Abstract
The invention discloses a set of defect detection equipment with an electronic magnifier, which comprises a clamp for clamping an oil pipe and a detection tool for detecting the oil pipe, wherein the detection tool is provided with the electronic magnifier, the clamp comprises a main clamp and a sub-clamp, the main clamp is clamped on the edge of a horizontal workbench from top to bottom, the sub-clamp clamps the end part of the oil pipe, and the detection tool is placed on the workbench. The automobile oil pipe is in an irregular bent shape in space, the clamp is positioned at the edge of the workbench through the design, and the automobile oil pipe occupies the space outside the edge of the workbench so as to ensure that the end face position of the automobile oil pipe can meet the detection requirement. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile detection, in particular to detection of an oil pipe.
Background
The fine defects on the end face of the automobile oil pipe are difficult to identify by naked eyes. The method adopts a common magnifier for detection, and the magnification of the single common magnifier is fixed, so that the defects of different shapes and sizes on the end surface of the automobile oil pipe are difficult to recognize by the single magnifier. If the magnifier is replaced, the operation efficiency is difficult to improve.

The oil pipe for the vehicle is irregularly bent in space, and the end face of the oil pipe faces upwards to facilitate detection of the electronic magnifier after the oil pipe is difficult to clamp on a horizontal working table. Therefore, according to the technical scheme, the clamp is positioned at the edge of the workbench, the end part of the vehicle oil pipe with the irregular shape is clamped by the sub-clamp, and other parts of the vehicle oil pipe occupy the space outside the edge of the workbench, namely, the vehicle oil pipe is in an empty state, so that the end face position of the vehicle oil pipe can meet the detection requirement.
The inspection tool support is directly placed on the workbench, and the inspection tool support and the electronic magnifier on the inspection tool support are moved when necessary, so that the position of the electronic magnifier is adapted to the position of the end face of the vehicle oil pipe, and the smooth detection of the end face of the vehicle oil pipe is ensured.
The oil pipe for the vehicle is clamped on the sub-clamp, the electronic magnifier is connected with a computer through a connecting wire, the computer controls the electronic magnifier, the image of the end face of the oil pipe for the vehicle on the electronic magnifier is transmitted into the computer, and an operator identifies the defect of the end face of the oil pipe according to the image of the oil pipe for the vehicle displayed by the computer display.
The electronic magnifier is arranged on the gauge bracket through a connecting piece; the connecting piece is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole is provided with a notch, and the threaded fastener is connected with two sides of the notch; the gauge support comprises a base plate and an upright post arranged on the base plate, the cross section of the upright post is circular, and the mounting hole is matched on the upright post. The connecting piece can be followed the stand and lifted, perhaps, the stand rotation relatively, can clearly and comprehensively acquire the image of automobile-used oil pipe terminal surface until the electron magnifying glass. The defect detection equipment with the electronic magnifier comprises a clamp 20 for clamping an oil pipe and a detection tool 30 for detecting the oil pipe, wherein the detection tool comprises a detection tool support 31 and the electronic magnifier 32 installed on the detection tool support, and the electronic magnifier is located above the clamp.
The electronic magnifier 32 is arranged on the gauge bracket 31 through a connecting piece 33; the connecting piece is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole is provided with a notch 330, and a threaded fastener 331 is connected with two sides of the notch; the gauge support comprises a base plate 311 and a stand column 312 arranged on the base plate, the cross section of the stand column is circular, and the mounting hole is matched on the stand column.
The fixture comprises a main fixture 200 and a sub-fixture 201, the main fixture is clamped on the edge of the horizontal workbench 40 from top to bottom, the sub-fixture clamps the end part of the oil pipe, and the gauge support is placed on the workbench.
The main clamp 200 includes a U-shaped clamp body 25, a threaded rod 26 screwed to one end of the clamp body, and the threaded rod is rotated such that the top end of the threaded rod and the other end of the clamp body are clamped to the edge of the table 40.
The sub-clamp 201 comprises a frame body 21, a pair of clamping blocks 22, an elastic ring 23 and a cam 24; the pair of clamping blocks is hinged to the frame body, the elastic ring surrounds the pair of clamping blocks, and the cam is installed on the transmission mechanism 10 and located between the pair of clamping blocks. The pair of clamping blocks 22 are arranged in bilateral symmetry, the elastic ring 23 is located below the hinged position of the clamping blocks and the rack body 21, and the elastic ring 23 has the tendency of closing the pair of clamping blocks. The cam 24 is located below the hinged position of the clamping blocks and the rack body 21, the maximum outer diameter of the cam can stretch the upper half parts of the pair of clamping blocks, then the upper half parts of the cam are folded to clamp an oil pipe for a vehicle, and the boundary point of the upper half part and the lower half part of the pair of clamping blocks is the hinged position of the clamping blocks and the rack body 21. The elastic ring 23 is positioned at the periphery of the cam 24, so that the pair of clamping blocks are stressed intensively, and the warping caused by stress dispersion is avoided; the clamping grooves are formed in the pair of clamping blocks, so that the elastic ring 23 can be clamped conveniently.
The transmission mechanism 10 comprises a base plate 11, a driving shaft 12 and a driven shaft 13; the driving shaft is arranged at the bottom of the base plate and is connected with the power transfer assembly, the power transfer assembly is connected with the protruding assembly 14, and the power transfer assembly drives the protruding assembly to do circular rotary motion with a motion track; the driven shaft is arranged at the top of the base plate, a turntable 15 is arranged on the driven shaft, and a concave structure 150 is arranged on the turntable; the rotation center of the protruding component deviates from the rotation center of the turntable; the top of the protruding component is provided with a toggle component 140, and the toggle component rotating along with the protruding component can be matched with the concave structure;
the cam 24 is mounted on the driven shaft 13.
The operating principle of the transmission mechanism 10 is as follows. The driving shaft 12 is driven, the power transfer assembly drives the protruding assembly to move, and when the protruding assembly 14 is close to the rotary table 15, the poking assembly is matched with the concave structure and drives the rotary table and the driven shaft 13 to synchronously rotate with the rotary table and the driven shaft. When the protruding component and the rotary disc are gradually far away from each other, the shifting component is separated from the concave structure, the protruding component continuously rotates, and the rotary disc and the driven shaft are static.
According to the working principle of the transmission mechanism, the driving shaft is driven to rotate by external force, and when the shifting assembly driven by the driving shaft is separated from the turntable, the cam 24 is in a static state. Along with the rotation of driving shaft 12, stir the subassembly and cooperate with the indent structure of carousel, driven shaft 13 rotates along with the driving shaft, and the driven shaft drives cam 24 and rotates. After the cam rotates for a fixed angle, the toggle assembly is separated from the concave structure of the turntable, and the cam 24 stops rotating. As described above, the transmission mechanism can precisely control the rotation angle of the cam 24, and thus the opening and closing degree of the pair of clamping blocks 22.
The rack body 21 is in a cylindrical shape, the transmission mechanism 10 is located in the rack body, one end of the rack body is connected with the base plate 11, the other end of the rack body is provided with a clamping block hinge hole 210, and the pair of clamping blocks 22 are hinged to the left side wall and the right side wall of the clamping block hinge hole in a one-to-one mode.
The concave structure 150 is a groove.
The power transfer assembly comprises a driving gear 161, a transfer gear 162 and an internal gear 163; the internal gear is pivoted on the base plate 11, the driving gear is installed on the driving shaft 12, the protruding assembly 14 is installed on the outer side wall of the internal gear, and the driving gear drives the internal gear to rotate through the transfer gear.
The base plate 11 comprises an upper plate 112 and a lower plate 113, and the upper plate and the lower plate are connected through a connecting piece 114; the internal gear 163 is pivoted on the upper disc 112 and is located between the upper disc and the lower disc; the internal gear 163 includes a pivoting portion pivoted to the upper disc member and a gear portion engaged with the transfer gear; the protruding assembly 14 is installed on the outer side wall of the inner gear, and the driving gear 161 and the transfer gear 162 are installed on the upper disc; the lower disc member 113 is fixedly connected with the housing body 21. The housing body or the lower disc member can be fixedly mounted on the base plate 311 of the inspection device through a fixing member.
The toggle assembly 140 includes a sleeve 141 mounted on the nose assembly 14, a toggle rod 142 inserted in the sleeve, a spring sleeved on the toggle rod and located in the sleeve, and an adjusting screw 143 screwed on the sleeve and abutting against the tail end of the toggle rod. The adjusting screw can adjust the elasticity of the spring, and further adjust the resistance of the poke rod 142 to stretch in the sleeve. When the poking assembly is matched with the concave structure, the poking rod extends into the concave structure, and the poking rod extending into the concave structure stretches and retracts to a certain extent along with the rotation of the turntable.
The toggle assembly 140 performs an annular rotation motion, and since the rotation center of the protrusion assembly deviates from the rotation center of the turntable, the toggle assembly can be clamped into the groove and abut against the side wall of the groove, so as to drive the turntable to rotate and then separate from the groove. The toggle assembly is engaged with the recess and disengaged and the turntable is rotated a fixed angle, such as ninety degrees.
The transmission mechanism is provided with a braking device. The braking means includes a braking gear 171 mounted on the driven shaft 13, a braking assembly mounted on the base plate 11, and an unlocking member 172 mounted on the protrusion assembly 14. The brake assembly comprises a brake shaft 173 arranged on the base plate, a brake piece 174 arranged on the brake shaft, and a torsion spring connecting the brake shaft and the brake piece, wherein under the action of the torsion spring, the head end of the brake piece can be clamped into the tooth valley of the brake gear; the unlocking piece can act on the tail end of the braking piece to enable the braking piece to rotate, and the head end of the braking piece is enabled to be separated from the braking gear. When the toggle assembly 140 is engaged with the recess of the rotary disk 15, the unlocking member 172 actuates the stopper 174 to be out of contact with the stopper gear 171, so that the driven shaft 13 is in a free state. The brake device can lock the driven shaft in a static state, so that the pair of clamping blocks 22 are ensured to be in a stable static state, and an operator can conveniently detect the end face of the oil pipe for the vehicle.
The frame body 21 of the sub-clamp 201 is provided with a mounting sleeve 27, a motor 28 is arranged in the mounting sleeve, the motor is connected with the driving shaft 12, a hinge sleeve 270 is arranged on the mounting sleeve, the hinge sleeve is matched with a hinge shaft 29, and the hinge shaft is arranged on the clamp main body 25 of the main clamp 200.
In operation, the master clamp 200 is secured to the edge of the table 40 by rotation of the threaded rod 26. Thereafter, the sub-clamp 201 clamps the oil pipe for the vehicle, specifically: the motor 28 drives the drive shaft 12 of the transmission mechanism 10, the drive shaft drives the driven shaft 13 to rotate ninety degrees, correspondingly, the cam 24 rotates ninety degrees, the cam opens the lower half parts of the pair of clamping blocks 22, and the upper half parts of the pair of clamping blocks are closed for clamping the oil pipe for the vehicle. Since the opening and closing range of the pair of clamping blocks 22 is constant, the clamping of the oil pipe for the vehicle can be stabilized, and the damage of the oil pipe for the vehicle due to the excessive clamping force can be avoided.
The sub-clamp 201 rotates at a proper angle relative to the main clamp 200 through the matching of the hinge sleeve 270 and the hinge shaft 29, so that the position of the end face of the vehicular oil pipe on the sub-clamp 201 is convenient for the detection of the electronic magnifier 32.
