Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a fifth embodiment of a cooking control device of a cooking machine according to the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment in that referring to fig. 1 and fig. 11, the cooking control module 220 includes a second cooking control unit 222, and the second cooking control unit 222 is configured to control the cooking machine 100 to stop heating when a dry-cooking set value corresponding to a weight reduction value of a food material of a pot body 1 is reached during a cooking process. In the embodiment, the food material is prevented from being burnt during the cooking process through the special design of the dry burning condition.
In addition, the present invention also provides a readable storage medium on which a cooking control program of a cooking machine is stored, the cooking control program of the cooking machine, when executed, implementing the steps of the cooking control method of the cooking machine as described above.

Claims (16)

1. A cooking control method of a cooking machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining the ratio of food materials in the pot body;
in the cooking process, controlling the cooking machine to perform corresponding preset operation according to the change condition of the total weight of food materials in the pot body;
in the cooking process, according to the total weight change condition of the food materials in the pot body, controlling the cooking machine to perform corresponding steps of preset operation, wherein the steps comprise:
in the cooking process, when the total weight change of the food materials in the pot body reaches a set change value, controlling the cooking machine to perform corresponding preset operation;
when the total weight change of the food materials in the pot body reaches a set change value, the method comprises the following steps of before the step of controlling the cooking machine to perform corresponding preset operation:
and acquiring corresponding preset operations and set change values of weight changes corresponding to the preset operations by inquiring a cooking relation mapping table according to the ratio of the food materials in the pot body.
2. The cooking control method of the cooking machine according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the ratio of the ingredients in the pot body comprises:
acquiring images of food materials added into a pot body, and matching the acquired images of the food materials with standard images to identify components of the food materials; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
after one component of the food materials is input each time, the weighing weight weighed by the weighing device of the cooking machine is received, the weighing weight is obtained according to each time, and the weight of each food material in the pot body is calculated.
3. The cooking control method of a cooking machine according to claim 1, wherein the set variation value includes at least one of a set weight drop value and a set weight drop speed set value.
4. The cooking control method of a cooking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the predetermined operation includes at least one of adjustment of heating power, stir-frying, water addition, seasoning, stew, venting, and uncapping.
5. The cooking control method of the cooking machine according to claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the cooking machine to perform corresponding predetermined operations according to the change of the total weight of the food in the pot body during the cooking process comprises:
and in the cooking process, controlling the cooking machine to stop heating when the weight reduction value of the food material of the pot body corresponds to the dry-cooking set value.
6. A cooking control device of a cooking machine, comprising:
the ratio obtaining module is used for obtaining the ratio of food materials in the pot body;
the cooking control module is used for controlling the cooking machine to perform corresponding preset operation according to the change condition of the total weight of food materials in the pot body;
the cooking control module includes:
the first cooking control unit is used for controlling the cooking machine to perform corresponding preset operation when the total weight change of the food materials in the pot body reaches a set change value in the cooking process;
the cooking control device of the cooking machine further comprises:
and the set parameter query module is used for acquiring the corresponding preset operation and the set change value of the weight change corresponding to each preset operation by querying the cooking relation mapping table according to the ratio of the food materials in the pot body.
7. The cooking control device of a cooking machine according to claim 6, wherein the ratio obtaining module includes:
the component category identification unit is used for acquiring images of food materials added into the pot body and matching the acquired images of the food materials with the standard images so as to identify components of the food materials; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the component weight acquiring unit is used for receiving the weighed weight weighed by the weighing device of the cooking machine after one component of the food material is input each time, acquiring the weighed weight according to each time, and calculating the weight of each food material in the pot body.
8. The cooking control device of a cooking machine according to claim 6, wherein the set variation value includes at least one of a set weight drop value and a set weight drop speed set value.
9. The cooking control device of a cooking machine according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the predetermined operation includes at least one of adjustment of heating power, stir-frying, water addition, seasoning, stew, venting, and uncapping.
10. The cooking control device of the cooking machine according to claim 6, wherein the cooking control module comprises:

A cooking control device of a cooking machine, comprising a memory, a processor and a cooking control program of the cooking machine stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the cooking control program of the cooking machine realizing the steps of the cooking control method of the cooking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executed by the processor.
12. A cooking machine, characterized in that it comprises:
a pan body;
a cooking action executing device; and the number of the first and second groups,
a control device electrically connected to the cooking action executing device, the control device comprising a memory, a processor and a cooking control program of the cooking machine stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the cooking control program of the cooking machine, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the cooking control method of the cooking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
13. The cooking machine of claim 12 wherein said cooking action performing means comprises at least one of an electric heating means, a stirring means, a dosing means and a lid opening means.

The cooking machine according to claim 13, further comprising an image capturing device for capturing an image of the food material inserted into the pot, wherein the memory stores a food material standard image, the control device is in communication with the image capturing device, and the cooking control program of the cooking machine, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the cooking control method of the cooking machine according to claim 2; or,
the cooking machine is further provided with a weighing device for weighing the added food materials, the control device is electrically connected with the weighing device, and the steps of the cooking control method of the cooking machine according to claim 2 are realized when the cooking control program of the cooking machine is executed by the processor.
15. The cooking machine of claim 14 further comprising a base having a receiving cavity with an open upper end, the base having a bottom with support legs;
the pot body is accommodated in the accommodating cavity;
the weighing device is arranged on the supporting legs.
16. A readable storage medium, characterized in that a cooking control program of a cooking machine is stored thereon, the cooking control program of the cooking machine, when executed, implementing the steps of the cooking control method of the cooking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
