背负式电动喷雾器进行茎叶均匀喷雾,喷施药量30L/667m2。喷雾1次,调查20天后鲜重防效,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。防效(%)=[(清水对照组杂草鲜重-处理组杂草鲜重)/清水组杂草鲜重]*100%。

由上表可知,丙嗪嘧磺隆、双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺复配施用可以显著提高其对水稻田杂草的防治效果,具有显著的增效作用,可有效减低农药的施用剂量,减少环境污染,对作物安全。

1.一种含丙嗪嘧磺隆的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分由丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺组成;所述丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺的重量配比为1-10∶3-20∶1-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺的重量配比为1-3∶5-11∶2-8;优选丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺的重量配比为1∶5∶2。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:所述丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺在组合物中的总重量百分含量为1-80%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:所述丙嗪嘧磺隆,双唑草腈和氟丁酰草胺在组合物中的总重量百分含量为15-60%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:组合物剂型可为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、水分散粒剂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的三元除草组合物用于防除水稻田杂草的用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于:所述的杂草优选为禾本科、阔叶杂草以及莎草。
