本发明公开了一种汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂及其制备方法,按质量份数计,包括以下组分:乙二醇单丁醚1‑10份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5‑5份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3‑5份,香精0‑5份,消泡剂0‑5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5‑5份,银离子杀菌剂0.01‑5份,水50‑100份。本发明所述杀菌清洗剂内含新型易生物降解的表面活性因子,具有高效乳化、渗透和剥离作用,能迅速将空调蒸发箱表面的灰尘、油污、虫渍和其它污垢快速清洁,并散发出怡人的香味,令空调气味清新,并且能有效恢复散热器原有性能,改善空调系统制冷效果,降低能量耗损。本产品中性环保,不损伤翅片及管材,不影响散热器使用寿命。

本发明属于杀菌清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展与进步,人们的生活水平逐渐提高。汽车也普及到了千家万户,汽车的使用范围和频率也一直在扩增。而汽车空调作为提高汽车乘坐舒适度的一个重要部件已经被汽车制造业和消费者所认可。但是汽车空调经长时间使用后,其内部和空调口都会聚集大量灰尘和细菌,甚至会产生异味,因此需要专用的清洗剂或清洗组合物对其进行清洁。当长时间不用的空调刚刚开启时,车内会产生异味,甚至会感到头昏眼花,甚至恶心、呕吐,这是因为汽车空调系统在使用一段时间后,会滋生的细菌和霉菌,随着冷热空气在车内循环,既降低了空调系统的工作效率,增加能耗,更污染了车内空气,传播疾病,给车主健康造成严重威胁。
汽车空调系统这一“健康威胁”,已经引起了汽车生产和配件厂商的高度重视,因此,如何对空调系统进行及时而有效的清洗和杀菌,已经成为一个重要的课题,而目前大多数的汽车空调清洗组合物制备工艺复杂,成本高、去污性差且使用后有霉味,杀菌效果不显著,大大降低了汽车的日常使用舒适度和卫生安全性。

一种汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按配比将水、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乙二醇单丁醚、消泡剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、银离子杀菌剂、香精搅拌均匀,即得所述汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂。
进一步地,按配比将水、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠搅拌均匀,pH值为7~10,然后加入乙二醇单丁醚、消泡剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、银离子杀菌剂、香精,搅拌均匀(例如在80rpm转速下搅拌15-30min),即得所述汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂。
将本发明的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂添加到水中(2wt%),测得对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为99.99%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为99.99%,对白色念珠菌的杀菌率为99.99%。
本发明所述杀菌清洗剂内含新型易生物降解的表面活性因子,具有高效乳化、渗透和剥离作用,能迅速将空调蒸发箱表面的灰尘、油污、虫渍和其它污垢快速清洁,并散发出怡人的香味,令空调气味清新,并且能有效恢复散热器原有性能,改善空调系统制冷效果,降低能量耗损。本产品弱碱环保,不损伤翅片及管材,不影响散热器使用寿命。
本发明所述杀菌清洗剂为无色、清透液体,温和无刺激性气味,标准密度(20℃,g/cm3):0.95~1.05,例如1.008;pH值为6.5~11.8,优选7.5~11.0,例如8.20,可选8.5~10.5,例如9.43。采用QB/T 2117-95方法测试对LY12硬铝外观的影响:表面无轻微均匀变色或失光。采用QB/T 4348-2012方法测试去污力,测试结果为99%。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂可以清除空调蒸发箱上的各种灰尘、油污、虫渍和其它污垢,改善制冷效果;
(2)本发明的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂的制备方法简便,成本低,适合大规模工业生产应用;
(3)本发明的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂可以清除空调蒸发箱及管路中的霉菌、病菌等,改善车内空气环境,使汽车空间清新怡人;
(4)本发明的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂可以改善车内烟臭、酒气和食物散发的各种异味,改善驾乘空间环境;
(5)本发明的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂可以恢复散热器原有性能,延长蒸发箱使用寿命。

实施例1-3的银离子杀菌剂包括银氨0.1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份,乙醇0.05份,水98.85份。实施例4-6的银离子杀菌剂包括银氨0.15份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份,乙醇0.1份,水97.75份。
对本发明的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂进行杀菌效果测试:
测试方法:参考QB/T 2738-2012 7.2抗菌型日化产品的杀菌效果检验方法(悬液定量法)

6.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述银离子杀菌剂中游离银离子的含量为500~2000ppm。
7.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述银离子杀菌剂的密度为0.95~1.05g/mL;所述银离子杀菌剂的pH值为9~12。
8.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂的pH值为6.5~11.8。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按配比将水、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乙二醇单丁醚、消泡剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、银离子杀菌剂、香精搅拌均匀,即得所述汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂。
10.一种根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂的应用,其特征在于,将所述汽车空调系统杀菌清洗剂用于杀灭绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌。
