The operation of the above-described chamber-integrated stirring mechanism 500 will be described below:
starting the stirring driving motor 521, wherein the stirring driving motor 521 drives the stirring cam 522 to rotate;
since the agitating cam 522 has an irregular arc cam surface, the agitating cam 522 can drive the agitating elevating rod 530 abutting against it to move up and down in cooperation with the agitating guide shaft 523;
the lifting and lowering stirring lifting and lowering rod 530 drives the lifting and lowering stirring plate 540 to move up and down, so that the lifting and lowering stirring plate 540 can move up and down in the cavity formed by the food material storage chamber 210, the food material stirring chamber 220 and the food material blanking chamber 230, and therefore the lifting and lowering stirring plate 540 can move up and down and reciprocate in the cavity formed by the food material storage chamber 210, the food material stirring chamber 220 and the food material blanking chamber 230, so as to stir the food materials in the cavities of the food material storage chamber 210, the food material stirring chamber 220 and the food material blanking chamber 230;
thus, the stirring lifting plate 540 during stirring can enable the food materials in the food material storage chamber 210 to more smoothly fall into the food material stirring chamber 220, the stirring lifting plate 540 during stirring can enable the food materials in the food material stirring chamber 220 to more smoothly fall into the food material blanking chamber 230, and the stirring lifting plate 540 during stirring can enable the food materials in the food material blanking chamber 230 to more smoothly fall into the food container 140;
by arranging the stirring lifting plate 540, the food materials can be simultaneously moved in the food material storage chamber 210, the food material stirring chamber 220 and the food material blanking chamber 230, so that the integrated stirring of the food materials is realized, and the overall structure is more compact;
it should be noted that the agitating elevating bar 530 and the agitating elevating plate 540 are two independent structures, that is, the agitating elevating plate 540 is detachably mounted on the agitating elevating bar 530, so that the model of the agitating elevating plate 540 can be changed according to the adaptability of the actual situation, and the compatibility of the whole is improved.
In the long-term use of the food conveying device 100, the conveyor belt 120 for driving the food container 140 to perform a conveying motion may be loosened, and the loosened conveyor belt 120 may affect the smooth conveyance of the food container 140. To better solve this technical problem, the structure of the food conveying device 100 is particularly optimized. As shown in fig. 11, for example, the food conveying device 100 further includes a belt tensioning mechanism 150. The belt tensioning mechanism 150 includes: the adjustable adjusting rod 151, the tensioning wheel 152, the fixed block 153, the fixed nut 154 and the tensioning bolt 155.
The conveying base 110 is provided with a movable adjusting groove 111, a movable adjusting rod 151 is movably mounted on the movable adjusting groove 111, a tension wheel 152 is rotatably arranged on the movable adjusting rod 151, and the wheel surface of the tension wheel 152 abuts against the conveying belt 120. The fixing block 153 is fixed to the transfer base 110, the fixing nut 154 is fixed to the fixing block 153, the tension bolt 155 is screwed to the fixing nut 154, and one end of the tension bolt 155 abuts against the movable adjustment rod 151.
The belt tensioning mechanism 150 is adjusted as follows: because the fixing block 153 is fixed on the transferring base 110, the fixing nut 154 is fixed on the fixing block 153, and the tensioning bolt 155 is screwed on the fixing nut 154, so that when the tensioning bolt 155 is screwed, one end of the tensioning bolt 155 pushes the movable adjusting rod 151 to move along the movable adjusting slot 111, and the movable adjusting slot 111 drives the tensioning wheel 152 thereon to tightly press the transferring belt 120, thereby achieving the purpose of tensioning the transferring belt 120.
According to the communication network-based takeout production equipment and the takeout management system thereof, personalized customization is performed according to the preferences of different consumers, and the traditional manual manufacturing mode is replaced by mechanical automation, so that errors of merchants in the food manufacturing process due to complicated personalized customization are effectively avoided, and the user experience of the consumers is improved.

4. The takeaway production apparatus of claim 1 wherein the drive gear and the driven gear are located outside of a blending cavity of the material blending chamber.
5. The takeaway production apparatus of claim 4 wherein the agitation drive is a motor drive.

The takeaway production apparatus of claim 1 wherein the blanking opening-closing drive section includes: the blanking device comprises a switching driving cylinder, a switching driving rack and a switching driving gear, wherein the switching driving gear is arranged at one end of a blanking switching rotating shaft, the switching driving rack is meshed with the switching driving gear, and the switching driving cylinder is in driving connection with the switching driving rack.
7. The takeaway production apparatus of claim 6 wherein the blanking on-off drive portion is located outside of a blanking cavity of the food material blanking chamber.
8. A takeaway management system comprising the takeaway production apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising: a takeaway sales platform, a buyer terminal, a seller terminal and a takeaway rider terminal;
the buyer terminal, the seller terminal and the takeout rider terminal form a data communication network through the takeout sales platform;
the take-out production equipment is in electric signal connection with the buyer terminal.
9. The takeaway management system of claim 8 wherein the takeaway sales platform is a server.
10. The takeout management system of claim 8 wherein said buyer terminal is a cell phone, said seller terminal is a cell phone, and said takeout rider terminal is a cell phone.
