Abstract
本发明涉及一种大棚骨架技术领域。其为解决防晒、增加强度、延长寿命而研制的。它包括空心钢管,其特征在于所述空心钢管外表面包有塑料层,同时空心钢管内充填有基物。该大棚骨架具有制造成本低、节省钢铁材料、抗压抗风强度大、防晒等优点,适宜农业生产上推广使用。
Description
本发明涉及一种大棚骨架技术领域,尤其是农用大棚骨架技术领域。
农业生产进步,大棚走进普通农户家,农用大棚来生产时新蔬菜和花卉,人们常用空心钢管作为大棚骨架,如专利号为95232346.X的中国专利“无立柱塑料大棚”,其骨架就为空腹型钢制成。其缺点有:不防晒,夏季阳光照耀下,钢管易吸热发烫,表面温度甚至可超过70℃,所以覆盖于其表面的塑料薄膜容易烫破熔化,造成漏水,不保温,结果损害农作物生长;强度不够,由于骨架为空心钢管制成,因此骨架抗压抗风强度有限,曾经发生过大雪天,厚雪压塌农用大棚现象,破坏农业生产;不隔氧,由于是空心钢管,其内外表面部分接触有氧气,尤其在露天,每天接触有水汽,极易生锈腐烂,影响使用寿命;自身重,由于采用空心钢管为管壁较厚钢管,自身重量也较大,不利于国家要求。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防晒、抗老化、强度大、又能隔氧、大大延长使用寿命的大棚骨架。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是这样的:该大棚骨架包括空心钢管,其特征在于所述空心钢管外表面包有塑料层,同时空心钢管内充填有基物。
上述塑料层表面分布有反射光线的棱条;上述基物可为低碱水泥、膨胀珍珠岩、建筑胶混制的硬质、轻质建筑材料;也可为水泥砂浆或玻璃纤维增强的水泥砂浆建筑材料;也可为菱苦土、氯化镁、填充改性剂混制的菱镁类硬质轻型建筑材料。
该大棚骨架由于表面包有塑料层,在夏季能有效阻止钢管吸热发烫,又由于表面反射光线条纹,能控制大棚骨架表面温度在50°以下,有效防止塑料薄膜被熔化烫破现象,钢管充填基物,既起到隔氧作用,防止钢管内表层被氧化腐烂,延长大棚骨架使用寿命,又能增强大棚强度,不易被大雪压塌或被狂风吹掉,同时充填基物为硬质轻型建筑材料,成本低、重量轻,能减轻大棚骨架自重,又能降低生产成本。新结构的大棚骨架还能为国家节省钢铁材料,同样规格强度情况下,生产成本低,使用寿命长,防腐蚀、防晒,适宜农业大棚推广应用。

如图所示:该大棚骨架有一空心钢管2,一般可采用圆管、方钢管及其它几何型材料,直径在15~80毫米之间,壁厚较适宜在0.3~1.8毫米,外表面包一层塑料层1,一般为0.5~3毫米,采用抗紫外线、耐老化工程塑料,塑料层表面分布有反射光线的棱条,同时空心钢管内充填有基物3,可以采用硬质轻型建筑材料,如低碱水泥、膨胀珍珠岩、建筑胶聚乙烯醇混制的硬质轻型材料,也可为菱苦土、氯化镁、填充改性剂混制的菱镁类等硬质、轻型材料,也可为水泥砂浆或玻璃纤维增强的水泥砂浆建筑材料。
Claims (5)
1.一种大棚骨架,其包括空心钢管(2),其特征在于所述空心钢管外表面包有塑料层(1),同时空心钢管内充填有基物(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的大棚骨架,其特征在于所述塑料层表面分布有反射光线的棱条。
3.如权利要求1所述的大棚骨架,其特征在于所述基物可为低碱水泥、膨胀珍珠岩、建筑胶混制的硬质、轻型建筑材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的大棚骨架,其特征在于所述基物可为水泥砂浆或玻璃纤维增强的水泥砂浆建筑材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的大棚骨架,其特征在于所述基物可为菱苦土、氯化镁、填充改性剂混制的菱镁类硬质、轻型建筑材料。
