And the cooperative medical information platform deletes the information corresponding to the semen in the semen base information database according to the indication of the scrapping response message, and updates the semen base information database so that the quantity information of the corresponding semen screening condition information corresponding to the semen is changed when the next inquiry is carried out through the cooperative medical information platform.

On the basis of any one of the above embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an sperm pool information management system, wherein when there are a plurality of pre-stored sperm donors meeting the corresponding sperm screening condition information, the distance between the current residence area and each semen collection point of each sperm donor is calculated first, and a sperm donation invitation is preferentially sent to the sperm donor with the shortest distance.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an sperm pool information management system, wherein when there are a plurality of pre-stored sperm donors meeting the corresponding sperm screening condition information, the distance between the current geographic location of each sperm donor and each semen collection point is calculated first, and a sperm donation invitation is preferentially sent to the sperm donor with the shortest distance.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an sperm pool information management system, wherein when a pre-stored sperm donor meeting the corresponding semen screening condition information reaches a preset time length from a previous time point of sperm quality detection, the sperm quality detection needs to be performed on the sperm donor again before semen collection.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a sperm pool information management system, wherein when a difference between a current location or a place where a sperm donor is located and a shortest distance between the sperm collection points of two corresponding sperm donors meeting the corresponding sperm screening condition information is smaller than a preset threshold, or a ratio of a shortest distance interpolation meets a preset ratio range, a sperm donation invitation is preferentially sent to a sperm donor that does not need to perform sperm quality detection again.
According to the invention, through the public client, the semen collection point client, the semen collection client, the hospital client and the cooperative medical information platform, semen donators, hospital doctors, semen collection point workers or semen collection staff can inquire, update and automatically scrap the semen collection information through the cooperative medical information platform, so that the effective management of the information in the semen collection is realized, the social and human costs are saved, and the efficiency of the hospital for developing artificial assisted reproductive business is improved.

the semen collection point client is used for sending a first semen library information updating request message to the cooperative medical information platform, wherein the first semen library information updating request message comprises corresponding semen screening condition information and semen quantity information; wherein the semen screening condition information included in the first semen pool information updating request message does not include semen donor identity information;
the sperm library client is used for sending a second sperm library information updating request message to the cooperative medical information platform, wherein the second sperm library information updating request message comprises corresponding sperm screening condition information and sperm quantity information; the device comprises a cooperative medical information platform, a discard request message and a discard response message, wherein the discard request message is used for receiving a discard request message sent by the cooperative medical information platform, and after corresponding semen is discarded, the discard response message is returned to the cooperative medical information platform; wherein the semen screening condition information included in the second semen pool information updating request message does not include semen donor identity information;
the hospital client is used for sending a second sperm bank information query request message to the cooperative medical information platform, wherein the sperm bank information query request message comprises corresponding sperm screening condition information; wherein the semen screening condition information included in the second semen pool information query request message does not include semen donor identity information;
the cooperative medical information platform is used for receiving the first sperm bank information query request message sent by the public client and the second sperm bank information query request message sent by the hospital client, querying corresponding semen quantity information in a sperm bank information database according to corresponding semen screening condition information, returning the semen quantity information, receiving the first sperm bank information update request message sent by the semen collection point client and the second sperm bank information update request message sent by the sperm bank client, and updating the sperm bank quantity information in the sperm bank information database according to corresponding semen screening condition information and semen quantity information; judging whether the current storage time length of the sperms is longer than the preset scrapping time length or not according to a preset first polling time interval, if so, setting the state of the labels corresponding to the sperms to be invalid, sending scrapping request information to the sperm bank client, wherein the scrapping request information comprises the label information of the sperms, and deleting the information corresponding to the sperms in the sperm bank information database according to scrapping response information returned by the sperm bank client; the cooperative medical information platform is further used for receiving semen collection point position query request information sent by the public client, querying a semen collection point closest to the position of the semen donor by utilizing a semen collection geographical position distribution map stored in the cooperative medical information platform according to the position information of the semen donor, and returning the queried semen collection point information; the cooperative medical information platform is further used for receiving semen collection request messages sent by the hospital client, wherein the semen collection request messages comprise at least one item of semen screening condition information and semen quantity information; sending a semen dispatching message to the semen library client according to the at least one item of semen screening condition information and the semen quantity information, and returning a dispatching response message to the hospital client;
the semen screening condition information can include at least one of the following seed information: age of the sperm donor, weight of the sperm donor, height of the sperm donor, ethnic group of the sperm donor, highest scholastic calendar of the sperm donor, IQ value of the sperm donor, skin color of the sperm donor and hair color of the sperm donor; the semen screening condition information cannot include semen donor identity information, which further can include: the semen collection point client is further used for sending a third semen pool information query request message to the cooperative medical information platform before sending a first semen pool information update request message to the cooperative medical information platform, wherein the semen pool information query request message comprises corresponding semen screening condition information and semen quantity information;
correspondingly, the cooperative medical information platform is further used for receiving a third sperm bank information query request message sent by the semen collection point client and confirming whether corresponding semen is full of the bank or not based on the third sperm bank information query request message; if the semen corresponding to the third semen library information query request message is full, feeding back a full library response message to the semen collection point client, and storing the communication mode, the place of constant residence and the semen screening condition information of the semen donor corresponding to the third semen library information query request message sent by the semen collection point client, wherein the cooperative medical information platform is further used for judging whether the semen meeting the corresponding semen screening condition information meets the preset number according to a preset second polling time interval, and if the semen meeting the corresponding semen screening condition information does not meet the preset number, sending a semen donation invitation to the pre-stored corresponding semen donor meeting the corresponding semen screening condition information, wherein the cooperative medical information platform is further used for receiving the semen collection request message sent by the hospital client, and the semen collection request message comprises the corresponding semen screening condition information and the semen number information; when the semen collection request message does not include the semen quantity corresponding to the semen screening condition information, sending a semen donation invitation to a pre-stored semen donor meeting the corresponding semen screening condition information, when a plurality of pre-stored semen donors meeting the corresponding semen screening condition information exist, firstly calculating the distance between the current geographical position of each semen donor and each semen collection point, and preferentially sending the semen donation invitation to the semen donor with the shortest distance, when the pre-stored semen donation meeting the corresponding semen screening condition information exists, firstly calculating the distance between the current geographical position of each semen donor and each semen collection point, and preferentially sending the semen donation invitation to the semen donor with the shortest distance, when the pre-stored semen donor meeting the corresponding semen screening condition information reaches the preset duration from the previous time point of performing the semen quality detection, and when the distance from the current time reaches the preset duration, performing the semen quality detection again on the semen donor before the semen collection, and when the difference value between the shortest distance between the current geographical position and each semen collection point or the common place of two corresponding semen donors meeting the corresponding semen screening condition information and the shortest distance between the current geographical position and each semen collection point is smaller than a preset threshold value, or the ratio of the shortest distance interpolation meets a preset ratio range, preferably sending a semen donation invitation to the semen donors without performing the semen quality detection again.
