It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
Example 1
The method provided by the embodiment 1 of the present application can be executed in a mobile terminal, a computer terminal or a similar computing device. Taking an example of the method performed by a mobile terminal, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a hardware structure of the mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 10 may include one or more (only one shown) processors 102 (the processor 102 may include, but is not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA), a memory 104 for storing data, and a transmitting device 106 for communication functions. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an illustration and is not intended to limit the structure of the electronic device. For example, the mobile terminal 10 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 1, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 1.
The memory 104 may be used to store software programs and modules of application software, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the image capturing method in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 102 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 104, so as to implement the above-mentioned method. The memory 104 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some instances, the memory 104 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 102, which may be connected to the mobile terminal 10 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission device 106 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the mobile terminal 10. In one example, the transmission device 106 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to other Network devices through a base station to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission device 106 can be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used to communicate with the internet in a wireless manner.
It should be noted that the mobile terminal may be a dual-screen terminal, where the two screens of the dual-screen terminal are connected through a rotating shaft, the two screens can be combined into a large screen after being completely unfolded, and a common terminal is formed after being safely folded.
In this embodiment, an image capturing method operating in the mobile terminal is provided, and the method is applied to a terminal, where the terminal includes a first screen and a second screen, where the first screen is used to display a viewing interface, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of the image capturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S202, acquiring shooting parameters for shooting contents displayed on a view interface;

Through the steps, the view interface is displayed in the first screen through the first screen and the second screen of the terminal, the image corresponding to the content displayed on the shot view interface is displayed in the second screen, the user can shoot and process the image conveniently, and then the shooting experience of the user can be improved, so that the problem that the user experience degree of intelligent terminal shooting in the related technology is not high can be solved.
The imaging parameter may include at least one of the following: shutter parameters, aperture parameters, light sensitivity, white balance parameters, interest mode parameters.
It should be noted that the interesting mode parameter may include at least one of the following: nostalgic mode, black and white mode, cold color mode, comic mode, warm color mode, mirror image mode, fisheye mode, etc., but not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before the step S202, the method may further include: receiving information for indicating the terminal to enter a first shooting mode; wherein the first photographing mode includes one of: manual mode of shooing, taste mode of shooing.
Note that, in the case where the first photographing mode is the manual photographing mode, the step S202 may be represented as: receiving a first signal generated in a first screen, wherein the first signal carries shooting parameters for shooting contents displayed on a viewing interface; in the case where the first photographing mode is the fun photographing mode, the step S202 may be represented as: and calling shooting parameters corresponding to the interesting shooting mode.

The first touch operation may be a long press of the thumbnail to select one or more images and select a deletion option, or may be a long press of an image to be deleted as needed and select a deletion option, but the first touch operation is not limited thereto.
The number of the designated images may be one or a plurality of images, and is not limited to this.
By the method, the user can conveniently select the satisfactory images in the images after shooting the images, and does not need to switch to the camera to continue shooting.

According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fun mode photographing method is provided. Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for interesting mode photographing according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method includes:
601, opening double screens of the mobile phone by a user, opening a camera application, and selecting an interesting photographing mode;
step 602, the user selects an interesting mode such as lomo in a view finder of the screen 1;
step 603, the user takes a picture by using the interesting mode, and the picture is stored in the mobile phone and displayed on the screen 2;
step 604, the camera automatically calls other interesting modes to perform continuous shooting, and one photo is shot in each mode and displayed on the second screen, as shown in fig. 4. The modes may include: nostalgic, black and white, cold, caricature, warm, mirror, fish eye, etc.
Step 605, the user deletes the unsatisfactory photo and leaves the satisfactory photo;
the deletion method is consistent with step 305.
The invention solves the problem that the operation is complicated because the camera is switched to the gallery from the camera and then to the camera again at times when the camera is used for shooting in the manual mode in the prior art. When the user used the manual mode of this double-screen cell-phone to shoot, first screen was the view-finder, and the second screen is used for browsing many photos of shooting under the different parameters, and the user of being convenient for shoots the limit and selects the photo that oneself is satisfied with, configuration parameters when can preserving the manual user of shooing moreover, and the use of shooing after being convenient for promotes user's manual experience of shooing, brings better enjoyment of shooing.
The invention also provides an interesting mode automatic photographing method, when a user uses the interesting mode of the double-screen mobile phone to photograph, the first screen is a viewfinder, the user selects one mode to photograph, the mobile phone can automatically call all the modes to perform continuous photographing, the photos of each mode are displayed on the second screen, and the user can compare the photos in each mode to select satisfactory photos, so that the interesting photographing is more interesting.
Example 2
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a terminal is provided, and fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the terminal provided according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the terminal includes: a first screen 72, an application processor 74, a camera 76 and a second screen 78; wherein,
a first screen 72 connected to the application processor 74 for displaying a viewing interface;
a shooting device 76 connected to the application processor 74 for acquiring shooting parameters for shooting the contents displayed on the viewfinder interface;
an application processor 74 connected to the first screen 72 and the photographing device 76 for photographing the contents according to the photographing parameters to obtain an image corresponding to the contents;
a second screen 78 is coupled to the application processor 74 for displaying images.
Through the terminal, because the first screen 72 and the second screen 78 of the terminal are used, the view interface is displayed in the first screen 72, the shot image corresponding to the content displayed on the view interface is displayed in the second screen 78, the user can shoot and process the image conveniently, and the shooting experience of the user can be improved, so that the problem of low user experience degree of intelligent terminal shooting in the related technology can be solved.
The imaging parameter may include at least one of the following: shutter parameters, aperture parameters, light sensitivity, white balance parameters, interest mode parameters.
It should be noted that the interesting mode parameter may include at least one of the following: nostalgic mode, black and white mode, cold color mode, comic mode, warm color mode, mirror image mode, fisheye mode, etc., but not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second screen 78 is further configured to display a plurality of images, wherein the plurality of images are a plurality of images photographed according to parameter values of different photographing parameters.
The plurality of images may be displayed in the form of thumbnails on the second screen 78, or may be displayed in other manners on the second screen 78, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the shooting device 76 is further configured to receive information for instructing the terminal to enter the first shooting mode; wherein the first photographing mode includes one of: manual mode of shooing, taste mode of shooing.
It should be noted that, in the case that the first shooting mode is the manual shooting mode, the shooting device 76 is further configured to receive a first signal generated in a first screen of the terminal, where the first signal carries a shooting parameter for shooting the content displayed on the viewfinder interface; when the first photographing mode is the interesting photographing mode, the photographing device 76 is further configured to call a photographing parameter corresponding to the interesting photographing mode.
When the first shooting mode is the interesting shooting mode, the shooting device 76 is further configured to sequentially call the shooting parameters corresponding to the respective modes in the interesting shooting mode and to continuously shoot the images of the shooting parameters corresponding to the respective modes to obtain a plurality of images.
It should be noted that the second screen 78 is further configured to sense a first touch operation on the second screen 78 when the second screen 78 displays a plurality of images and the first shooting mode is the manual shooting mode, where the first touch operation acts on the second screen 78 to generate a signal carrying image information for instructing to delete a specific image of the plurality of images. After the user takes a plurality of images, the user can conveniently select a satisfactory image from the plurality of images without switching to the camera to continue taking pictures.
The first touch operation may be a long press of the thumbnail to select one or more images and select a deletion option, or may be a long press of an image to be deleted as needed and select a deletion option, but the first touch operation is not limited thereto.
The number of the designated images may be one or a plurality of images, and is not limited to this.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include: and a storage module, connected to the application processor 74, for storing the shooting parameters corresponding to the other images except the designated image among the plurality of images.
It should be noted that the saving mode may be represented in various forms, such as automatic saving and manual saving, but is not limited to this, and the second screen 78 is also used for displaying prompt information for prompting whether to save the shooting parameters corresponding to the images other than the designated image in the plurality of images by using the manual saving method.
It should be noted that the prompt information may be prompted in the form of a prompt box, where two options are displayed in the prompt box for indicating storage or non-storage, for example, one option displays "yes" and one button displays "no", and in the case that the "yes" button is selected, the shooting parameters corresponding to the other images are retained for the next use; in the case where the no button is selected, the photographing parameters corresponding to the other images are not retained. The presentation information may be expressed in other forms, and is not limited to the form of the presentation box.
It should be noted that the plurality of images may be displayed in the form of thumbnails on the second screen, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second screen 78 may be further configured to display an image corresponding to the designated position in a full screen manner according to a first click signal generated by a second touch operation applied to the designated position of the second screen 78.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second screen 78 may be further configured to restore, according to the second click signal, an image corresponding to the designated position in the plurality of images displayed in a full screen to an interface displaying the plurality of images in a thumbnail form; wherein the second click signal is a signal generated by a third touch operation applied to the second screen 78 after the first click signal is generated.
The second touch operation or the third touch operation may be a click operation or a slide operation, but is not limited thereto.
With the above arrangement, when selecting an image to be deleted, the user touches one of the images in the second screen 78, which is automatically enlarged to the full screen for the user to view, and when touching the enlarged image again, the previous interface displaying a plurality of images in thumbnail form is displayed.
Optionally, the main body of the above steps may be a terminal, such as a dual-screen terminal, but is not limited thereto.
The image may be a picture, a photograph, or a video, but is not limited thereto.
For a better understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, the present invention is further explained below with reference to preferred embodiments.
The preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a manual photographing apparatus for a dual-screen terminal, where the dual-screen terminal is shown in fig. 8, which is a schematic structural diagram of the dual-screen terminal provided in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the manual photographing apparatus includes:
the photographing unit 801: is used for taking photos and saving the photo files to the terminal memory 802;
the unit can read the parameter configuration file already saved in the photographing parameter storage unit 803;
terminal memory 802: for saving photos that the user considers satisfactory;
the photographing parameter storage unit 803: the photographing parameters for saving the selected photo include, but are not limited to, shutter, aperture, focal length, ISO, white balance, etc. to form a configuration file, which can be selected by the user for the next manual photographing.
The photographing parameter storage unit 803 extracts photographing parameters by EXIF metadata of a photograph, EXIF being an abbreviation of Exchangeable Image File, which is a format specifically set for a photograph of a digital camera. This format can be used to record attribute information of digital photographs, such as the make and model of the camera, the time taken by the photograph, the size of the aperture set at the time of the photograph, shutter speed, ISO, and the like. The most common picture format supporting EXIF information at present is JPG, and extraction of EXIF information by the Android system is already a mature technology. After the photographing parameter storage unit extracts the photographing parameters of the photos, a configuration file of the camera is formed, the default name is the time for photographing the photos, such as 20170329.cfg, a user can rename the configuration file, and after the user enters a manual photographing mode of the camera next time, the user selects one configuration file from the configuration files to quickly set the camera, and then photographing is carried out.
Fig. 9 is a schematic circuit diagram of a dual screen terminal according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, including: a camera 901 (corresponding to the image capturing device 76 in the above-described embodiment), an application processor 902 (corresponding to the application processor 74 in the above-described embodiment), an image processor 903, a first screen 904 (corresponding to the first screen 72 in the above-described embodiment), a memory 905, and a second screen 906 (corresponding to the second screen 78 in the above-described embodiment); wherein, the light passes through the mobile phone camera 901, and the optical image is converted into a digital signal and sent to the image processor 903 for processing, and then displayed on the first screen 904. The application processor 902 sends a control signal, and at present, the image processor 903 and the application processor 902 of many smart phone terminals are all integrated into one chip. After receiving the photographing instruction, the application processor 902 completes one-time photographing, stores the photo in the mobile phone, displays the photo in the second screen 906, and deletes the unsatisfactory photo after photographing a plurality of photos, and leaves the satisfactory photo.
It should be noted that the camera 901 may be placed in the first screen 904 or in the second screen 906.
Example 3
In this embodiment, an image capturing apparatus is further provided, and the apparatus is used to implement the above embodiments and preferred embodiments, which have already been described and are not described again. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of an image photographing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, applied to a terminal including a first screen for displaying a viewing interface and a second screen, as shown in fig. 10, the apparatus including:
an obtaining module 1002, configured to obtain shooting parameters for shooting content displayed on a viewing interface;
a shooting module 1004, connected to the obtaining module 1002, for shooting the content after receiving a shooting signaling for instructing to shoot the content according to the shooting parameters, so as to obtain an image corresponding to the content;
and a display module 1006, connected to the shooting module 1004, for displaying an image in the second screen of the terminal.
Through the device, because the first screen and the second screen through the terminal display the interface of finding a view in the first screen, show the image that the content that shoots corresponds with the interface of finding a view that shows in the second screen, the user of can being convenient for shoots while handling the image, and then can promote user's shooting experience, consequently, can solve the not high problem of user experience degree of intelligent terminal in the correlation technique of shooing.
The imaging parameter may include at least one of the following: shutter parameters, aperture parameters, light sensitivity, white balance parameters, interest mode parameters.
It should be noted that the interesting mode parameter may include at least one of the following: nostalgic mode, black and white mode, cold color mode, comic mode, warm color mode, mirror image mode, fisheye mode, etc., but not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes: the terminal comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving information used for indicating the terminal to enter a first shooting mode; wherein the first photographing mode includes one of: manual mode of shooing, taste mode of shooing.
It should be noted that, in the case that the first shooting mode is the manual shooting mode, the obtaining module 1002 is configured to receive a first signal generated in a first screen, where the first signal carries shooting parameters for shooting contents displayed on a viewing interface; in the case that the first shooting mode is the interesting shooting mode, the obtaining module 1002 is configured to call a shooting parameter corresponding to the interesting shooting mode.
In addition, when the first photographing mode is the interesting photographing mode, the obtaining module 1002 is configured to sequentially call the photographing parameters corresponding to the respective modes in the interesting photographing mode, and the photographing module 1004 is configured to continuously photograph the contents displayed on the viewfinder interface of the photographing parameters corresponding to the respective modes to obtain a plurality of images.
The plurality of images may be displayed in the form of thumbnails on the second screen, or may be displayed in other forms on the second screen, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
It should be noted that, in the case where the second screen displays a plurality of images and the first photographing mode is the manual photographing mode, the apparatus may further include: a second receiving module, configured to receive a second signal generated in a first touch operation applied to a second screen, where the second signal carries image information indicating deletion of a specified image of the plurality of images; and the deleting module is connected with the second receiving module and is used for deleting the specified image according to the image information.
The first touch operation may be a long press of the thumbnail to select one or more images and select a deletion option, or may be a long press of an image to be deleted as needed and select a deletion option, but the first touch operation is not limited thereto.
The number of the designated images may be one or a plurality of images, and is not limited to this.
It should be noted that the above apparatus may further include: and the storage module is connected with the deletion module and is used for storing the shooting parameters corresponding to other images except the designated image in the plurality of images.
It should be noted that the above saving mode may be represented in various forms, such as automatic saving and manual saving, but not limited to this, and the manual saving mode may be represented as: displaying prompt information in a second screen, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting whether shooting parameters corresponding to other images except for the specified image in the plurality of images are stored or not; when the presentation information is used for presenting and storing the shooting parameters corresponding to the other images except the designated image in the plurality of images, the shooting parameters corresponding to the other images are stored.
It should be noted that the prompt information may be prompted in the form of a prompt box, where two options are displayed in the prompt box for indicating storage or non-storage, for example, one option displays "yes" and one button displays "no", and in the case that the "yes" button is selected, the shooting parameters corresponding to the other images are retained for the next use; in the case where the no button is selected, the photographing parameters corresponding to the other images are not retained. The presentation information may be expressed in other forms, and is not limited to the form of the presentation box.
It should be noted that the plurality of images may be displayed in the form of thumbnails on the second screen, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the invention, the receiving module is further configured to receive a third signal generated by a second touch operation applied to the specified position of the second screen, where the third signal is used to instruct to enlarge an image corresponding to the specified position in the plurality of images to a full screen; and displaying the image corresponding to the designated position in a full screen mode on the second screen.
In an embodiment of the invention, the receiving module is further configured to receive a fourth signal generated by a third touch operation applied to the second screen, where the fourth signal is used to instruct the second screen to restore from displaying only an image corresponding to the specified position to an interface displaying a plurality of images in a thumbnail form.
The second touch operation or the third touch operation may be a click operation or a slide operation, but is not limited thereto.
By the method, when the image to be deleted is selected, the user touches one image in the second screen, the image can be automatically enlarged to the full screen, the user can conveniently view the image, and when the enlarged image is touched again, the previous interface for displaying a plurality of images in the thumbnail mode is displayed.
Alternatively, the above-mentioned device may be located in a terminal, such as a dual-screen terminal, but not limited thereto.
The image may be a picture, a photograph, or a video, but is not limited thereto.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Example 4
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium including a stored program, where the program executes any one of the methods described above.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a processor configured to execute a program, where the program executes to perform any of the steps in the method.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An image shooting method is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the terminal comprises a first screen and a second screen, wherein the first screen is used for displaying a view interface, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring shooting parameters for shooting the content displayed on the viewing interface;
and after receiving a shooting signaling for indicating that the content is shot according to the shooting parameters, shooting the content to obtain an image corresponding to the content, and displaying the image in a second screen of the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the second screen is further configured to display a plurality of images, wherein the plurality of images are a plurality of images captured according to different parameter values of the capture parameter.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that before acquiring the shooting parameters for shooting the image, the method further comprises: receiving information for indicating the terminal to enter a first shooting mode; wherein the first photographing mode includes one of: manual mode of shooing, taste mode of shooing.
4. The method of claim 3,
under the condition that the first shooting mode is the manual shooting mode, acquiring shooting parameters for shooting the content displayed on the view interface comprises the following steps: receiving a first signal generated in the first screen, wherein the first signal carries shooting parameters for shooting contents displayed on the viewing interface;
in a case where the first photographing mode is an interesting photographing mode, acquiring photographing parameters for photographing content displayed on the viewing interface includes: and calling shooting parameters corresponding to the interesting shooting mode.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein in a case where the second screen displays a plurality of images and the first photographing mode is a manual photographing mode, the method further comprises:
receiving a second signal generated in a first touch operation acting on the second screen, wherein the second signal carries image information for indicating deletion of a specified image in the plurality of images;
and deleting the specified image according to the image information.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein after deleting the specified image according to the image information, the method further comprises:
and displaying prompt information in the second screen, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting whether the shooting parameters corresponding to the images except the specified image in the plurality of images are saved or not.
7. The method according to claim 2, wherein the plurality of images are displayed in thumbnail form within the second screen.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
receiving a third signal generated by a second touch operation acting on a specified position of the second screen, wherein the third signal is used for indicating that an image corresponding to the specified position in the plurality of images is enlarged to the full screen;
and displaying the image corresponding to the designated position in a full screen mode on the second screen.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein after displaying the image corresponding to the specified location full screen on the second screen, the method further comprises:
receiving a fourth signal generated by a third touch operation acting on the second screen, wherein the fourth signal is used for indicating the second screen to restore from displaying only the image corresponding to the designated position to displaying the interface of the plurality of images in the form of thumbnail images.
10. A terminal, comprising: the system comprises a first screen, an application processor, a shooting device and a second screen; the first screen is used for displaying a framing interface;
the shooting device is used for acquiring shooting parameters for shooting the content displayed on the view finding interface;
the application processor is connected with the first screen and the shooting device and is used for shooting the content according to the shooting parameters to obtain an image corresponding to the content;
the second screen is connected with the application processor and used for displaying the image.
