背景技术
毛笔、油画笔在书法和画作中是不可缺少的工具,墨汁、颜料里面含有杂质且有粘性,久而久之会使笔毫积聚大量的杂质,使笔失去韧性,笔毫也因含有墨汁、颜料而变成黑色或者其他颜色,因此每次使用后需要进行彻底的清洗。然而现有的清洗液清洗完画笔后,画笔上往往有少量残留,对下次使用造成影响。此外,使用后的清洗液内含有颜料,不经处理倒入下水池后会造成污染,日积月累后还以导致水池染色影响美观。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种画笔笔刷清洗液及清洗液的制备和使用方法,不仅清洗效果干净,还具有自清洁功能,有效降环境污染。
本发明提出的一种画笔笔刷清洗液,由以下重量份原料组成:

(1)将异丙醇、三乙醇胺、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和乙二胺四乙酸四钠一次加入混合机中,混合均匀;
(2)向混合机中逐滴滴加柠檬酸,得混合液,调节混合液PH值为6.5-7;
(3)将钛酸锶于异丙醇中超声30-60min,得分散液,再将所述分散液加入到所述混合液中,搅拌均匀;
(4)最后向混合机中加入氨基硅油乳化剂,继续搅拌,最终的所述清洗液。

本发明技术方案所制得的清洗液清洁高效,能够有效清除画笔上的有机颜料。在清洗液中加入钛酸锶做光催化剂,在室内光源不足催化活性低几乎不进行反应,清洗结束后移到室外阳光充足的地方静置照射,钛酸锶进行光催化降解笔刷上残留有机颜料以及清洗液废液中的颜料,大大降低清洗液废液中的颜料含量,降低对水池的浸染程度和环境污染,同时清洗液高效的清洁能力和低残留特性,避免了笔刷上颜色残留积累过多不得不更换的问题,提高笔刷的使用寿命。钛酸锶经硫掺杂改性,一方面改变的钛酸锶能带,增加了其吸光范围提高太阳光利用率,另一方面,硫掺杂导致钛酸锶晶体表面生成大量缺陷和氧空位,极大提高了钛酸锶的催化活性,有利于有机颜料的降解。本发明技术方案中体系稳定,各组分之间无副反应,硫掺杂改性的钛酸锶对其余各组分无降解作用,其中,三乙醇胺既是有机溶剂也是光降解反应的牺牲剂,柠檬酸调节溶液PH值的同时也具有牺牲剂的作用,三乙醇胺和柠檬酸的配合使用有效促进了光催化活性。

选取随机市购一种清洗液作对比例,取实施例1、实施例2和实施例3所得清洗液进行试验,配制一定浓度的甲基橙溶液,四个相同的画笔浸入到甲基橙溶液相同时间后取出,分别用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和市购的清洗液以相同的清洗方法进行清洗,分别标定甲基橙浓度,并在阳光充足的室外静置1小时再次标定甲基橙浓度,计算甲基橙降解率,同时对比四个画笔笔刷的清洁度,得到的结果如下表所示:

Claims (8)
1.一种画笔笔刷清洗液,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:
2.一种画笔笔刷清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将异丙醇、三乙醇胺、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和乙二胺四乙酸四钠一次加入混合机中,混合均匀;
(2)向混合机中逐滴滴加柠檬酸,得混合液,调节混合液PH值为6.5-7;
(3)将钛酸锶于异丙醇中超声30-60min,得分散液,再将所述分散液加入到所述混合液中,搅拌均匀;
(4)最后向混合机中加入氨基硅油乳化剂,继续搅拌,最终的所述清洗液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的画笔笔刷清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述清洗液由以下重量份原料组成:
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的画笔笔刷清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述钛酸锶粒径为10-100nm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的画笔笔刷清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述钛酸锶为硫掺杂改性钛酸锶。
6.根据权利要求4所述的画笔笔刷清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中异丙醇和步骤(3)中异丙醇的体积比为2-10。
7.一种根据权利要求1所述的画笔笔刷清洗液的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将所述清洗液和水以0.01-0.5的体积比搅拌均匀得到稀释后的清洗液,将待清洗画笔的笔刷于室内放入稀释后的清洗液中浸泡1-30min,进行清洗,随后将画笔和稀释后的清洗液一同移到阳光充足的室外,静置30-90min,画笔笔刷清洗完成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的画笔笔刷清洗液的使用方法,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
