Abstract
本发明是生物安全柜中结核分枝杆菌接菌环消毒盒,属于微生物研究领域的一种实验工具。结核分枝杆菌接种过程中,许多实验者习惯于把接触过结核分枝杆菌的接菌环随意放入操作台的一个器具内或者直接放在操作台上,等实验结束,一并高压处理,这样不仅加大了二次污染还会增大结核分枝杆菌气溶胶形成的危险。该发明分十个格子,内部可以加入75%酒精,可以对放入其内的接菌环进行初次消毒,9个放接菌环的格子对应特殊的盖,最右侧的盖子是普通的304钢片,方便加入酒精,可以最大程度的防止结核气溶胶形成。该消毒盒的由304钢的材质制造,实验结束后可以把接菌环和消毒盒一并放如高压锅高压灭菌,清洗后反复使用。

技术领域
本发明是微生物培养领域,生物安全柜中结核分枝杆菌接菌环的消毒盒。
背景技术
近年来,随着免疫抑制剂的广泛应用,人口流动性的增加,结核病的发病率呈上升趋势,而且表现为耐药性的增强。结核分枝杆菌是结核病感染的主要病原体,其可以从结核病感染者的痰液、血液、胸腔积液等得到,对临床获得的病原体进行实验室培养、耐药鉴定可以指导临床的抗结核治疗的用药。实验室培养结核分枝杆菌也是研究结核分枝杆菌基因功能、耐药机制等实验的重要基础。
结核分枝杆菌培养过程中,菌房中结核分枝杆菌的数量、浓度、耐药性是自然条件不可能达到的,加上结核分枝杆菌的空气传播,所以进行结核分枝杆菌相关的实验过程中,要步步谨慎。结核分枝杆菌菌房要达到国家微生物培养标准的P2实验室,到达菌房之前要经过更衣室、缓冲间等,房间紫外消毒,垃圾高压灭菌,操作在生物安全柜中进行。
具体操作的过程中,接触过结核分枝杆菌的接菌环会在实验结束后一并高压灭菌处理,但高压前接菌环在生物安全柜中是一个潜在的危险,结核分枝杆菌对外界环境的抵抗能力强,对一般消毒剂不敏感,但紫外灯照射、75%酒精、高压锅高压灭菌三种方法可以对其起到很好的杀灭效果,在生物安全柜中,实验者正在操作,只有75%酒精处理污染后的接菌环最稳妥。
发明内容
该发明是一个整体均为304钢的消毒盒,内部被9块304钢板分成10个小格,但是隔板下部相通,所以只在一个格子加入75%酒精,其他9个格子同样可以得到酒精。为方便酒精加入,最右侧的格子的盖为一个普通的304钢片,并将最右侧格子定义为加样格;其余9个格子上部均对应一个特殊的盖,该盖呈 90度夹角,由分上、下两部分。10个盖均由轴和对应格子相连,可以在一定范围内转动,除最右侧加样格为全覆盖外,其他9个格子的盖的上面均留有放置接菌环杆的缝隙,这样可以最大程度防止结核气溶胶的形成。304钢的材质可以把接菌环和消毒盒一并放如高压锅高压灭菌,消毒盒清洗后可以反复使用。

具体实施方式
本发明在具体使用时,通过最右侧加样格预先在消毒盒里倒入2/3的75%的酒精,随后盖上最右侧格子盖。每个接触过结核分枝杆菌的接菌环直接放入消毒盒的格子里即可。接菌环接触到盖子下部时,下部随着接菌环90度转动进入格子内,盖子上部随着转动,即盖好了已有污染物的格子。

1.该发明10个格子,9块隔板的下部有空隙,可以相通。
2.该发明9个放接菌环的盖子成直角,盖的上部留有放接菌环杆的缝隙。
3.盖子由轴和灭菌盒盒体相连,并且可以90度转动。
4.整体材料均为304钢制造。
